The room was clean, great amenities including hot tub, pool, saunas and full gym. Good location if you are hitting the theme parks. The only down is the walls are pretty thin.

Loved everything except the bed. I’m absolutely not a snob when it comes to hotel beds, but goodness was this one so uncomfortable. Like sleeping on a pile of cardboard. The hotel itself is great, staff were welcoming and friendly. Check in and out were fast and easy. Loved the free parking and free EV charging. Huge pool and kids play area.

New property, everything was brand new, lazy river and the mini golf course were in the final phase of completion. Suites are apartment loft style, spacious and well decorated. 2 televisions one on each side of the partial wall. The only knock is the shower stalls. Someone thought it was a great idea to only have a partial glass section, and no door, causing the water to end up on the floor and soaking the floor towels.

Great place to stay! Rooms and building was great. The pool area was beautiful. I didn't get a chance to visit the lazy river or mini golf but they look really nice too! Helen was very nice at check-in. Morning breakfast was also great!

The staff was very accommodating. Parking was easy and EV charging was available. The hotel was clean, modern, and smelled amazing. The pool, hot tubs, and saunas were all maintained well. The breakfast was a great ammenity.

Property, service, breakfast, pool- ALL AMAZING! The only downside to this hotel is their beds. Extremely hard, thin, and uncomfortable and had tall, fluffy pillows. So awful to sleep on and made for a rough couple nights. But, property is gorgeous and they served the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. River is currently being refurbished, but the pool is gorgeous and so clean.

Just 1 strange experience that left me uncertain of a return. It is more about how it was handled.

Kids loved the splash pad, the lazy river and mini golf are still not complete.

Kompose Hotel is in a great location close to lots of restaurants and right across from Walmart. The pool is a highlight, especially for kids, with a slide and saunas nearby. Breakfast is hot and tasty, though the paper voucher system feels outdated and inconvenient. Our standard 2-bedroom was missing basics like a desk, chair, luggage rack, microwave, and closet space. We had to keep our things on the floor. There were no “do not disturb” signs, and housekeeping showed up daily without warning, even though they said it would be every three days. They didn’t clean much, just refilled supplies and accidentally threw away our reusable travel bags. The front desk experience started off disappointing. One staff member didn’t know about VIP upgrades, even though our Expedia booking said they were available. But then we met **MATTHEW—Kompose’s star employee. He was kind, professional, and immediately upgraded us to a suite after recognizing our VIP Gold status. He truly made our stay better. I am truly grateful for his stellar service!!!! He should be promoted to lead the front desk staff!! The hotel is new (opened April 2025) and still has a lot to improve. Some parts of the room were unfinished, with duct tape and small bathroom fixtures that didn’t work well. It tries to be fancy but misses standard features. Families may find it frustrating, but couples might be okay with the quirks. There is no bathtubs or laundry facilities, which may be important for families with kids.

We stayed at Kompose Resort Hotel for six nights and were left very disappointed. The television broke down multiple times, including within the first ten minutes of checking in. Basic services advertised on Expedia, such as a computer station and laundry, did not exist. The “restaurant” had very limited options and overpriced drinks, though the pizzas were admittedly good. The worst issue was housekeeping. Rooms are supposedly cleaned every three days, yet our scheduled service never occurred. On 28 August, we returned to find stained sheets, dirty floors and an uncleaned bathroom. After complaining, staff promised it would be sorted, but only a half-hearted attempt was made — the same stained sheet had simply been flipped. Even after the manager supposedly cleaned the room, the same sheet reappeared tucked in on our final night. Service overall was poor, and I personally witnessed staff encouraging a guest who had just checked in to leave a 5-star Google review in exchange for free items — clear review farming. The only positive was that two front desk employees (one French, one from Long Island) went out of their way to help me print urgent documents when the non-existent business centre left me stranded. Overall, Kompose markets itself as a 3-star resort but fails to meet even 2-star standards. Between false advertising, inadequate cleaning and manipulated reviews, I cannot recommend this hotel. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Inconsistent Wi-Fi

Only negative thing I would say is the beds are super uncomfortable, other then that it was a perfect stay.

It’s a nice hotel, the lobby is fun and quirky. Very clean. We checked in on-line since we were arriving late at night. On-line check in stated there would be a kiosk in the lobby we would use once we arrived to get our room key. On-line check in also stated breakfast was free. There was no kiosk when we arrived. And our on-line check in confused the gal at the front desk. We were told breakfast has a fee per person. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. The bedside tables are so low they’re not useful and the lamps on the bedside table because they’re so low are not useful either. No overhead lighting in the room. No where to put your luggage to open them. Not even a luggage rack. The room was very humid. When we got up the following morning we felt damp. Our clothes we laid out the previous night were damp. The paper the front desk gave us was limp from the damp. For us this was fine for a one night stay, but for myself I wouldn’t want to stay here longer than one night. Price was great for Orlando area. Pool area looked good. Rooms need a little more in the way of practicality and utility.

Very nice hotel. Was a little loud at night because of the exterior doors (we were near them) opening and closing. The room was big but needed more storage. Not good for families that need a place for clothes and other “stuff”. Other than that, it was very close to WDW. we would stay there again

This hotel missed the mark on many basic in room amenities. There is no table or chairs to sit at only an empty room with a bed and a pull out couch. We booked a “king suite”. There is no desk either so it is impossible to do business or to prepare snacks/meals and eat in the room unless you sit on the bed or floor. There is almost no light either it is a dark dungeon with 1 wall light and 2 horrible bedside lights that are not even sufficient to read a book at night. There is no dresser with drawers or cabinets or closet to put anything, only a couple open shelves in bathroom and above the mini fridge which has no freezer. There is no microwave in the room. The rear of the property is still under construction and dirty with workers coming and going. The shower design is horrid and does not close letting water flood the bathroom floor as you shower. It is newly built and missing so many basic things that much cheaper and older hotels and motels have. There is an early check in fee which is absurd. If the room is ready and the guest is there just give them the room don’t charge them an extra fee. It feels not complete. One wall at the bedside was in-fact not complete and missing parts of the wall.

Very confusing experience. The stuff was nice. Breakfast nice. Facility over all nice, but... it is absolutely not soundproof. Its incredibly opposite. You can hear evything like your door is open. The room design is very strange. There not one hook in the bathroom. The shower is small. No curtain and the water is allover the floor. Not one chair or table in the room. No side tables. Very strange. While it looks good, i wouldnt stay there again. We couldnt sleep because of the noise.

i liked it because it was close to all theme parks. Dislike that it didn’t have a dresser drawer so we could unpacked when we arrived had to keep clothes in the luggage.

This hotel is fairly new, which is one reason i booked. We were going to the theme parks and the location was close. Check in was fine, and parking was fine. The elevators are located outside on each floor, so we walked from the lobby down the hall then outside to get on the elevator. Once we got to our floor we had to use our room key to get into the hall, while juggling our luggage. Our room was a king bed and sofa. There was no desk or coffe table. We brought food in and there was no where to set our food. The bathroom shower only had a half glass enclosure, no door and the sink was a long skinny rectangle. Since the faucet is in the middle it made face washing and tooth brushing a little challenging. Pillows were way too soft and fluffy, zero support. The worst part was every time someone open or closed a door near our room we could hear it, it echoed in the hall. We did not sleep at all.

It just opened when we stayed and we got a good rate. It was just my daughter and I, and we felt safe. My daughter loved the pool — it wasn’t too crowded but she found friends to play with in the morning. The only negative was that the bed was super uncomfortable and the decor in the halls was a little haphazard.

Beautiful hotel, my family and I really enjoyed the pool. One thing I personally didn’t like was that you can hear people from your room talking in the hallway and the room’s door are too loud.

Overall, the hotel is very new and offers good value. However, the front desk staff were a bit slow during check-in, and we had to ask several times for extra bedding for our kids to use the sofa bed. I also wish the room lighting was warmer instead of bright white LED, though that may be a personal preference. Additionally, note that the bathroom doesn’t have a grab handle, which could be inconvenient for seniors or guests with mobility issues.

Everything was great honestly, but the only thing I was really upset with is the fact that we got there on Monday and asked for our TV to be fixed and three days later for our room to be cleaned which never happened but eventually it did happen after I kept complaining overall I had a nice week

While the hotel has been 100%remodeled and looks beautiful. Im not sure i would go back. I was unaware of a 14.99 charge for each car parked which they said was because i used Expedia to book. The front desk person sent us to the complete wrong side of the hotel to find our room. This normally wouldn't have been an issue except that i have a lot of issues with my knee and can't walk far distances. When we did find the room on the opposite side, we found that the TV was not workingso again we had to speak to front desk. We did like the king beds and i personally loved whatever pillows they use. Beautiful properties but staff should know the layout of hotel before sending people to find a room that isnt there. Oh also , ive never ever been charged $150 incidentals fee at any other hotel or resort

Meh…staff isn’t really friendly..rude almost. The first girl at the check in counter was super sweet though.. I wish I could remember her name. Full of smiles and pleasant…thank you for her at least. Place is cute but I doubt I’d come back…no place has to be a 5 star for me as long as you’re welcomed and treated well. It costs nothing to be nice to your customers… niceness will always bring people back.

Perfect location if you want to go to Disney

Very close to Disney, lots of shopping and dining close by, lovely rooms and hall decor, quiet. I didn't read small print about getting charged parking fee or for breakfast because i booked thru expedia so that didn't sit right. I upgraded and paid more for an apartment because i needed to do laundry but the all in one was not functioning properly. I had to call for someone to come up and even shevreally couldn't figure it out. Putting it on auto dry kept machine on for 4 and a half hourscand clothes never dried - extremely annoying. Called for an iron and staff said none available- extremely annoying - i paid for apartment and an iron should be included. At check in 2 other guests ahead of me were complaining. The lady who helped me said your room is somewhere over that way - ummm i understand your place is new but that was ridiculous. Overall i really like the facility and would stay again when lazy river opens oh and i love the later pool hours

The location is close to many restaurants.. Walmart is a 10 minute walked or 2 minute drive if needed. Conveniently located near Disney parks. All of the staff at the hotel were great. I came in counter with one questionable staff… No complaints. The pool area was beautiful and I wish the lazy river had already been open, but it is set to open soon. Will absolutely come again when in Orlando

Will be better when it's completed. Rooms were a bit sparse. A long walk to get anywhere in the hotel. No sidewalks for walking to nearby restaurants and shops; I almost got hit by a car.

The breakfast food was horrible

Service excellent, cleanliness excellent, honestly only reason it isnt a full excellent is just to give some tips. Toilet paper says super soft but really just cheap, stiff paper. Same with tissues. Bed very firm, but frame makes alot of noise even with just 1 person in bed, and so does room door so if you leave early you will likely bother neighbors. Also add sugar free syrup, asked but they dont use it. Many people dont like full sugar syrup and diabetics cant use it. Id likely not buy breakfast next time, good selection but cold. With that said this doesnt stop me from going again. Great value, lots of activities to do for adults or kids. Service is excellent, and rooms very clean. Maybe add a luggage rack to lay a suitcase.

1. Breakfast was decent, but given the location (Orlando), the owners should anticipate stays for weeks and incorporate more variety in the offerings. 2. Great hotel. Appreciate the uncarpeted floors, and the cleanliness. 3. Room lacked simple stand to place suitcases. Also lacked table to eat. 4. Cleaning is once every three days. If a room is skipped or guest elects to rest in the afternoon the room doesnt get cleaned for six days. 5.Decor was nice. 6. Friendly workers 7. Adequate parking 8. Bed was comfortable. Covers were nice. 9. Good location.

Excellent service, rooms were super clean, the only thing was the price for drinks or snack by lobby were too much other than that was excellent, price for drinks or snacks should not be so hight for guest

I’ve stayed at this Kompose twice, unfortunately my second stay with my family wasn’t as great as my first. The second time is when they started charging for breakfast, which is fine, but no one at the front or anywhere else told us how it worked or that you paid for breakfast at the front and got vouchers. So we showed up for breakfast, no idea where the plates or anything were. Then we finally found someone who was behind the bar passing them out but they couldn’t ring you up there (and she wasn’t very friendly). So we had to go back and forth and it was super annoying, when everything could have just been done the first day at check in. The breakfast room is also way too small for the size of the hotel and so so crowded. Just not a great start to the day. Otherwise the rooms are clean and nice and the pool area is excellent.

My family and I enjoyed this property. It’s close to the Disney parks and the customer service is great. My daughter really enjoyed the pool. Also the restaurant onsite was delicious.

The staff were kind, and helpful. The breakfast that was included was very good my only suggestion would be more vegan or healthy options. The coffee wasn’t a good quality. The bathroom shower had a 1/2 glass door with the faucet at the opposite end trying to shower young toddler children wasn’t as easy as it could be. Overall the stay was very good. I would stay there again. I think the kindness of the staff was the best part. The hotel was clean and there are many restaurants and a Walmart nearby. We had 2 king size beds that were very comfortable.
