Todo esta muy bien, las albercas muy limpias , habitación amplia y limpia , cuando reservé solicité habitación cercana a las piscinas y si me la dieron , empleados muy amables , tal vez como sugerencia , es q dieran toallas para uso exclusivo de albercas , y lo q se me hizo un poco elevado los costos de los alimentos en el restaurante, de ahí en fuera todo bien, y si lo recomiendo

We liked that it was downtown, yet the rooms were quiet. The hotel is nice overall but the shower stall is small and the internet was not reliable. The pool was clean but had too much chlorine. For the price and location we would return.

I love the fact that they have a restaurant and offer room service too. I have been coming here for 25 years, and at one time it was the most luxurious hotel in Chetumal Mexico. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and bilingual (Spanish & English) and it's very reasonably priced, especially for families. The center courtyard area has a pool, which has lingers around it, so the kids can play in safety.

Our stay at Hotel Los Cocos was perfect. The hotel is clean, safe and quiet. There is parking and a restaurant on site. The hotel has a pool and a hot tub. You can also walk downtown for shopping, banking or dinning. We recommend Hotel Los Cocos and will stay there again when we visit Chetumal.

El costo hospedaje es bueno pero las instalaciones necesitan mejorar. El cuarto olía a humedad, las colchas parecían sucias, el agua de la regadera se derramaba hacia el exterior. Las tinas son peligrosas. No tenía elevador y para personas de mi edad bajar con maleta es complicado.

Cuando llegamos tarde al hotel, había una cucaracha muerta en la habitación y olía a humedad. Preguntamos al hotel si podíamos cancelar la reserva para la noche siguiente. Nos dijeron que contactáramos con Hotels.com para cancelar. Lo hicimos y Hotels.com nos dijo que la decisión era del hotel. Nos contaron muchas historias y ningún miembro del personal quiso decirnos su nombre. Tampoco tenían etiquetas con sus nombres. Solo sabemos que Hotels.com habló con Jesús y él se negó a hablar conmigo ni con mi esposa en recepción. Este es un hotel antiguo con problemas de humedad, plomería deficiente, sábanas y almohadas baratas y pintura reciente. Recomiendo alojarse en otro hotel.

Property had a great price and location. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My sleep wasn't comfortable as they only provide two very small pillows for the beds. The pillows are about half the size of standard bed pillows. The sink also had a slow running drain and there was visible signs of mold on the ceiling above the beds and in the restroom.

Reservé porque para mí era de los mejor de Chetumal pero es un hotel que le falta inversión. Las camas rechinan La TV no es smartv La tasa tenias que darle un jalón y esperar darle otro y esperar darle un tercero y rogar que se fuera La puerta corrediza del balcón rechina horrible y estaba dura. El frigobar tiene la misma edad que el hotel. El burro de planchar igual. Las camaristas hacen mucho ruido por las mañanas. Era increíble que teníamos el letrero de privacidad y desde las 8am están intentando abrir el cuarto. Y cada 30 minutos pasaban a intentar abrirlo y si no lo lograron era porque tenía seguro por dentro. No cuenta con un espacio cómodo para trabajar. En general fue una decepción para mi en relación al precio-calidad.

The room was espacios, comfortable bed but not pillows. Bathroom can use an up grade and need some maintenance. Tv stream had some problems for a couple of days, all in all was an ok place for us to use as a base for traveling around Chetumal.

Terrible, el personal de recepción NEFASTO! Pague un upgrade de habitación y me dieron una que apestaba, el agua salía llena de tierra, no tenía edredón, la luz del clima no se apaga, verdaderamente nefasto, al día siguiente exigí un cambio, me dieron otra que igual tenía el agua sucia, y me volvieron a cambiar a una un poco mejor LA CUAL DEBIERON DARME DESDE MI LLEGADA, pues me cobrar un pago extra por el upgrade, sin embargo, la habitación apestaba a humedad, pedimos otra toalla porque somos 3 y no sabían si tenían, al final nos la llevaron, pero la experiencia fue muy muy mala. JAMÁS regresaríamos ahí, y mucho menos podría recomendarlo…

Un hotel muy agradable en el que usualmente me hospedo al visitar Chetumal. Cuenta con restaurant con buena calidad y estacionamiento. Aunque en esta ocasión no usamos el estacionamiento, pues viajamos en el tren. Ubicado en el centro, muy cerca del Museo de la Cultura Maya de Chetumal. 😃👍

I love the fact that they have a restaurant and offer room service too. I have been coming here for 25 years, and at one time it was the most luxurious hotel in Chetumal Mexico. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and bilingual (Spanish & English) and it's very reasonably priced, especially for families. The center courtyard area has a pool, which has lingers around it, so the kids can play in safety.
