La atención del personal y las instalaciones muy limpias, el único inconveniente es que no tiene elevadores y es bastante difícil subir, casi pierdo el equilibrio por lo angosta e impinadas que están las escaleras. Fuera de ello, es súper bonito.

The photos of the pool are old. The room is clean and tiny good just to spend a night or if you are going to be out. The pool is in the middle of the hotel, no sun or natural airflow. The a/c works fine. The nicest thing is you can walk to the malecon and the area around very easily.

Stayed due to proximity to San Pedro water taxi. Nice and clean and comfortable. Close to walk the Malecon. Pool is indoor, so no sun, but clean and nice.

Excellent overall experience. Friendly staff, super clean room, fast WiFi, large smart TV with plenty of channels and AirPlay capability, beautiful swimming pool and atrium. Indoor parking which is very secure and large parking spaces. Great location, close to shopping, restaurants and the water.

The hotel originally put up in a pet friendly room on the ground floor, but we refused it due to it being full of hair and fleas. it was pretty obvious the room was not cleaned properly. They ended up putting us in another room that was clean. Everything about the hotel was old and not properly taken care of. The pool was not clean. The location was good though. The restaurant was excellent and the front desk was very helpful.

The room originally given to us was not ready so room service put us in the room next door. The there is a giant frosted window to the hallway and the light is always on so your room stays well lit at night too. The sheets on both beds had some reddish brown droplets dried on them. The sheets and towels were scratchy and it feels like there is a plastic cover on the mattress it self. It served it purpose putting us close to the ferry but we probably won’t be back to this hotel if we have to catch the ferry again.

It is extremely convenient. The mattress are super hard and covered with a plastic that is very uncomfortable. The towels were stained and very rough to the touch.

Very nice hotel, big, comfortable bed and a clean room with good water pressure. The pool and gym are small but they do the job and are clean as well. The location is perfect if you want to be near the boulevard to go for a walk next to the water any time you want, they also offer rental bikes with accessible prices. I would stay here again next time I go to Chetumal. My only complain is the WiFi, it was intermittent and had to rely on my phone's data fairly often. Also, my wife is vegetarian and sometimes they didn't have any options for her in the buffet, I believe adding oats as an option shouldn't be too expensive and would fix that problem. Luckily the last days of our stay the eggs were either plain scrambled eggs or with vegetables, so we didn't struggle.

The regular rooms are tiny, very depressing. The room feels like a small box devoid of comfort. The bathroom also is tiny. There is NO water pressure for the shower and to flush the toilet. I upgraded to the "suite" because the regular room was so bad. I had to pay quite a bit more but at least there was some space. It is in a nice location, there is a coffee shop and parking. It is pet friendly with a fee. The free breakfast is not good :( The beds are not comfortable either. If you don\'t expect comfort and just need a place to sleep this hotel is an ok option.

The location was very good to take the ferry to Belize the next morning, and also to enjoy the activities on the malecon on a Friday night. The hotel room itself was very uncomfortable - it had no window! However the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

When I arrived at the hotel, they said that they didn't have wifi and could not check me in. There were several other people in the lobby also waiting for check in. The receptionist said that they had been waiting for 2 hours already and that there was no plan except to wait and hope that the wifi came back on so that they could check people in. There was no manager available. I called the number on my reservation and the number was not in service. I contacted Expedia and they also attempted to contact the hotel, with no success. I requested a refund so that I could go to another hotel for the night. The hotel said that I had to talk to Expedia about a refund. Expedia said that only the hotel could approve a refund. So in the end I paid for 2 hotels for the same night. Expedia tried to follow up the hotel, but they would not approve a refund. So I paid for a night in this hotel and they would not refund my money even though it was their fault that I could not check in to a room. Expedia offered my $25 in One Key Cash, which I appreciated. The rate that I paid for the hotel (including taxes) was $60, so not a refund, but a token towards the inconvenience.

The property is spotless, but the best part is the staff every single one on the front desk or restaurant was fantastic, I returned to their restaurant even after I had left the place. The girl at front desk in the morning shift was very helpful with anything I asked for. Very happy with the place, I will stay again.
