Good enough for 1 night stay. I would not say the rooms are dirty but the smell all throughout the Hotel was not pleasant. Everything in the room worked fine and was clean. Hotel is close to a small road . Lots of tradfic all through the night. Rooms not very sound proof and you can hear different noises all through the night. Pool was dirty so the children were dissapointed that we didn't let them swim. Looked like it didn't get proper maintenance. Back side of Hotel yard for parking had a huge pile of garbage bags on the ground beside the bin. Breakfast is not 5 star if you compare with VIPS or some other place , but for a complimentary breakfast it is better than most . Lots to choose from and nice quality food for a complimentary breakfast. Due to the smell and noise, and bad pool I am not planning to come back.

Nice large hotel near plaza de las americas. Rooms are basic but good enough. Hot and cold shower. The breakfast is good. The only annoying this is that you have to request for things like pool towels and ice buckets at the front desk and they are busy so it takes a while to request and receive them.

El staff dio un buen servicio, pero hubo unas situaciones que hicieron mi la estadía no tan buena. Primero el shuttle que ofrecen no opera hasta las 8:30 yo me quedé en este hotel Porque tenía un vuelo temprano y al final tuve que tomar un Uber porque el servicio de shuttle no estaba disponible. También el día que entré el sistema estaba mal y tardaron un montón en poder darme una habitación, el staff hizo lo que pudo. El hotel está bastante cerca del aeropuerto y junto a una plaza lo cual es muy conveniente.

The hotel was very clean and at a great price! Amazing customer service all around. Housekeeping does a phenomenal job keeping everything spotless, and the receptionists are so kind and helpful. The breakfast is delicious (and included!) — they seriously need a tip jar because it’s that good. Definitely staying here again next time I’m in Chetumal! 🙌

The property was near the shopping plaza, where you can find whatever is needed. However, the place has an odor, no very pleasant one, as soon as you step inside the lobby. The room also had an odor and it was very evident that an odor was coming from the shower stall drain. The linens in the room was very clean. The room itself had the basic furniture. The included breakfast was good. They had the typical items for breakfast.

Great hotel to stay at for a mini vacation and shopping. Close to the mall which is very convenient. Beds are good. Just that queen sized beds would be better.

Rooms small and not suitable for tourist visiting for more than a day. No microwave, fridge, coffee station in room, pool area dilapidated, limited gym equipment, only 1 ice machine on first floor, kitchen staff unfriendly, checkin was cold and clinical. Recommended only for work stay not for vacation with family

The room is very minimalist. No small fridge, the beds are quite small. The room had a bit of a strange smell to it, as if there had been a smoker in the nonsmoking room. I find that the room was overpriced for the simplicity of it.

Nos toco en el piso 5, no pudimos descansar por que estaba muy humedo el cuarto, la sabanas almohadas, no habia extractor de humedad ni se podia abrir la ventana, estaba muy incomodo . las almohadas muy viejas y flacas, muy incomodas, me hospede ahi hace como4 años y fue todo bien, esta vez no me gusto nada la comodidad del cuarto, deberian tener mas ventilación por que todo estaba muy humedo y por lo tanto se hacenacaros y pica el cuerpo, yo soy de campeche asi que conozco el clima humedo, no es que fuera una adaptacion cultural es que no tiene ventilacion ese cuarto o ese piso. realmente no descanse nada .

This is an OK city hotel. It isn't super clean, but it made due for the night. The staff didn't seem willing or helpful, but eventually we were able to get checked in. There aren't a ton of options in Chetumal, but next time we will try somewhere else. Disappointed.

Room was for 4 persons. Had one towel. Requested them did not get until morning from a second request. Bathroom has a strong odor. Was given one key and asked for more. Told no without reason. The lady in the morning was very friendly and helpful.

The first night we booked the room online, arrived after 10 and didn't get a room. I didn't see any requirements online to be there before 10. So I had to go into the city to another hotel. The second night we booked online again, showed the staff our booking, and paid for it. Later we see it is charged online as well.

Desde la llegada al hotel la puerta principal del lobby no abría de manera automática, después la puerta del cuarto tampoco abría y los de mantenimiento nada más fueron a verla pero no la arreglaron, por lo que que era difícil llegar a la habitación; el desayuno pésimo, con un mal sabor y poca variedad que en los dos días siguientes preferimos ir a comer a otro lugar; finalmente, me querían cobrar una cantidad mayor a la que aparecía en mi reservación de hoteles com; definitivamente, no volveré a hospedarme en ese hotel.

Was an OK hotel for 5 days. Food was really good, unfortunately if you will stay for more that 2 days be prepared to have the same food for breakfast . We ended eating out side for 3 days . Staff is nice, however our reservation was for 4 people, and always we just have 2 towels. I tried to call the receptionist and always busy. I went to ask for towels (9 pm) and we never got them. Another day I went to the front desk and I have to wait for staff to give me the towels other wise we will not have any dry towel to use for showers ! It is a good hotel just to spend the night. Do outings and come back to relax. No recommended for people who wants to stay in the hotel all day.
