5박동안 숙소에서 생활하면서 느낀점 솔직 리뷰입니다. 다낭 공항에서 숙소까지 택시(그랩)타고 15분정도걸림 가깝고 이 정도 가격대비에 진짜 좋다고 느낍니다. 다낭공항 ▶️ 숙소 (택시15분) 숙소 ▶️ 미케비치 (도보 10분) 그리고 아침 또는 저녁에 런닝 좋아하시는 분은 숙소에서도 아무 탈없이 런닝 가능할것 같고요. 숙소들어가자마자 딱 1.5오피스텔 느낌입니다 넷플릭스 되는 숙소더라고요 되게 좋았습니다! 침대청결은 저희는 좋았고요. 예전에 리뷰를 보다가 다른분께서 생수병 위생상태 얘기하셨는데 저희도 마찬가지로 생수병이 청결하지않더라고요. 냉장고에있는거는 유료라서 안먹었고요. 근데 저희는 그냥 밖에 나가서 생수 사먹었요 그게 이득 나머지 샤워실 청결은 별로였던것 같아요 물떼가 있으니깐 주의 물도 잘나오고 샤워하는데 그게 문제되는건 없습니다 다음 수영장 얘기하자면 엄청 큰 수영장은 아니고 대략 개인 풀빌라 수영장 느낌?이라고 생각하면됩니다 다음 조식! 조식 진짜!쌀국수 잘하는 숙소더라고요 조식은 다양하게 엄청 많이는 안나오고 가볍게 나옵니다그래도 이 정도 가격에 조식은 나쁘지 않습니다. 다음 스파마사지 진짜 강추!여기서 마사지 받으세요 진짜 관리사님께서 잘하시고요.완전!시원해요 저는 오리엔탈마사지를 받았는데 아로마싫으신 분들은 오리엔탈 마사지!꼭받으세요 다음 친절 여기 직원분들 모두 친절하시고 너무ㅜ착하신 마음가지신것같아요. 항상 밝게 웃어주시고요 제가 잘 못알아듣고 할때마다 어플로 번역해서 보여주는데 기달려주시면서 천천히얘기해주시고 알아듣기 쉽게 말씀해주세요! 진짜 너무 친철하셔가지고 다시 숙소예약하고싶을정도 특히 저는 기억에 남는 분은 LNA?안경쓰셨고 뉴진스 하니닮은 분께서 기억에 남았습니다. 총평 숙소 청결은 화장실 물떼,생수병 위생상태만 정리부탁 그 외 나머지들은 모두 만족합니다!

Near My Khe beach. Service is great, staff is kind and always smile. Rooftop has a garden to relax ( lounger ). Swimming pool has a city view.

３日間、お世話になりました。深夜のチェックインに始まり、換金のお願いやランドリーサービスなど、丁寧にご対応いただきました。こじんまりとしたホテルですが、清潔感があり、朝食もスタッフの皆様が目配せ下さり、快適に過ごせました。 華美ではありませんが、アットホームで落ち着くホテルです。 旅の最終日、どうしても海沿いのホテルに宿泊したくなり、1日早くチェックアウトしましたが、イヤな顔一つせずにご対応下さりました。また訪れたいホテルです。 THIさんにお写真も撮っていただき、一人旅でしたが、いい思い出になりました。

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly, rooms were nice and breakfast was good. We were told that there was construction going on the building next to the hotel, that blocked the view from our window and there would be noise disturbances. However to compensate, they gave me and my husband a free 60minutes body massage, which we used. We could hear the noises from the building work, but it started when we woke up and ended before we went to bed so it didn’t bother us too much.

Everything was good and impressing. I read many reviews so i decided to try one night. Wow, They made me extend immediately when i made a first step. The staff is nice and always smile. The location is in a quiet alley ( tranquil ). My room is equipped kitchen and smart TV, modern fridge. I felt like my home. The rooftop has a entertainment. However, i just extend 2 nights more because they'were full next days.Thank you so much

층마다 구비되있어서 좋았습니다. 저는 세제를 준비해가서 잘 사용했습니다. 저는 5층 스튜디오발코니룸에 머물렀는데 소음도 없고 아주 좋았구요 6층 수영장은 아담하지만 딸이 좋아해서 3일내내 이용했습니다. 리셉션과 식당 호텔 어느곳에서 직원들 마주쳐도 항상 웃는얼굴로 인사해주셔서 그런지 다낭과 호이안 4곳 숙소중 딸은 이곳이 제일 좋았다고 하네요. 리셉션 thi 정말 친절하고 고마웠어요. …

Exception hotel ! The pictures show the reality, the pool is amazing and the water had perfect temperature. Location is great, easy access to many tourist destinations ( near my Khe Beach 5-minutes ). My room has full amenities ( kitchen, fridge and smart TV).

Cozy boutique hotel with beautiful decor and helpful staff. Ms. Thy helped to prepare the room for early check-in immediately upon arrival without prior arrangement and gave great recommendations for food and place to visit. Especially, they have a mini golf , game room and swimming pool taking a full view of city on rooftop. The price is worthy !

Very convenient, has a lovely Cafe Kitchen called Voi's across the lanway. Amazing staff, not a large hotel so has very attentive staff and not crazy busy. Lovely pool and each level has laundry facilities to use. Would stay here again.

Beach was 5 minutes walk from hotel. Lots of places to eat near hotel. Hotel is really new and clean. My room is apartment ( living room and bed room ) equipped full amenities : kitchen, Smart TV ( Netflix & Youtube ) and fridge. Breakfast is no more choices but enough for me. Suitable for expats

Breakfast was good, although lacked some western foods. Staff were amazing. Room was clean but lots mould in shower. Bed was also extremely hard and uncomfortable.

I stayed at the hotel for 14 days and I got the room with the tub which costs more but when I tried to use the tub the hot water stayed on for a few minutes then turned cold so I told staff about this and they said wait 15 to 20mins for the boiler…. But the water always remained cold no matter how hard I tried…so I never used the tub.. The staff was amazingly attentive.They was always ready to help and always had a smile~ The breakfast was practically the same every morning. Room cleaning-I noticed the covers was always the same never changed *they just fixed the bed And they always used the same glasses to fill the water but the glasses for the water was dirty around the top area!! I don’t feel the amount I paid was worth it. P.s The reason I picked the hotel was because of the tub I didn’t get a chance to use!

I wanted to like this hotel, but our stay was marred by numerous problems that made it very difficult to relax or enjoy our time here. Housekeeping Issues: The most frustrating aspect was the daily housekeeping failures. Every single day, something was forgotten or not done properly - trash not removed, cups left unwashed, no toilet paper replenished, missing towels. It was always something different, which made it impossible to anticipate what would be overlooked next. This is basic hospitality that any hotel should get right consistently. Noise Problems: We were woken up extremely early every morning (sometimes as early as 6:30-7:00 AM) by staff talking loudly in Vietnamese right outside our room, moving things around, slamming doors, and vacuuming aggressively against the walls. When we complained, the hotel initially claimed it was other guests, which was clearly not true. Even if housekeeping officially starts at 8:00 AM, the noise level was completely unacceptable for a hotel where guests are trying to rest. Additionally, there was constant construction noise throughout the day from nearby building work. Room Quality: The room had no view whatsoever - the window looked directly onto a wall. This wasn’t what we expected based on the listing. Staff Issues: The reception staff were unprofessional, snippy, and had poor English comprehension, which made communication difficult. They displayed an unwelcoming attitude throughout our stay.

영어가 서툴고 자유여행이 처음인 저로써는 한국어하는 친절한 호텔직원이 있어서 안심되었고 청소상태 청결했으며 조식도 아주 맛있었어요! 너무 직원들 모두 아주 친절하고 시설이 깨끗하고 모든게 완벽 했습니다 조식도 괜찮습니다 특히 루프탑 분위기 좋 왜 한국사람들이 많이 방문하는지 알수 있던 호텔인듯

The property was beautiful and new. I was amazed by their design. The staff were all so helpful and kind. The location is near My Khe Beach and away from 20-30 meters from main street. No noisy. Facilities is tables, wifi, smart TV, kitchen. I felt like my home.

The Hem was a beautiful place to stay, room was nice and cozy and clean we loved the look and feel of the space!! Only down side we had was the shower wasn’t sealed properly from the door so if the shower head was at the wrong angle water would flood the bathroom! Also had no hot water whenever we tried to shower both nights we were there! Apart from the shower issues we had a lovely stay!

Brilliant and very caring personnel. Unfortunately, the rooms are very dark, all furniture, the fllor, all's very dark and the lighting is not sufficient, you might not find dark things you drop. Also the ceiling is pretty low, making the rooms, at least in the annex building, feel a bit cramped even if they aren't.

Tam was super nice and helpful, as were the 2 women at breakfast. The room was nice, big and comfortable with kitchen. It was great having bicycle! The balconies were for show rather than use. We were not provided with a lock box, even after asking. The hot water ran out, we reported it, they fixed it and a day or two later it was a problem again. The breakfast was not good. I was really pressured to give a good review before leaving. Not cool. They push too hard and reviews lose all value and become meaningless. Way to go Vietnam. /s

It was an incredible and amazing stay. Since the Hotel had some free rooms that night, they gave us a free upgrade. The room, the staff, the atmosphere and the location were outstanding. Located in one of the vibrant areas in Da Nang, only 5 minutes away from the beach, I can promise, that we will come back again. Thanks a lot.

A great value for money property ! Good location, friendly staff. It's not too far from My Khe Beach. Feel relaxed because of their peace. I have stayed in many hotels in front of beach but their service is not deserved. Recommend this hotel !

The location was good. I could not sleep well in the first night there as the room was facing a construction site which started working at around 7am. I talked to the staff and they were helpful and arranged another room for me, though that was a smaller room (not the room tyle I reserved for). All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was really good, had many restaurants nearby. I will stay at the Hem next time when I go to Danang. Frankly speaking, the Hem is a lot better than another boutique hotel I stayed last year, in terms of service, room condition and location.

I stayed at the hotel for 14 days and I got the room with the tub which costs more but when I tried to use the tub the hot water stayed on for a few minutes then turned cold so I told staff about this and they said wait 15 to 20mins for the boiler…. But the water always remained cold no matter how hard I tried…so I never used the tub.. The staff was amazingly attentive.They was always ready to help and always had a smile~ The breakfast was practically the same every morning. Room cleaning-I noticed the covers was always the same never changed *they just fixed the bed And they always used the same glasses to fill the water but the glasses for the water was dirty around the top area!! I don’t feel the amount I paid was worth it. P.s The reason I picked the hotel was because of the tub I didn’t get a chance to use!

Tam was super nice and helpful, as were the 2 women at breakfast. The room was nice, big and comfortable with kitchen. It was great having bicycle! The balconies were for show rather than use. We were not provided with a lock box, even after asking. The hot water ran out, we reported it, they fixed it and a day or two later it was a problem again. The breakfast was not good. I was really pressured to give a good review before leaving. Not cool. They push too hard and reviews lose all value and become meaningless. Way to go Vietnam. /s

Very convenient, has a lovely Cafe Kitchen called Voi's across the lanway. Amazing staff, not a large hotel so has very attentive staff and not crazy busy. Lovely pool and each level has laundry facilities to use. Would stay here again.

영어가 서툴고 자유여행이 처음인 저로써는 한국어하는 친절한 호텔직원이 있어서 안심되었고 청소상태 청결했으며 조식도 아주 맛있었어요! 너무 직원들 모두 아주 친절하고 시설이 깨끗하고 모든게 완벽 했습니다 조식도 괜찮습니다 특히 루프탑 분위기 좋 왜 한국사람들이 많이 방문하는지 알수 있던 호텔인듯
