Comfort Inn & Suites Madison East Interstate I-90

We stayed at this Hotel for UW graduation weekend. This hotel was 20+ mins away from the University. It’s also very near Madison’s Landfill tho there was no garbage smell. Hotel jacked up the prices for this weekend. We were charged over $400 a night and it wasn’t worth that at all. They claimed at check-in we had already paid (we hadn’t) and then at checkout I had to fight to get the rooms on the credit card of my choice. Breakfasts were ok. We stayed for 2 days. First day, room internet was terrible. We told the staff on two separate occasions this. They did manage to fix it the second time. Overall, an okay hotel but location wasn’t great and it wasn’t worth the money they wanted for graduation weekend.

This was a very nice hotel. The cleaner scent was a bit strong, but overall, we were very pleased. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delightful. The room was clean and everything worked great. We would definitely stay here again.

I couldn't understand the hotel clerk on the phone or in person.

Breakfast food was good, would eat it again.

Room was clean but the heater when it was running had a loud noise.
