The staff where great and accommodating. It was a little weird, I used my own coffee cup (hold 2 cups) at their breakfast and was told by stuff that is a big no no, relay 2 cups. Changing the TV channels would take a minimum of 1 min between channels. I was told there wouldn't a daily cleaning, that no problem but I didn't like that someone came in the room and shut off the A/C. I was in the heat all day crashed and broke my wrist the afternoon before check out. come back to a warm room wasn't ideal. They could use door sweeps on the rooms to make it privet, because when your in the hallway you here everything a person says as you walk down the hallway. I didn't swim but the water in the pool looked clean. They have a decent snack bar. Parking was great.

Obviously being renovated with construction material outside. Clean, comfortable and AC was cold. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment but plenty of choices around the hotel to dine. Good for the price would stay again.

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. So was housekeeping staff. Room was clean. Breakfast was lacking & ran out of coffee often & early. Lady at desk said it was my responsibilty to tell her there was no more coffee AND she yelled at me for looking for spoons in the cabinets while she was busy with something else. She was not very friendly to anyone I saw her interact with, unfortunately. No laundry to wash clothes, no gym & pool was very cloudy.

Staff were very friendly and helpful at this hotel. Next door to IHOP for great breakfast. Hotel offers basic breakfast as well. The pool looked amazing and well kept. Very noisy next to a major highway!

Was disappointed by the cleanliness of the hotel and our room. The hallways and the room bathroom had a terrible odor. The bed was full of black hair and black specks. The continental breakfast was very limited- bagels, packaged muffins, cereal, oatmeal, and yogurt were the only options. The lady who checked us in was efficient and sweet.

All was great at this property except the bathroom. It definitely needs to be remodeled as it had a lot of areas that needed some care. In addition, the floor was dirty and had hair from prior tenants. Yuck. We got in late (12:30am) so did not have much of a chance to have staff address the issue.

Staff was very pleasant. BUT walking into our room there was a weird smell. We went out to dinner after dropping off bags. Came back and noticef MOLD on wall between toilet and bathtub AND on grout lining tub. Bad enough I didnt feel well during night. Talked to another guest in morning....same complaints!!! I mentioned it to guy behind desk upon checking out. He said he made a note of it.

We booked in advance as we were passing through on our way home. It was booked up, so we were glad to have a place to stay. For the price, $150 , we expected it to be at least neat and clean. The place is in very rough shape. You can tell they are trying with some updates like newer carpet in halls and newer floors in rooms. Everything else is outdated and in poor condition. Our room had an extremely loud air conditioner , a hole in the ceiling where a sprinkler used to be, a toilet seat that was extremely loose, tiny toilet, a clogged sink, white spackle marks on the blue walls, a shower curtain rod that was bent down making it impossible to close the curtain. The doors were loud, as the one at the end of the hall slammed closed consistently, rattling the windows. Dead bugs in the window sill and what looked like a huge cockroach or other large bug in the light shade above the clogged sink. Older/ worn blankets on the bed. Our room was on the second floor, back door/ stairwell was old, worn out, with floor that looked like it was the floor of an auto workshop. Breakfast very minimal. One positive was the bed was fairly comfortable, and front desk at check in was pleasant. Glad we had a place to stay, but I was shocked. I would not recommend.

The desk clerk was very nice. Other than that, I would have rated a 3 - it was adequate but not fancy or exceptional. However, this was THE NOISIEST hotel I have ever stayed in. Not from the outside noise but within. The walls and floors are paper thin. I could hear the person in the next room set their toothbrush down or set something on the floor. I could hear and understand the conversation between the person above me and the hotel staff that came to their door. The guests above had small children that kept running and stomping, keeping us awake.

The refrigerator makes too much noise & I kept hearing tapping noises through the walls in two different rooms. The front desk was great about accommodating me as best as she could. The bed was very comfortable & the shower was great. Overall I was uneasy and didn't feel safe and will not return.

Clean but with issues! Toilet was not connected to the floor, and they had the coffee pot and coffee in the bathroom. Breakfast was nasty and check out was a challenge. Management refused to give me a receipt, said that the room I stayed in belonged to Hotel.com and that’s who will need to give you a receipt. I told him that he changed my card and I want a receipt. He said you go now! I ask him if he was sure he wanted to leave it this way. He said no receipt you go now. Told him I was going to call Wyndham! He said NO raising his voice… you call Hotel.com… you leave now!

I arrived at midnight to check in to my room after driving all day. Says pet friendly on site, but arrive with my service dog, as I'm a war veteran to be told no we don't recognize that he's a service dog. Then i go outside to try and find a new place to stay and they proceeded to call the police.

When we check in my name was the only one on the register, so I said to the lady as we checked in, I also will need a key for my husband and I’ll place his name on the register, she said I didn’t need to he just needs to let me know what room his in and I will give him a key, I said you will not give anyone a key to my room unless they are listed, she wasn’t getting it we did go over this three times, when she put up her hand and said ewww I don’t want to argue, I said do you know the liability you all would have if you give anyone a key to a room they are not registered in.

We arrived around 2am, but there was a staff at the front desk to greet us. Room was clean, water pressure was great, the bed was surprisingly good too (not too soft), place was renovated, place was quiet, free breakfast was fine, staff was friendly. Bathroom baseboards were extremely dirty. The air conditioner in the room was set to 68 but never got below 72. When we tried to have breakfast the milk was spoiled, the gentleman working breakfast/counter didn’t speak very good English to properly communicate the issue with the milk.

Grass area covered in garbage, rooms in poor shape, front desk staff rude, and said they were keeping track of our towel usage. They were watching us on the camera bring our stuff in and made comments. Breakfast poor selection, cereal stale.
