L'hotel si trova in una zona non proprio bellissima purtroppo essendo poi facile raggiungere il centro attraverso i servizi di Bolt, Uber e metropolitana.purtroppo il parking dell' hotel non è utilizzabile. Il parking a pagamento presso la Casa della Musica è carissimo, consiglio di effettuare una prenotazione per soggiorni multiday sul sito della Società per risparmiare parecchi soldi.

The property was very clean,tidy and quiet, the staff were really amazingly helpful & friendly, soeaks English too. Breakfast was good, the guest had a lot of choice to choose from cereal to fruits and continental. It is accessible to major tranaport like buses, metro.taxi or uber. Bar is ooen at certain time at night where you can relax after a long day of sight seeing. I though having the concept of "forget itt" was very thoughtful and personal touch..it means If you forget a toothbrush, toothpaste or a disposable shaver just the reception they will provide you with one. Overall I could highly recommend this properry to anyone even for a ahort or longer visit

No fridge in the room, AC not working. No parking, to stop the car and get the lugggage out I had to "park" on the sidewalk, which you aren't supposed to do that. This will be good for people that uber or walk not for the ones that have a rental car. You see homeless people in the neighborhood. I will not stay in this hotel again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has only been open for just over a month so everything was in new condition. Room was clean and well organised. We were greeted with portugese tarts in the room. They offer two types of pillows; soft & hard. Each room has the ability to adjust the temprature. Everyone at reception was friendly and as a bonus all of them spoke English which was very helpful to us. A special shout out to Jocelyn for her patience with our many questions and for always greeting us warmly. Continental breakfast had a variety of food from the standard toast, cereal & coffee to some nice extras of pastries, deli meat, cheeses fruit, yoghurt, bacon & eggs. Something to note is that bacon & eggs is prepared in advance on hot plates but would lose its heat quickly. We found it an easy walking distance to shops, restaurants & public transportation. If taking train and have luggage get off at the Casa De Musicia stop. The Francos stop was recommened by Google but has cobblestone & uneven footpaths so had to carry bags most of the way. Much better surfaces on the way to Casa De Musica.

Hotel itself was clean, but there was a foul odor everywhere. It can be very noisy, either from heavy traffic in the front or the metro in the back. The bed was nice and clean. Good thick towels. The shower was really nice. It’s a shame there was no refrigerator in the room.

Room was like a sauna. Two members of staff arrived to try to fix the aircon but failed. Then it took two people to try to open the window which was locked with a key. I was promised to either move room or have the aircon fixed by an engineer but the manager and staff simply failed to deliver. As a result I had to sleep with the window open. The road outside was very busy all night including emergency service vehicles passing by caused a disturbed sleep for two days. Very disappointed with Holiday Inn and the staff at this hotel…even though they were pleasant.

Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zentrale Lage, gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Da das Hotel noch recht neu ist, sind die Zimmer sauber, modern und ausreichend groß. Personal ist freundlich, jedoch hat unser Check in recht lange gedauert. Einzig zu bemängeln ist die Frühstückssituation. Da das Frühstück inbegriffen ist, ist die Auswahl zwar recht spärlich aber in Ordnung. Mag vielleicht nicht immer so sein, aber eine der beiden Kaffeemaschinen war immer kaputt, zeitweise sogar beide. Um Teller und Müslischalen zu bekommen, musste man auf Zack sein. Dies lag aber vielleicht auch daran, dass die Tische (die dringend gebraucht wurden) länger nicht abgeräumt wurden und das wiederum, könnte mit einem zeitweiligen Personalmangel zusammenhängen, jedenfalls schien dass vorhandene Personal leicht überfordert. Insgesamt ist der Frühstücksraum recht klein und der Gang zum Buffet ähnelt einem Hindernislauf.

The hotel is well located, which was a plus. Not in the city center but in a safe area. However, as part of a hotel chain, I expected a higher level of service. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly. When I contacted the front desk, I was told that no one was available to assist me and that a note would be left for the next day — but I was checking out the following morning, so that wasn’t helpful. I had done a block booking for 6 people but Expedia had only confirmed for 5 people, and the hotel was full which is why one of our group had to stay at a different hotel. Initially the reception could not find our booking at all and it took 30 minutes for them to do so. This is not what you expect.

Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel war es völlig in Ordnung. Zimmer war sauber und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eine gute Anbindung zu Bus und Bahn. Das einzige was mich gestört hat das ich im Unterschoß schlafen mußte und keine Türe aufmachen konnte. Die Klimaanlage war zwar an, aber die war so kalt. Etwas Luft muss ja rein da nimnt man auch sowas in Kauf. Würde ich auf jeden Fall Empfelen weil es sonst ein schönes Hotel ist

Ottimo hotel di costruzione recente. Le camere sono comprese di tutto quello che occorre (anche il ferro da stiro!). Molto ricca la colazione. Non è nel centro storico, ma ha due fermate della metro molto vicine ed una fermata bus di fronte alla hall. Holiday inn è sempre una sicurezza

Staff very kind and will go the extra mile. Clean bedroom, good fair price and the free breakfast was very good. Highly recommended staying here, just a 5 min metro into the city centre too.

We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located ojust outside the tourist hotspots of Porto but all are easy accessible by the nearby Metro stations and around a 30 minute walk. Breakfast was average but sufficient. The only slight niggle was the shower pressure was a bit low.

Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast cafe area is clean with a good variety of food to start the day. The Metro stop, Casa da Musica, is a 10 minute walk from the hotel but make sure you get directions as the Metro hub does not have very good signage to direct one. This same stop is close to a grocery store, Metrodona.

The staff is excellent, the breakfast is convenient at the hotel because there are no cafes near by. The front desk people smile all the time, Sara was so nice to call my previous hotel to let them know that I left my scarf there and I’ll go back to get it.

Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zentrale Lage, gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Da das Hotel noch recht neu ist, sind die Zimmer sauber, modern und ausreichend groß. Personal ist freundlich, jedoch hat unser Check in recht lange gedauert. Einzig zu bemängeln ist die Frühstückssituation. Da das Frühstück inbegriffen ist, ist die Auswahl zwar recht spärlich aber in Ordnung. Mag vielleicht nicht immer so sein, aber eine der beiden Kaffeemaschinen war immer kaputt, zeitweise sogar beide. Um Teller und Müslischalen zu bekommen, musste man auf Zack sein. Dies lag aber vielleicht auch daran, dass die Tische (die dringend gebraucht wurden) länger nicht abgeräumt wurden und das wiederum, könnte mit einem zeitweiligen Personalmangel zusammenhängen, jedenfalls schien dass vorhandene Personal leicht überfordert. Insgesamt ist der Frühstücksraum recht klein und der Gang zum Buffet ähnelt einem Hindernislauf.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has only been open for just over a month so everything was in new condition. Room was clean and well organised. We were greeted with portugese tarts in the room. They offer two types of pillows; soft & hard. Each room has the ability to adjust the temprature. Everyone at reception was friendly and as a bonus all of them spoke English which was very helpful to us. A special shout out to Jocelyn for her patience with our many questions and for always greeting us warmly. Continental breakfast had a variety of food from the standard toast, cereal & coffee to some nice extras of pastries, deli meat, cheeses fruit, yoghurt, bacon & eggs. Something to note is that bacon & eggs is prepared in advance on hot plates but would lose its heat quickly. We found it an easy walking distance to shops, restaurants & public transportation. If taking train and have luggage get off at the Casa De Musicia stop. The Francos stop was recommened by Google but has cobblestone & uneven footpaths so had to carry bags most of the way. Much better surfaces on the way to Casa De Musica.

I stayed for three nights, and my room was never cleaned; otherwise, everything was great—the staff had a good attitude and the breakfast was good. I’d recommend it, though I didn't like that the room wasn't cleaned during the four days I was there. Because of that detail, I might prefer other options
