Oneida Casino Hotel

What a nice little out of the way casino and hotel. Everything was great, except for the mattress. It was very firm. The pool was salt water and went to 5ft 6. Nice swimming area with a big hot tub.

I didn’t like how far the rooms were from the casino and it was a very long walk to the casino from the hotel they said I was by an elevator and I wasn’t

The room was clean and felt quite modern. The Staff we interacted with were all quite pleasant. Parking was easy and quite convenient. The dining options were nice and we particularly enjoyed the food at the Cedar and Sage. My one real concern was the state of the elevators in the mail lobby. One was not functional while we were there and appeared to have people working on it the day we arrived. The other one which was still in operation seemed to be rather well used and while I won't say it felt unsafe it did feel a bit unclean and did make me a tad nervous at times. Still, we enjoyed the stay thoroughly.

Rooms updated! Nice front office! Negative is we waited for 45 minutes on hold for the shuttle had to call a taxi upon from our return from vacation!

This hotel is in excellent condition and everything is well taken care of. The pool was chilly, the hot tub was perfect and the food options were great! My only complaint is the lady at the check in counter was being very unaccommodating and somewhat rude to us for just trying to check in to our prepaid reservation. This could be because we are a same sex couple, or she was just having a bad day, but two other wonderful employees came to help us out! We got checked in after that with ease and we had an amazing stay.

The hotel was clean and everything was in good condition. The staff was friendly and helpful and the free shuttle to the airport was a nice perk!

Very clean. Friendly staff. Only downside was a very long walk from our rooms to the lobby and even longer to the casino.

This was a new stay at this location and we really liked it. Everything seemed really clean with a good selection of onsite restaurants/cafes. The pool & hot tub was nice to have and we liked the adults only times. It was nice to be able to walk to the casino. The only downsides of our stay was that our room was at the FAR end of the hotel without any entrance/exit near our location. The pool ran out of towels one day. The room temperature was hard to control. When we set the thermostat at 74, it either got too cold or didn't get cold enough. We had to keep changing it up or down to compensate. Definitely will stay here again when we visit Green Bay again.

Very good staff, very clean room! Parking was an issue, I am handicapped and only 3 slots, then rows of gold member parking that were empty, then on outside of those are general parking and a long walk!

Shower not clean

The bathrooms were disgusting (see photos) There was a large dip in the floor, but the room area was actually cleaned. It’s like two different people cleaned. One in the bathroom and one in the room, or the person who cleaned the room got interrupted and forgot to clean the bathroom.

We weren’t given any hand towels or wash clothes. The overall cleanliness of the room needs some serious attention. What appeared to be spilled soda was dried on the floor next to the bed base along with crumbs. There was a hole in the vinyl flooring. The parking lot was dangerous with all the ice. The facility needs some TLC.

The room we had was nice, the cleanliness was not so nice. There was build up of dust bunnies behind the bed, which is noticeable when you are sitting on the chair. Our bath mat for the floor for the shower had a long black hair on it and there was dust and partials on the floor. The staff on the other hand was outstanding!!! Every staff member we came across was unbelievably nice and helpful as well!!!

Very modern updated hotel. Looks nice. Could be cleaner though. The floors were kind of dirty, and the bathroom walls had looked like a kid wiped food on them. Shower itself was nice, good pressure, not too much not too little and got nice and hot.

There were no dressers or even a shelf in the closet so we had to keep our cloths in the suitcase all week. The vinyl floors were dirty and would make your socks black walking around the room. Even after they mopped, still black socks. Really poor lighting and deferred maintenance in our room, the property and public spaces were very well maintained.

Room was clean enough, mirror in the room had smiley faces drawn on them, not sure when they were cleaned last. Hallway outside room had not been vacuumed in weeks....

Pros: all the staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. The grounds are nicely manicured. We didn’t try the pool but we noticed a large group of kids in there really enjoying themselves. We didn’t try any of the restaurants (we only stayed one night). The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the casino. Cons: unfortunately the interior of this hotel needs a deep cleaning. The hallway floors desperately need vacuuming and the microwaves in the ice vending machine area need to be cleaned & sanitized. Our room needed to be swept & mopped, dusted and sanitized. I like the idea of hardwood floors instead of carpet, but our floors were filthy. The tables were dusty, one was even sticky. The tray with the ice bucket was filthy...it had what looked like old food stuck to it. The bathroom floor was filthy. Although there was a mini-fridge in the room, we didn’t use it because it was filthy. Dark spots of what we think were mold were on the inside on the bottom and sides. We paid over $200 for one night and needless to say we were very disappointed.

Stayed in one bedroom suite. No linens for pull out sofa. Requested 3 times and no one from house keeping ever provided us sheets or bedding. Very disappointing for such a pricey room

The doors to all rooms slam shut and people are coming in and out all night. Woke up every time a door slammed in the hallway until 5am. Also walls are paper thin and you can hear all your neighbors.

I've stayed here before and it is convenient and good value. The rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. Will stay again if need to be near the airport.

We stayed here for the Green Bay vs. Philly. The Oneida was very clean and in good condition. Staff very nice Rooms were large but very cold. Could not increase heat. Bathroom sink had a huge crack in it. Shower water was luke warm all weekend. Overall, nice place but might look closer to stadium.

Very minimalistic. No place to hang cloths in the bathroom. Breakfast is $25. 😯

Ac didnt work in either room i booked i changed rooms later the first night i checked in and it took almost an hour. My buddy just suffered though. The casino was nice and it was nice staying on the property but for what they charge for rooms the ac should work right

Especially for a casino hotel, the place was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, this stay was OK however, when I went to check in, I had several requests, avoiding a specific room and asking for a specific area. The hotel was virtually empty, but the front desk clerk would not make any effort to accommodate my request and subsequently I ended up in the very far back of the hotel. The reason I wanted something closer to the casino is that my wife tends to stay out later than I do not want her back closing time. Didn’t think I would need to explain this whole thing to the clerk who wasn’t having any of it, the other issue was upon arrival they could not locate my prepaid reservation . As it turned out, somehow my first name and last name were entered into the computer backwards. Not sure who fault it was, but again very little effort to find my name which is a unique last name. I’ve stayed here many times, but this wasn’t The best stay Also, particularly annoying is the fact they are still reserving hotel parking spots for Goldmember casino players. Hence these parking spots remain empty overnight all of the time.

The check in process and accommodations were very nice. I had trouble the following morning trying to reach someone at the front desk. Tried calling from the room and even call the outside line to reach someone. No one would answer the call :-(

Check in agent was unfriendly and dismissive. Also made a mistake and double charged me by failing to notice that I had pre-paid.

Front desk people were very friendly and eager to be accommodating. The casino dealers were entertaining and even taught our friend how to play blackjack.

Front desk personnel not accommodating to answer the customers questions and just quote the policy they are told to. I was assigned a room that was 81 degrees and the a/c wasn’t working. They switched my room and then that room was cool, but without all the pieces of the provided coffee pot. I put in for a wake-up call at 3 a.m. for an early flight and never received a call. Upon checking out, front desk couldn’t provide a printed receipt and stated they would email it to me. Never received the email, until I called again requesting it. Totally unprofessional staff.

We asked for a suite that was not close to the elevator and instead we’re giving a suite where the elevator is actually directly adjacent to the bedroom wall. This was a service elevator and that particular room is next to housekeeping storage. Beginning at 8 AM there is a constant in and out of the room next-door And banging into the walls and elevator with the cleaning carts. The hotel should not even have that room.

Front desk acted like I was bothering them checking in. Watched the people before who were treated better and told all about amenities and questions were answered while we were rushed through and told nothing. We then took all of our luggage upstairs and couldn’t get into our room because the front desk told us the wrong room number; maybe if we weren’t being so rushed and care was taken this could have been avoided. When we did get to our room the window was broken and open; this was the weekend of the Bears/Packers game when it was snowing and feel like temps were single digit. We called desk and were told someone was coming to try and fix it. Called after no one showed and told they were on the way to our freezing cold room. After 25-30 minutes still no one so i thankfully was able to find another hotel with a room available and we left. Hotel contacted us the next day via text to ask how check in went and I responded with the above. We were asked what could be done and we asked for the return of 1 of our 2 nights consistent with cancellation policy and we were told they would check on it. We never received a response or a return of our money. The time I did spend there I noted it was out of date, one elevator was not working, and it was dirty. I guess they make enough from the casino they don’t care.

terrible service, I paid for the hotel on expedia website, when I arrived at the hotel they asked for my card and the room was charged again, so they charged for the room twice

It’s just so convenient next to the airport and close to Lambeau. Staff is always friendly & hotel is clean.

It was located in a great area next to the casino and close to the football stadium.

This was the best hotel I could have chosen for our weekend stay in Greenbay for the packers game. You are only 10 mins away from the stadium which is super close, but far enough to get you a bit away from the hustle and bustle. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Ice machine is accessible, the mini fridge is nice and cold with a microwave at the ice station as well!

Very nice hotel. Convenient to Green Bay attractions and the airport.

Airport location

For a Casino hotel I expected there to be at least a continental breakfast. We also couldn’t have dinner because the hotel restaurants were closed by 6pm and the two restaurants available weee in the casino where my 15 yr old was not allowed in because of casino laws. They have no room service so we had. To resort to leaving the hotel to find dinner.

Staff were helpful and nice. Room was clean. A little disappointed that none of the restaurants were open.

The casino is fun, and the restaurant is good. the coffee shop has great coffee.

Fast check in, Great food and service at Cedar and Sage Grill house. They had dishes marked gluten free which was appreciated as I have celiacs disease. The hot tub was great pool are was clean and we didnt mind the short walk to the casino.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and cozy. We ate at Cedar and Sage for dinner, it was delicious! The duck wings were phenomenal! Staff throughout the hotel/casino were very friendly and helpful. Altogether we had a great stay and will most likely plan on returning.

This is where it went bad! I tried to eat at 10pm not a Single restaurant open Then went for coffee in the morning had to wait 20 minutes so she could wait on two employees and they would not shut up spilling my Just a bad experience

Great place to relax and lots of dining options

The facility itself was very good. The only issue was there was absolutely no where to eat on Sunday afternoon and evening - Not at the hotel and 1 Noodle Bar with an hour wait at the casino - Bingo hall had the snack shop open at five and was out of food by 5:30. Good thing we found a few subs in the gift shop. Why is this? Now on Monday morning we had a lovely breakfast in the Cedar and Sage (?) restaurant.
