The room was quite clean, but the shower room needs improvement, floor drain didn't work well, soap rack was rusty, staff were nice and accommodating, breakfast was average.

Generally a nice place to stay, but always something a bit broken. Main problem for me though was I chose this property based on the provision of a swimming pool and rooftop terrace, only to find on arrival that these were closed and had been planned to be so for a while, without any information about this when booking or paying. I would have not chosed this property if that had been communicated. There was no offer if reduced fee or anything like that, and it was way too late to organise something else.
