We stayed here for a couple nights for a personal trip. The location is very good, easy to access from the highway and close to good services and restaurants in Janesville. The room is minimalist and small as you would expect from this chain, but comfortable enough and has the essential needed for a quick trip through the area. We did not try the free breakfast. Overall, I feel that this hotel offers pretty good value for the price that we paid, but there were a couple areas that could be improved. There was a lot of noise from neighbors on our first night - it seems the walls don't do a great job of blocking out noise from adjacent rooms and the highway which is close to the building. Also, the room felt a little aged and dingy, and did not have a sparkling clean feel.

The only improvement to the breakfast: I would suggest having bananas in addition to the tangelos.

The room was clean and reasonably priced. The breakfast was fresh with many options including hot items. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. I will be staying here again on my next trip!
