The breakfast food was good. The pool area was out of service the entire weekend we were there. I asked about compensation and was told others got it but I wouldn't because I booked through Expedia. The room was much smaller than expected.

Booked a room so my kids could swim and i could relax in the hot tub, hot tub was closed. Made the best of it and enjoyed the pool, woke up in the am and pool was closed, we were told pool chemicals were processing and pool would open shortly. As of 10am pool was still closed and my kids left so disappointed as they had their hearts set on swimming, which was the sole purpose of our stay.

The room was clean, large, and comfortable. While the pool was large and had a kid-friendly area, it was dated and needed cleaning and a remodel. The breakfast was average. The customer service was great.

Convenient and nice location off the interstate. Stained bedding, debris on floor, only one small trash can and no Kleenex.

Hotel was overall pretty good. When i got in the shower the day we were leaving there was a giant glob of someone elses hair on the shower wall. So that kind of ruined it for me.

I stayed for 5 days and my room was never cleaned.

Hotel was clean and welcoming. My daughter and I were going to a radio station giveaway and movie showing that ended late so we decided in advance to stay here. Could have walked to movie theater if it had not been a wind chill of -15. Close to many great food places and the hospital if you had a need to stay close by for a loved one. Bathroom was nice but amenities were a hodge podge variety of sample size items. I don’t use much beside the body wash so wasn’t that big of a deal but the wash had no smell and felt like dish soap. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Nice to have the print out of times for breakfast and Check out and other tidbits of information.

Employees were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean in and out of the room. Some updates were needed in the sitting area but still very nice.

Quiet and clean!

Convenient location for my purposes but a slightly below average stay. The room appeared clean generally, but my socks showed how dirty the carpet was. These had to be some of the thinnest, most poorly insulated walls between rooms. I could hear the conversation from the next room like they were in my room. Not a particularly restful stay.

The room overall was clean but the shower was full of long black hair. Not mine.

I would say this is the most rundown old hotel I’ve stayed at outside of a shack motel in St. Louis once. It’s stained, dirty, chipped, gross. Don’t stay for the free breakfast either. If the rooms are rough, imagine what the “kitchen” looks like.

House keeping was not up to par. Had blood on bed pillow that a pillow case was placed over. Beds are extremely low to the ground. Room was musty.

The mattresses were old and not good for our backs

We had requested a top floor QUIET room when we made reservations for a 4-night stay, but 2 wedding parties were given priority. So they put us in Room 243, which was HORRIBLE with road noise and a strange regular vibration that sounded like thunder and shook the room! They moved us up a floor and to the other end of the hotel after 2 days. Much better. Probably will not stay there again when in Green Bay visiting family.

Room was ok, no alarm clock, phone had no connection for front desk or wake-up call.We stayed because of an early surgery time. Also reserved online so we had a noisy room next to the interstate.

Clean, toilet in one room broke but was fixed quickly, it was noisy

Beds uncomfortable

Rooms were not quiet. We could hear other rooms and traffic in the hallway even at midnight. We will not stay there again at $300.00 a night.

Would have gotten a 5 star but the gentleman at the front desk was not friendly nor did he acknowledge me when I arrived for at least 3 minutes. When he did finally help me, he asks "is there something wrong"? I politely said no, i am here to check in. He did NOT make me feel welcomed. Also, the same gentleman came into the pool the 2nd night we were there and was whipping the towels in the bin. Now the woman who did the breakfast bar, was absolutely WONDERFUL! Friendly, smiling, always on top of refilling everything! Never did she make any of us like bother. She was running doing what she does by herself and always had a smile!

Terrible service, the lady at the front desk (Liz) was very rude and not helpful at all. Not the best hotel in town.

The hotel staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

I spoke with Natalie on the phone to confirm our arrival, she was the perfect example of what customer service should be!! Super helpful and professional, made sure we had a handicapped accessible room when there had been a mix-up in our reservation. Thanks to her our check-in to a packed hotel went smoothly!! She really came through for us and did so in a very friendly, kind way. She started our trip off with a smile!

We had a little problem that was resolved quickly and professional, the manager was very kind and with the help of his staff made our trip so much better. Thanks and gratitude to Country Inn suites we will stay there again.

Check in time is 3 pm- we arrived a at 2:45 and was told our room was not ready yet- which I can understand as we were 15 minutes early. We waited in the lobby for our room to be ready. As more and more guests arrived- there were multiple that were told their room was not ready. At 325, we got back in line to see if our room was ready. We were then told that it still was not ready. I asked if they could give an approximate time that it would be ready as we didn’t want to continue sitting in the lobby. We were told it would be ready by 4 pm but we could leave our phone number and they would call us when ready. We left to pass some time. By approximately 420, we still had not received a call so we returned to ask for our room. At this time our room was ready but had not received a call. We were told that they would look at giving a discount for our wait, but upon seeing that we booked through Expedia, we were told they couldn’t do anything. I understand that things happen but it was not a good start to our stay. Perhaps they should not offer a discount before seeing if it was possible- they could have even offered a discount for a future stay to give them another chance- but we were given nothing-after THEY were the one to bring up a discount. Room was clean and average. We did not eat the included breakfast as there were so many people in the dining area that there was nowhere to sit. Overall, the experience was less than expected unfortunately.

Stayed 1 night. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I had a problem checking-in. The room was supposed to be ready by 3:00PM but was not ready until 4:30PM. There seemed to be some problem with housekeeping. A long line of guests were trying to check-in. We all faced the same problem.

All around, great place to stay! Outstanding service a breakfast. Win! Win!

Clean and good location

This property is very close to Mackinaws restaurant which has really great food and service! I've stayed here quite a few times and it is always clean and friendly staff! It is also close to UWGB for any parents visiting their kids.

Easy on and off the interstate. In the srea we like to stay. Good food nearby. Rooms are spacious, tidy and very comfortable. We stay here often when in the area.

Great location. Near several restaurants and bars. Only a 15 minute drive to Lambeau Stadium.

Close to BayCare hospital and walking distance to a couple of restaurants. The rooms and hallways could use some updating.

This is an excellently located hotel, just outside of Green Bay. There's a lot of options for food beyond the grounds, and the breakfast provided was very good, and had lots of options. It was well situated, and allowed us easy access into Green Bay itself.

Our room was comfy, clean, and quiet. The hotel's in a pretty good spot. Breakfast was surprisingly good and tasty. Checking in and out was a breeze.

Located just off the highway, this was a great location for our purpose of visiting Door County. Breakfast selection was good. Several restaurants in walking distance (the Mexican is CLOSED on Sundays), we enjoyed the Sports Bar down the road. The room was comfortable and quiet and well appointed. Staff was friendly and we felt safe in the location.

There was almost no food left in the breakfast area when we got there. The area was understaffed and food choices were down to two english muffins and cereal. No where near the meal promised!

Great hotel. The complimentary breakfast was not good. No eggs, oatmeal was gone when we arrived, no skim milk, 2 old bananas were available for the fruit option. I’d stay again despite this!

Great location, clean rooms, excellent staff. I run a motel, so I look for everything when I check into a room, and this place was great. Breakfast was amazing, with many things to choose from, and the gentleman running the breakfast room was right on top of everything, making sure Items were full and everything was clean, even when Little ones would make a mess with the waffle batter and parents ignored it, he took care of it right away. I will be staying again in the future. Thank you to all of the staff.

Breakfast was horrible. Door didn’t open unless you dropped a shoulder into it. Skipping this on in the future. Quit serving garbage for breakfast. You guests deserve was better at your bed 200 /a night

All in all, very good. there needs to be an ice maker on the 2nd floor. The breakfast could be upgraded a little bit. it was a little plain jane.
