The rooms are updated with many amenities. The breakfast is generous with lots of variety and is available until 10:30 am - later than most hotels. The pool is warm with long hours for relaxation and the hot tub is very nice. The staff is friendly and kind. The bed was very comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. The lobby and dining area have nice and welcoming chairs and decor. An excellent value all around.

We did not know at time of booking that the pool was not working, we didn’t get a discount and that was the reason we booked that hotel in the first place. I have stayed at these hotels before and gotten much better breakfast too.

Everything is top notch so far, except ..... the pool was cold, about 75 degrees. Every motel should have their pool at a minimum of 83.

Definitely wouldn't consider this a 3 star hotel more like a 2.5. Everything about the continental breakfast was extremely processed & undesirable. Rooms were fairly clean but the bathroom could use a deep clean or updating the grout & cauling was pretty dingy & dirty looking. A lot of noise from other guests @ all times of the day/night.

The bathrooms are pretty, but only one hook next to the shower too low to hang robe on. NO towel bars or other hooks for anything. The room was small with only one chair to sit in (and one desk chair). I ordered a suite but I don't think that is what they gave me. I have to check my reservations to be sure.

It was very quite! The pool and hot tub were great. The room was ok. The bathroom toilet had an issue with the seat and the shower was large but it was hard to open/close the shower door and the fawcet was very hard to turn off and on.

We were upgraded without asking, so that was nice. The hvac fan would come on with a loud buzzing sound, then off, then on. Very disruptive. Staff monitoring breakfast were very on point. It was hard to find the hot sauce as it was mixed in with the ketchup.

Fast friendly check in service, very polite and personable. Great breakfast options, nice communal pool and hot tub. The curtains being closed must have caused the ac unit right below it to not cool properly. After turning it to the lowest temp of 60 it would only run a few minutes every hour or so. Moved the curtains completely out of the way in the morning and it cooled continuously like it is supposed to. Changing channels on the tv was confusing but those were the only issues i had.

We stayed here for Easter weekend and it was a nice stay. The hotel was very clean. The check-in front desk person was very friendly. The room was very nice, and breakfast was was fresh and kept clean which is so appreciated. If I could say anything negative it would be that you seriously need to upgrade your tv’s. They are very much outdated. Also, I appreciate the shampoo, conditioner, and even the body lotion you have in actual dispensers on the wall in the bathroom. Why don’t you have body wash that is in a dispenser? It was very annoying having to go back out and go to the store to get body wash. The tiny bars of soap just isn’t going to cut it, not to mention it felt very dry and doesn’t lather. Please consider looking to this because your future guests will appreciate it too. Otherwise, we were pleased with our stay and we would stay here again!

The room was clean and the amenities were good. What made this an amazing stay was the staff. After voicing a noise concern created by other guests, we tried to get our room location changed. Unfortunately, the hotel was booked and the staff was unable to accommodate us. We asked if it was possible to get a refund. They said that they could do that for us, since there was no other room available to move us to. Since we booked through Expedia, we had to get our refund through them. The staff took the time, after sending our refund to Expedia after we left, to call us and explain what we needed to do to assure we would be refunded. Expedia would not give us a refund. We had to contact the hotel weeks after our stay, because the issue was still unresolved. Again, the manager went above and beyond to help make sure we got was was owed to us. I will never book with Expedia again. We will for sure book with this hotel directly when in the area again! Exceptional service!!

Omg I was running late over 8 hrs traveling back to Wisconsin on my birthday, gps had stopped wkrking due to my phone died and would not charge. By the time I got to the hotel, looked in refrigerator Ms. Dahl the director of sales made sure she gave me a small gift for my bday. It made my day and i appreciated every moment of it.

This hotel was very clean, and staff were all friendly. The breakfast area was well maintained and staffed to keep it full and clean. The neighborhood around the hotel was so-so, but this was a convenient location for our softball tourney. Definitely worth the extra money over the cheaper hotel next door.

Was a nice size for the two of us and had a nice desk to complete some work before checking out. Overall it was clean and bed was comfortable so we had a good stay. No hot eggs with breakfast was dissapointing but the biscuts and gravy were better than most.
