Pool was closed due to chemicals for 3 of the 4 days we stayed. Restaurant was upscale pricing for below average food. Very Smokey environment. Garage parking lot smelled like urine. One of the worst casinos I’ve have ever stayed at during my lifetime. Just slots no other gaming except for a video screen sportsbook. Needs to be remodeled or just start over.

Didn't like that going in and out of the hotel had to go through security stations every time. Roo.s had very small refrigerator with no freezer. Also no microwave to reheat anything and no knife to cut fruit because of xray and metal detectors coming into hotel

We have stayed here a few times. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfy. It's great to have the free parking garage which is always under surveillance.The metal detector only slows you by a minute.

The room was not clean. There were gross spots all over the carpet and ceiling. The tub caulking was black and coming off. Smelled like cigarettes because the ventilation isn't good. Just overall rundown and not nice. Pay a couple dollars more and stay at the newer Tacoma emerald queen instead!

The room smelled like smoke, I attempted to sleep for a few hours but the smell was so bad I ended up leaving. After explaining this to the front desk while checking out I wasn’t even offered an apology nor any type of compensation. Won’t be back.

Normally the rooms, casino and areas outside the casino are nice and clean. Must be having an off season. Our room didn’t appear clean. Trash left in garbage, shower looked like someone had used it recently, shower gel running down side of tub. Slot machines are so tight, $300 and not one machine went into a bonus round.

Staff were wonderful. Although the room appeared very clean, it smelled very stale of old cigarettes. The linens also were not fresh and had a musty smell. The coffee sugar / creamer were very old and wouldn’t even dissolve

The staff was nice. Restaurant staff great. Ventilation close to the worst. Room was filled with other peoples hairs in bathroom and bedroom everywhere. Skimp on towels, no makeup remover wipes. And room looks much nicer in photo than in person. The beds are horrible. And the chair in the room was so gross.

Bed was uncomfortable and not cozy at all. Only had 3 pillows in the whole room and 2 bath towels. It isn’t a hotel to stay at for luxury you stay to play slots and not drive home after a night of fun.

Our room was very spacious for the price and a great location. We stayed one night to be closer to an early morning event we had to get to. We appreciated the early check in exception made and the room was pretty quiet to sleep in. Unfortunately the shower did not fully have hot water and there were parts of our room like the water glasses that were not clean.

This hotel has very large rooms for a reasonable price. They are clean and comfortable. Having to walk through a smokey casino to get there could be a plus or a minus, depending in your perspective. Room did not smell like smoke.

Totally terrible stay. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Decor is dated. Cigarette smoke was in the rooms in the morning either due to the poor ventilation or someone smoking in the hallway. You have to pass through the casino to get to your room and must have ID. The pool is a bleak environment with blank walls all around. Cannot walk anywhere as the road is a truck route.

The room was fine, recently renovated and clean. Only problem was one was forced to enter the hotel through the smoking Casino on both sides of the building. The air was stale and smelled of smoke even on the 4th floor. Smoke rises folks even if it is a non-smoking hotel.

A little confusing to find where to go to check in, but everyone was so so helpful in guiding us where to go. Once in the elevator and up to our room, you would not even know that you were in a casino! Comfortable beds, nice shower pressure and nicely appointed rooms.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. A bit of a pain getting into hotel, as you have to enter through the casino and show I.D. every time you enter. Don’t’ bring a nice vehicle and park in parkade. Crime is huge here. Had our pickup truck broken into and had steering column dismantled as they tried to steal truck. Although they were unsuccessful it did leave us stranded 14 hours from home. Tow truck said this happens everywhere in Fife. Won’t ever return.

This is basically a good & safe hotel. However, the things I did not like was distance from parking to hotel room (handicapped) and having to walk through a smoked-filled casino to get to the elevators/rooms. The area around the casino/hotel also seemed to be a bit run-down and seedy

Comfortable and clean room, with a spacious mini fridge & work space. Solid! :: Only oddity encountered is that the casino has *NO BAR* that one can sit at, and hang w/friends. There are only drink counters for ordering. The top floor restaurant has a little bar, but they close early. Really strange for a casino floor to have no bar for lounging and/or decompressing! :-/

Great stay. Security at each entrance to get in. Different areas for casino with Non smoking and smoking but you have to go through smoking to get to front desk of hotel. Room smells like smoke. Deli doesn’t open until 11a which is odd because they have coffee and pastries which would be nice for breakfast. Parking garages felt safe and car was unharmed. Overall good stay.
