Very nice, very clean, the pool was perfect. The beds were very comfortable also. I also appreciate that they had all Dove products in the bathroom such as body wash, lotion shampoo etc…

The breakfast was excellent and the front office staff courteous. It was very loud from the interstate noise and every time somebody would close the door to the stairwell. The pool was closed for maintenance both days I was there.

I wasn’t impressed. The floors were not properly vacuumed, there was leftover food and crumbs on the floors throughout the room. I didn’t have any new rolls of toilet paper in the room upon arrival. The pool was full of bugs also. The staff were very nice but housekeeping needs to step their game up. Wasnt interested in breakfast. Nice coffee machine in the lobby also.

We stayed there wanting to use the pool but when we went to go in we noticed what could have been vomit floating in the pool and the pool water was not moving like it was being filtered. We also cockroaches in the pool/laundry area. The food was decent and the staff was very friendly. I wouldn’t not stay there again and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had to check out early due to family things and we did not get a refund because we booked through a third party.

This property is very dated. The shower had mold in the caulking, shower curtain rod brackets were peeling the chrome, the carpet floors were in poor shape and stained.

Super friendly staff but room was gross from a cleanliness standpoint. Carpet in the room was sticky, thick dust between bed and side table, snot or something was smeared on the bathroom wall, bathroom overall was gross with a toilet that never stopped running. Broken tiles on the bathroom floor and spots missing grout. In need of a total renovation in the bathroom and good cleaning in the rest of the room.

Surprised at stains on chairs, section missing from the carpet in the suite, loose floor tiles in the bathroom, and bottom wall tile missing. When first entering the room it smelled like old vomit. We did not use the living room part but stayed in the bedroom portion. Used this as kitchen, sitting area, and sleeping. Surprised at conditions.

the room was out dated. ac was loud and did not do a automatic shut off, it just ran loud all night and day. when you walk into the room you could smell bleach, but to me that was just a cover up. the bathroom tile was falling apart, it just felt and seemed nasty. The paint on the wall was peeling. there was a lot of scuff marks in the the shower. you had to pass a weekly stay hotel to get to this property. at breakfast the residence at the stay weekly hotel walked over and got breakfast and walked back to their hotel.

As soon as I walked in the door I could smell the cleanliness. Fromt desk staff greeted me right away. Told me about the wifi and the complimentary breakfast. My room was amazing ans spacious. I slept like a baby.

The room was ok, there were a few things that were missed from the previous guest (smudged mirrors and wrappers/crumbs in pull out couch and table in living area). Also the TVs have horrible reception and the tv system is outdated compared to other hotels. The staff was nice and the location was good. I don’t think it was worth about $200 per night. But it was ok for what we needed

It was a nice place to stay but had several issues with the room. The bathroom faucet water barely dribbled out. Because it was a handicap room water would drain onto the floor when you took a shower. The A/C made hissing noise while running which made it hard to sleep.

We we amazed there was no daily cleaning refresh on the room. There was a card in the room that stated there would be daily refresh on the room, and that the 5th day of the stay it would be deep cleaned. When I asked about when we could expect a daily refresh I was rudely told "Did you schedule one"? Nothing was said about scheduling one! In the 5th day I confirmed we would be getting a cleaning. Was again asked if I scheduled one, what??? Your own info states a cleaning. Had to go and ask for Toilet paper twice, more towels and needed more Kleenex. Killed a cockroach in the room and mentioned that to Front Desk. Beds were like sleeping on concrete. Overall worst experience we had at a Holiday In Express

The staff was very friendly and helpful with the one strange exception of housekeeping. I had the sign on my door indicating i didn't want housekeeping and a guy pounded on my door anyway. Room was clean but needs some repairs. Tub stained and furniture next to bed chipped abd damaged. Matteess very lumpy.

Property was fine, clean, and reasonably priced. Hotel was further away from airport than identified and no shuttle was available. A taxi would have been $200 for around trip to airport. Ended up renting a car for less. Criteria used in search was ‘close to airport with shuttle’. Neither was accurate.

The property is nice and they do offer a wide selection for breakfast. The only thing that I was disappointed about was the fact that they don’t offer airport shuttle services anymore and that the hotel does not have a hot tub

Property was fine, but the advertising and listing stated there was a shuttle to the airport which there was not. This was challenging as we were there without transportation, we had to arrange other tabs transportation to the airport. The main reason we chose this hotel was proximity to the airport and the shuttle. You may want to check /change this on the listing.

I've stay here several times. Although it's not a newer hotel, they do everything right! I'm not big on breakfast but there was a varied spread and I heard no complaints from anyone. It was nice to see the kitchen staff smiling and speaking to people.

Good location, nice pool, coffee 24/7 (which I love), friendly staff, decent breakfast, comfortable bed. The desk chair in the room I was in had the 'leather' peeling off from the seat - was really in bad condition. Shower/tub could have been cleaned a little better - mold around soap dish area.

Our first room was great then the next night the air conditioner starting making a horrible noise and we had to move to a smaller room which was less room.. but we managed. The Morning breakfast was not that great.. No milk one day and there was never any sugar for the oatmeal and the pancake maker didn't work... I can't blame the worker.. she worked hard and keep saying she was sorry they didn't have stuff to put out and things didn't work so not her fault, but as I said she worked hard to keep what she had out and things clean..
