This building was under construction. No where did I see it was mentioned on the hotels.com website. The construction noise was too loud for us. We had to find another place to stay.

Renovation going on. Some noise in daytime, dust. First two keys didn't work. One of the two replacement keys didn’t work. Was charged twice for our stay (but then refunded to card for the second one). All in all it was ok, staff were mostly friendly, helpful. Will be better when the renovation is complete. Breakfasts were reasonable.

The pillow smelled of BO and the headboard had loads of dust. It was very quiet and easy access from the freeway. A moth roomed with me for the night because it was too quick for me to catch. Not the best but not the worse place I've stayed

The property smelled moldy, and my daughter had allergic reactions. There is a significant dip between the parking lot and the street. One time when I pulled up to the parking lot it was so bumpy my daughter hit her head on the roof of the car.

First off no where on the website did it mention it was under construction, waking up at 9:30 on a Sunday morning to drilling in the wall right outside our hotel room... Bathroom sink was backed up, pillow cases were dirty, bed had hairs in it the comforter looked and smelled as if it hadn't been washed in months. Bathroom towels were rough and stiff and smelled so heavily of chlorine really disappointing. Asked hotels.com for a refund so we could find a different room somewhere else but they would not help either all and all just a crappy night at a crappy dirty hotel.

The check- in was flawless, room was a little dated, but clean. I liked the amenities, i.e., shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers. I had breakfast one morning; nice variety of hot foods, fresh fruit, and cereals.

People at the front desk were terrific! Nice, friendly and helpful. The room and hotel seemed like it was brand new. Everything was in perfect order, comfortable, clean and quiet. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Disappointed in upkeep. Toilet didn't flush, jiggled the tank and it filled again. Blow dryer burnt out. Mattresses were worn and could use replacing. Pillows were worn - lumpy, not fluffy. I expected a better room for a Hampton.

As usual this visit did not disappoint. Staff is always friendly, room was clean and spacious and amenities were all there. Even though the outside of the hotel was under renovation the workers didn’t disturb things too much.

The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. However, due to reconstruction they had plastic over parts of the outside and the wind was blowing so hard the plastic rattled loudly all the time. The shower dripped water. Couldn't call the desk because the button didn't work and it was hard to figure out which wifi to log onto because nothing said Hampton Inn. However, the breakfast the next morning was excellent.

Bed was so bad that all 3 nights I hated to get in bed because you could feel every spring and it bounced so much that you would wake if your partner turned over.

I call 9:00 pm to let them know that I will arrive late around 12:30 am. She ask my name them she said she will put note on my reservation that I called and said see you soon. I arrived at the hotel at 12:15am and receptionist said I am sorry we are overbooked and cannot accommodate me because I was booked thru 3rd party

Arrived this evening to a seemingly abandoned hotel under full construction. I could not find a door into the hotel, parking lot was empty and did not see a light on in any room. Found alternate accommodations and spent 2 hours on the phone with Hilton escalating to supervisors for a refund with “unfortunately…” ending each call because it was booked through Expedia

The hotel was under construction during our stay so noise and cleanliness was an issue. It would have been helpful to have been notified that it was under construction prior to booking. The staff were very friendly and helpful but there was little that could be done.

Staff was unfriendly, accusatory, and oblivious to guests. They failed to program the key correctly and when i went to the desk to get it corrected, they asked for my ID first thing and then just stared at me when I told them it was in my room. The night manager immediately treated me as auspect because I paid online before arriving. He was sure to tell me that I wouldnt get my Hilton points because I did so. The staff at the breakfast bar were on their phones and ovlivious to guests. The whole experience was disappointing, except the room was clean at least. I definitley wont be staying their again.

The property was great, I've stayed here many times--however I requested a little later check out time because I was in a meeting that went right up to 12pm and they told me they were short staffed and full and wouldn't accommodate me--and when I walked out at 12:09 there were 4 staff members in the hall waiting to clean my room. Didn't look short staffed to me at all, they just wanted to go home. They were rather unfriendly about it.

The property was undergoing renovations, while I stayed, so the property and facility conditions weren't at its best. The location is close to many restaurants and stores, but you have to walk under an overpass to get there, which makes it not as walkable as it could be. The staff are super friendly and helpful, they're honestly the best.

My family loved this place. The cleanliness, friendliness, hospitable, awesome breakfast I may say. We were just five minutes away from our hosting site. We will return definitely to this location and the Hilton association from now on. My family and I only stayed one night, but the staff was friendly and the room it self was very nice; as for hotel beds theirs was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious, not the biggest I've seen but definitely enjoyable! The only thing we didnt like the slamming of doors; both the hotel side door and other guest's doors.

Hotel was decent and clean. Our TV didn’t work but thankfully we weren’t in our room enough to need to watch tv. The breakfast was not good..at all. Beds were comfy and shower had great pressure!
