Great location near shopping (mall, costco), freeway, and food. We were in walking and driving distance to multiple food and shopping options including Carls Junior, Coldstone, Barnes and Noble, Costco, etc. Convenient parking right next to our room, friendly staff, and great breakfast. The only cons were that the pool was closed for the entire month (property should have notified guests after booking) and slight musty smell in rooms/hotel.

Cleanliness bug issue. Rotten food garbage under pull out couch. Days of the pool containing same hair, finger nail, cigarette butt, band aids and garbage in the pool. After three days of not cleaning asked front staff to come and see the area. Rotten food by outside bbq attracting pests.

Great location, clean grounds, friendly staff, spotless room - we had a suite which was stocked with utensils, dishes, soap, paper towels etc. Parking was close. Guests could use the outdoor grill on the nice patio. Super clean and safe! Awesome view of the mountains.

It was quite nice. On the downside, the TV was not set up to allow casting or even an HDMI to plug into it and work. The shower was not installed to drain correctly so water collects away from the drain and mildews. The hot tub was not working. Those are minor things. I would not hesitate to stay at this fine motel again.

our stay was great with one exception. The computer in the business center was not functioning. The best help the staff could give was to use my phone, and if i wanted them to print my boarding pass they would. Keeping the computer working should not be that hard to do.

This property was about a 1 star. Advertised to sleep 6 in the suite. 2 queens and a pull out sofa bed. The mattress on the sofa bed was flat and had wires sticking out everywhere. Not even fir for children to sleep on. The photos make the pool and hot tub area look big. Its not, its tiny. And the hottub is even smaller. Hottub isnt as big as a private tub let alone a public hotel hot tub. I would never go back here. For the price Ive stayed in alot nicer 2 stars for half the price.

The location is perfect. Close to shopping, restaurants, and Tosh Medical Center. When we arrived, front desk personnel was friendly and the lobby was clean and inviting. Unfortunately, the pleasant experience stopped there. By the time we hit the Elevator, wall paper was pealing off the walls, floors were dirty, and we were hit with a “not so great” odor that continued upstairs and filled the hallway of our room. Carpets were stained and torn/frayed near edges. They need to be replaced or at least re-stretched. Once in our room, the couch was stained and the “hide-a-bed” inside was not only littered with crumbs from the previous guest but in ROUGH condition. We ran to Walmart to purchase a blanket we could throw over it so our daughter could still sleep on it and remain “clean”. She had surgery the following day at 4am and had to shower the night before. The bathroom was clean, well stocked, and the shower had hot water with nice pressure. Our king bed had clean sheets and was decent comfort for a hotel. Upon leaving our room, I went to throw away some garbage under the sink in the kitchen and found MOUSE DROPPINGS 😬 EEEK! There’s a lot of hit or miss with this property. Some things were pleasant and some things were just AWFUL! With some TLC and standard practices in place - this could have been a nice stay.

One of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. We happen to book during the same weekend there was a kids soccer game in the area. Hotel was full of unruly kids without parents watching them. Hallways, elevators, lobby filthy with discarded trash and food thrown on the floor. At night some punk kids thought it was funny to run and kick your door and then dash down the emergency stairwell. It startle the whole family at 11:30 PM. Why are 12 year olds running down the hallways and not being supervised by their parents at 11:30PM. Called down to the front desk and the male manager on duty wouldn’t do anything about it, was almost like he was afraid. Why would you not have a security guard at night????? The manager mention a ton of people were calling down reporting issues. Why? SMH

Shower was either scolding hot or cold. Pool gave my kids a terrible rash. Overall condition of hotel was not great. Breakfast was good. Service was good.

Room was very nice and roomy. Having a kitchen helps when traveling with a family and from such a long way from home. Home-made food is always missed while traveling, so the kitchen is nice to have. Also having the separate living room area away from your bedroom is nice for separation.

The pros to this hotel is location, great location with shopping and dinning options, I loved how in the rooms there were a kitchen WITH microwave stove and fridge, living area with TV sofa and bed room with large bathroom, all these almost made it feel like a real small home. Unfortunately there were issues with these amenities, the sofa was incredibly uncomfortable, it opened into a bed and I wouldn’t let my worst enemy sleep on that bed, THATS how uncomfortable it was as well. The actual bed was uncomfortable and so were the pillows this isn’t just my feeling but my guest’s feeling as well. The shower filter barely had pressure and looked like it hadn’t been replaced since the 90’s. With the money being spent at this place you’d think they would have some invest in some confort? The service and staff were very nice.

I chose this hotel based on the 9/10 rating but I can’t understand that now that we stayed there. We had a one bedroom King suite and found the room was drab, dark and dated, no hot water first day, tears in carpeting and sink wouldn’t drain. Kept looking across the street at the sibling facility which looks fresh and updated and wished we had stayed there.

Very comfy & welcoming, not too far from airport, easy to find, great breakfast selection, close to walking & shopping. Room was great & large. I booked the 2 queen beds w sofa, it had a large kitchen & dining table. More room than we needed but very nice!

We’ve used Expedia to book hotel rooms many many times and haven’t had any issues… Until this time. The front desk agent said that the Expedia payment was declined upon checking in. I was confused and just ran my card again like she told me to do so we could get into our room. I checked our transaction history once in the room and realized the Expedia payment did, in fact, go through and we had just paid twice. Should have been an easy fix with the hotel just refunding the extra payment but they did not and kept saying that we had to wait to talk to the supervisor, who didn’t get in until 11pm. I called Expedia and they spoke to the hotel and assured us that the extra payment would be refunded. The next morning the front desk agent was a little more helpful but said he needed to talk to Expedia and to give him until 4pm. We left and there still hasn’t been a refund from the hotel or from Expedia.

I called Expedia and they spoke to the hotel and assured us that the extra payment would be refunded. The next morning the front desk agent was a little more helpful but said he needed to talk to Expedia and to give him until 4pm. We left and there still hasn’t been a refund from the hotel or from Expedia.

Staff was great. Jeff was very friendly when we checked out. Quiet room, even on the first floor. The area where the food was served was tight. There were two doors to make the flow of people smooth, but one door was closed. Omlet was plastic-y.

Had two reservations back to back, staying in area for medical. Advised by staff to check out from first in morning, and they would check me back in so that I did not have to change rooms. Discharge of family member was unexpected, so I checked out prior to 1:30, before check in time for second stay, but told I was just leaving, and they kept money for three days that I did not stay.

One of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. We happen to book during the same weekend there was a kids soccer game in the area. Hotel was full of unruly kids without parents watching them. Hallways, elevators, lobby filthy with discarded trash and food thrown on the floor. At night some punk kids thought it was funny to run and kick your door and then dash down the emergency stairwell. It startle the whole family at 11:30 PM. Why are 12 year olds running down the hallways and not being supervised by their parents at 11:30PM. Called down to the front desk and the male manager on duty wouldn’t do anything about it, was almost like he was afraid. Why would you not have a security guard at night????? The manager mention a ton of people were calling down reporting issues. Why? SMH

We had a family emergency, the hotel staff was extremely friendly and sympathetic. They helped us change rooms after we had a sick kid. Ive stayed there over 10 times and its been amazing everytime!

Great location near shopping (mall, costco), freeway, and food. We were in walking and driving distance to multiple food and shopping options including Carls Junior, Coldstone, Barnes and Noble, Costco, etc. Convenient parking right next to our room, friendly staff, and great breakfast. The only cons were that the pool was closed for the entire month (property should have notified guests after booking) and slight musty smell in rooms/hotel.

I was there for an unexpected stay due to my husband‘s ski accident and the hotel was near the hospital. For an extended stay it offers all the comforts of home with a full kitchen, a good breakfast, and laundry facilities onsite. The staff were great and the hotel was clean. The only thing that I didn’t love was the “couch” seating area in the living room. It is not very comfortable and oddly shaped. Highly recommend for anyone needing accommodations near Intermountain Medical Center.

Excellent location. About 2 miles from Walmart, 2 from Chinatown, a lot of good places to eat nearby. It’s a little old. Breakfast was ok. Staff for the most part was good, every afternoon around 6 I came in and there wasn’t any hot water or coffee to be had. I asked the lady at the front desk and she told me she was busy at the time, I left and went to my room. 20 minutes later I came down and all the coffee and hot water was removed.

To begin the unit was in disrepair and needed quite a bit of maintenance. The cabinet panel under the sink was falling apart. The corners of the walls were crumbling. There were white, drip stains on the bedside stand that heaven knows what it was. The service on check in was impeccable and very good, as far as breakfast was not impressed at all. I expected way more. In fact, both days we were there it hadn’t looked like anybody had attended to the food stations and the serving spoons were laying in the bottom of the food. Would I go here again? Probably not. The only saving grace was the staff was very friendly and cheerful.

Room was excellent, as were the staff. My only two complaints was that I could not get onto the internet because someone is already using my email address. So until that is fixed our next trip will be to elsewhere. And the coffee at breakfast was awful.
