Hotel room was clean. It seemed curtain had broke, so had a tension bar with one curtain on it, made it give light into the room day and night, as on a very busy road. Bring ear plugs if sensitive to noise. Hallways and laundry facilities smelled bad. Staff was helpful, although not very friendly. Great being able to have our dog there. Always found parking. Food options walkable. We used pool and gym.

I was in town having surgery. The staff was very nice and everything was clean. I liked there was restaurants next door. Parking was a little tricky because I have a huge truck, and the pool was a little chilly. But other than that very satisfied would definitely stay there again and refer friends.

When I checked in, I asked about the pool, mentioning that we were here for my son's birthday, specifically to use the pool. I was told by the clerk that the pool would be open in the morning, so all was fine until the morning came around and the pool was closed for remodeling. Not this was a scheduled/known closure of the pool, not a surprise maintenance issue. It was a part of an overall "pardon our dust" renovation project. BUT I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE OPEN BY THE STAFF, WHO KNEW THE POOL WAS THE ONLY REASON WE WERE THERE FOR MY KID'S BIRTHDAY. Upon seeing the closure, I went to the front desk and mentioned it (a little annoyed, of course), and all I got from BOTH people at the desk (one seemed to be a manager) was a fake and half-mumbled "sorry". Nothing else. F**k that sort of customer relationship. Getting lied to one night and fully dismissed the next morning. Absolutely unconscionable behavior on the staff (all three of them). It literally made my (disabled) kid have a completely ruined birthday, on top of everything else. Even in the lobby (where the staff were present) he was visibly and audibly upset, while they were giving their half-mumbled fake "sorry". Just disgusting behavior. This experience is absolutely something I'm going to be sharing far and wide on all my socials. It's just terrible how we were treated.

I recently stayed at Home2 Suites in Murray, Utah, for a national competition, and I must say it was an excellent choice! The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was incredibly friendly throughout our stay. It was ok for a one night stay. Definitely don’t stay here if you are sensitive to night noise. The Main Street is pretty busy until about 11 pm. You are close to a very big hospital so expect noise. The breakfast was ok. There’s a 1 waffle machine and you can make breakfast sandwiches. Wish there was a high chair since we were traveling with babies. The pool says heated but it was pretty cold for the children. The pillows were probably the most comfortable pillows we’ve ever slept on in a hotel but the beds were not comfortable. Jose was a tremendous help but I felt because he was the only one working he didn’t explain too much when we checked in. However he accommodated our needs with a clean pack n play. We chose to stay here because we were going to be checking in late and wanted to eat at our favorite pho place which is connected to the hotel.

I usually love Home 2 Suites but this was not my usual experience. It was terrible. I booked a room on hotels.com and when I arrived they didn't have a room. They came up with a room eventuality and it was filthy. I tried to make it work but unfortunately continued to discover this was an unacceptable situation. Very dirty room. The gal at the front desk was very kind and tried to be helpful but it just wasn't enough.

Used to stay there few years back ago the room and bathroom was clean. Right now it was quite poor, as my room tub was choke as water was running down quite slow and the shower curtain had a awful smell and was not clean (forgotten to take some photos) The room seems like change the layout and cleanliness was fail. Feel quite disappointed as it was not as clean as last time. Lastly the service at the front was Excellent.

The staff was great! So nice, and we loved the breakfast! The room was not that clean though. The bathroom door had dirt on it from people opening it. There was some sort of liquid next to the bathroom sink, mildew looking stuff around the toilet, and inside the toilet didn’t really look clean either. The room did not smell good as well. The footrest to the couch looked dirty and had a couple stains on it also. On a positive, there were enough towels! Probably wouldn’t pay almost $400 for two nights there again.

The front desk staff was very unprofessional. We got to our room, and they had the a/c blasting. Once we turned it down, we discovered the reason. The room smell was awful. Upon pulling back the sheets the beds were dirty. We were also placed on the side of the hotel right next to a very loud road. There were no channels on the tv. I could access the guide but a malfunction I presume prevented us from watching anything, I called the front desk to ask for help, in which she replied, I will talk to my manager and or send someone to fix it. Thirty minutes later, no call no show. The carpet was filthy, so we decided to check out. When we went to check out, there was a different front desk receptionist, by her voice, the same one I spoke with on the phone. I asked for a refund for all of the issues. When she rolled her eyes and said, "I'll ask my manager" I just walked out. No point in arguing with someone that couldn't manage to help with a television, let alone arguing for a refund. Very disappointed to say the least. I will be calling Hilton

It's very disappointing when you reserve a room expecting a great stay especially with your family. Carpets are filthy the walls are disgusting. Mattresses where very uncomfortable. The window had no curtain to cover the outside lights. The worse part the bathroom. The water did not drain on the bathtub and the sink. I did inform the staff. Hair, mold big no no. Especially with kids.

As soon as I walked in the lobby the place smelled musky. The carpet looked dirty and some in areas like next to the couch had not been vacuumed. The bed skirts were dirty, stained, the plates and cups were greasy and dirty.

Can't change anything about the noisy location. Rooms need some USB plugs - there wasn't a single one in the room but fortunately the hotel provided an adapter to a standard electrical outlet. Breakfast should be upgraded to provide better options, healthier food.

Excellent room with a kitchenette and I was able to keep up my healthy nutrition by ordering in groceries and I was able to walk to all of my business appointments with ease because of the location close to residential area and I was also close to a park to go running in the morning! Overall great service and a place I would definitely stay again

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, decent breakfast although they had trouble keeping it stocked with food and dishes, main complaints was loud ac unit, and the STREET NOISE was ridiculous, luckily my son is a deep sleeper, cars racing and police sirens all hours of the night.

We were given the keys to a room that already had people in there. Went to reception and it was like we were lying. Finally we got a new room and then had to make the sofa bed with yellow stained pillows

Despite the traffic noises this was a great place to stay. 2 awesome oriental restaurants right next to the hotel, lots of parking. Breakfast was ok, first time trying plant based sausage. Wished they had butter out of fridge as it is was not spreadable due to waffle cooled before butter could melt. Was able to make a strawberry with whip cream waffle instead Jose was awesome. Doing front desk, answering phones and questions all with a cherry voice and smile

We have stayed at this hotel before, why we chose to stay again. Our room AC was not working. Needed maintenance (Nick was very friendly and helpful) but was not able to fix. We had to pack up all our stuff and change rooms. There was no compensation for any inconvenience. The rooms were not that clean, the pillows very dirty/stinky. Shower head was horrible had no water pressure. There was no soap. The breakfast was not good at all! Unless you want a waffle, the eggs were rubber, everything packaged with sausage that tasted awful! The room was quite expensive, I expected much better

VERY DISAPPOINTING 😢😢😢👎👎👎👎😡😡😡 I booked & paid for a 2 queen bed and sofa bed room for 5 family members with a disabled person guests. We arrived late due to a long hours drive from Las Vegas. When we arrived we were told that they are fully booked and Expedia is a 3rd party reservation and doesn't have any knowledge on their hotel occupancy . They made us wait for 20minutes and give us another address and another hotel with only 2queen beds & 8miles away. We are left with no choice considering it's already passed 12midnight and I am very concerned with my disabled person that needed a bed to sleep. I didn't get any communication from the hotel neither from Expedia that when we arrive we don't have the available room that I booked and already paid. PLEASE DONT BOOK ON THIS HOTEL 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The hotel itself is acceptable, however it is smack dab in the middle of the hood. They share a parking lot with many other businesses and there are questionable individuals wandering the parking lot at all hours. Even though the hotel is clean, the lot and surrounding area is filthy. The staff are unclean and unfriendly and the breakfast IS NOT even close to what other Home 2 hotels offer.

The property is well located and is straight across the street from a hospital, a block or two from dining, Costco etc. It fronts a major road, like 20’ off it so there is commuter traffic noise

The property itself is fine for a place to stay a night if you don't mind constant excessive traffic noise. There were also some unique domestic issues that occured in the middle of the night with a couple screaming at eachother in our hallway and people had access to the pool from the outside door without it appearing to be locked - a couple of which looked/acted to not be sober. We could hear the folks above us running around their room and same with people in the hallway. Unsure if the rooms are just not well insulated against noise. The staff were very nice and the room was a good size - we had a 2 queen suite. We did agree that it wasn't the right place for us to stay next time we are in that area - but more because of the noise and surroundings.

Very quiet hotel, close to a large hospital, didn’t hear any sirens, check in was smooth and quick. Very nice staff, helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, oatmeal was my favorite. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

I thought it was clean. My husband was not impressed with the room being serviced every other day instead of daily, but I think that is getting to be the industry standard. He thinks a Hilton should have a higher standard. The breakfast was mostly microwaved breakfast sandwiches or bowls. They did have make your own waffle station, cereal, bagels, toast and muffins.
