What an amazing hotel with breathtaking views. The staff is superb and very friendly. They help you organize all excursions and taxis and ATV etc. Also the best thing is they provide free transfers from hotel to FIRA central in luxury Mercedes vans - also the airport pick up was great and didn't cost much. The pool is beautiful and rooms nice, super clean, modern and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious with too many options. Superb juices, eggs, spinach/cheese croissants etc to name a few. I highly recommend it and it is truly a 5 star experience.

The hotel was great, they offer shuttle to town which is only 5min away, very convenient and they arranged atv rental and any other excursions you would like to do. Front desk was so friendly and always happy to help. The pool service needs improvement, we had to constantly call the waiter to come to order drinks, pool could also use some music during the day. Definitely will recommend and come back to this hotel. The view and sunset was AMAZING!

A relaxing, quiet hotel with outstanding sea views perfect for enjoying sunsets from the comfort of the infinity pool. The hotel is in great condition, very clean, staff are very polite and nice. It is quiet with no entertainment, but they offer a van service to go to Fira where there is plenty to do.

Lillium Santorini was an amazing hotel to stay at. Located just outside Fira and away from the crowds in Oia. Spectacular views of the Caldera. Staff incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. Helped us arrange a private catamaran tour for our family of 4. Loved the complementary shuttle to and from the town of Fira. Clean rooms amazing pool, best breakfast. We are currently in Naxos and missing Lillium. We will definitely be back and recommend Lillium to all of our friends .

By far the nicest hotel/resort I have ever stayed at. Everything from the front desk staff, serving staff and cleaners were absolutely incredible. The views were amazing, their pool area was fantastic. Food was delicious & drinks were good. Free Hotel shuttle from the resort to downtown Fira ( to & from) There is a convenience store across the street from the hotel which made it very easy to stock up on drinks and snacks for our room. They were very helpful with arranging tours, transportation & excursions. This was the first stop on our honeymoon and our favorite place. We are still talking about it since getting home. We hope to come back some day !

This was one of the nicest hotels our family has ever enjoyed!! The grounds were immaculate, the food at the restaurant was amazing and the view was absolutely incredible. Most importantly, the staff that managed the hotel ... at the front desk, in the restaurant and on the grounds were some of the friendliest and most accommodating we have ever encountered. They were so helpful in every way ... we just can't wait to go back!!

Property was based just 7 minutes from Fira square where the heart of the island is. Parking is great and available for free. Clean and safe hotel. We had a private hot tub which could be cleaned and looked after better. Food for vegetarians is poor, however, pretty common amongst the island - including breakfast. Happy stay otherwise, very luxurious stay otherwise.

Excellent boutique hotel with outstanding views and superior staff and service. Everyone we encountered from the front desk staff to the restaurant/bar staff and housekeeping and shuttle drivers, were incredible each and every time we needed or wanted anything! Great hotel and we will absolutely stay again on our next visit!!

I can't say enough about the Lilium! I would definitely stay there again. It is right on the Caldera and the pictures on the website are spot on! Breathtaking views with privacy. Our room was spacious and clean and had a mini fridge. We had a sea view balcony and the balcony had a place to lay down and a table and chair. The resort isn't large, so it doesn't feel crowded. The breakfast buffet is incredible! The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating and had plenty of options for lunch and dinner. Prices were in line with restaurants in the area. The lunch menu ended at 6, so we would have an earlier dinner if we wanted a burger or anything off the pool snacks menu. The resort offers a shuttle to Fira which is a 5 minute drive. The shuttle stop is right by a grocery store. We picked up water and drinks for our mini fridge. There is a mini market across the street, but prices are higher. After walking around Fira and Oia, I was really glad we stayed a little away from the hustle and bustle. Again, our view was private! Just the water and the volcano. Highly recommend!

We were extremely disappointed with our selection of hotel. First, the rates we paid booking 5 weeks in advance were double what rooms cost once we got there. We were the few customers staying before closing for the season and everything was removed from the premises, from cushions, to the ability to sleep on a room not on the main street. Super loud, car racing on the main road outside our room. I expected much more curtesy for the price we paid. Overrated place for sure.

My boyfriend and I spent a couple days here and it will forever be our favorite place in Greece, especially since we got engaged here. :) If you’re looking for a quiet beautiful hotel, with great food, and GREAT beds, this is the place. They also provide shuttle services to Fira which is super convenient. Hopeful I’ll be back one day!

A beautiful hotel overlooking the caldera! Room was spacious with a balcony facing the pool and sea. The bed was comfortable and bathroom had a wonderful rain shower. The added bonus was the great free breakfast each morning!

Très bon séjour, juste que nous avions fait une réservation avec jacuzzi, mais celui ci n’a pas fonctionné durant tout le séjour. Nous attendions un petit retour par l’hôtel mais sans vain .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lilium hotel even though we stayed only for a day . The staff was very helpful, lovely and polite, breakfast was so delicious. The room design was excellent. The stunning views from the hotel is one of life time experience. We regret that we could not spend more days here. Sure to come back again.

O hotel é bom, café da manhã super bom, staff educado e eficiente. No entanto, fiquei em quarto alto com a entrada dando para a rodovia. Fujam desses quartos de frente. 24 h de carros passando e parece que a estrada está dentro do quarto. Não tem sistema de vedação de som! Tive que dormir com protetores auriculares. Um absurdo! Eu moro em São Paulo e nem onde moro tinha tanto barulho à noite.

What truly makes the difference at this property is the staff. We booked a pool view room, which was pretty standard. Resort and rooms were very clean. Quiet with great views and not a huge resort which was also nice. It’s about a 30-40 min walk to Thira but they do have a shuttle schedule to take you in and it’s free. The best part is the staff- from the reception staff to the restaurant staff, everyone there is so friendly and welcoming.

This was one of the nicest hotels our family has ever enjoyed!! The grounds were immaculate, the food at the restaurant was amazing and the view was absolutely incredible. Most importantly, the staff that managed the hotel ... at the front desk, in the restaurant and on the grounds were some of the friendliest and most accommodating we have ever encountered. They were so helpful in every way ... we just can't wait to go back!!

Not a 5-star hotel or accommodations. The images are deceiving. The hot tub was not hot. The pool is not relevant in the April season. We stayed a couple of nights and when wanted to leave early the lady manager started yelling at me in the lobby, so unprofessional, the next day she managed to control herself. I would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel.

Overall, service was excellent. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and a great variety of food to choose from. Maria, our server, was wonderful and we always got greeted with a smile from everyone. I will definitely recommend this place!!

The Lilium was amazing. It exceeded our expectations. The views from this property are stunning. The breakfast was delicious and their restaurant food and cocktails were great. The staff was all super friendly and accommodating. They arranged great tours for us and airport transfers. This hotel was also very clean. The pool area is fantastic, would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lillium Santorini was an amazing hotel to stay at. Located just outside Fira and away from the crowds in Oia. Spectacular views of the Caldera. Staff incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. Helped us arrange a private catamaran tour for our family of 4. Loved the complementary shuttle to and from the town of Fira. Clean rooms amazing pool, best breakfast. We are currently in Naxos and missing Lillium. We will definitely be back and recommend Lillium to all of our friends .

Excellent boutique hotel with outstanding views and superior staff and service. Everyone we encountered from the front desk staff to the restaurant/bar staff and housekeeping and shuttle drivers, were incredible each and every time we needed or wanted anything! Great hotel and we will absolutely stay again on our next visit!!

The staff is amazing! From the check-in to check out everybody was very helpful and friendly. Special shout out to the restaurant staff: Elisa, Nicole Maria, and several others I unfortunately forgot the names. They were so attentive and friendly! Maria, the cook heard was my birthday she made this amazing dessert with candles and everybody sang happy birthday in Greek. I was so touched. The room was beautiful and with an amazing view. The only thing we did not like was the fact that to go to our room we had to go thru another room's patio which had a jacuzzi so not very private for them. Other than that, everything was great!

I can't say enough about the Lilium! I would definitely stay there again. It is right on the Caldera and the pictures on the website are spot on! Breathtaking views with privacy. Our room was spacious and clean and had a mini fridge. We had a sea view balcony and the balcony had a place to lay down and a table and chair. The resort isn't large, so it doesn't feel crowded. The breakfast buffet is incredible! The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating and had plenty of options for lunch and dinner. Prices were in line with restaurants in the area. The lunch menu ended at 6, so we would have an earlier dinner if we wanted a burger or anything off the pool snacks menu. The resort offers a shuttle to Fira which is a 5 minute drive. The shuttle stop is right by a grocery store. We picked up water and drinks for our mini fridge. There is a mini market across the street, but prices are higher. After walking around Fira and Oia, I was really glad we stayed a little away from the hustle and bustle. Again, our view was private! Just the water and the volcano. Highly recommend!

The hotel and staff and food are perfect! The people are so accommodating and the view is to die for. We shortened our stay because we wanted to be closer to town and they were so nice about it. We didn’t mind the 1.5 mile walk to town but it was past the local landfill on a very busy road with lots of dust so be aware. The food is fantastic at hotel and the rooms and views and sunsets are stunning.

A relaxing, quiet hotel with outstanding sea views perfect for enjoying sunsets from the comfort of the infinity pool. The hotel is in great condition, very clean, staff are very polite and nice. We stayed at this resort for 4 nights. Although we didn’t love the breakfast, the service and evening food at the restaurant was excellent. Mr V was a pleasure to get to know and made sure we were always taken care of. The spot is nice and quiet and the views are amazing. Fira town is super fun to visit but always nice to come back to some peace and quiet.

With amazing views and very comfortable rooms, this hotel is a very good choice. They offer a free shuttle to the centre of Fira, where the main bus station is in order to go and visit the island. The hotel can also arrange day trips with pick up from the hotel. Breakfast offers a wide range of hot and cold food and the restaurant has very nice dishes too. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall an amazing experience I would strongly recommend.

Property was based just 7 minutes from Fira square where the heart of the island is. Parking is great and available for free. Clean and safe hotel. We had a private hot tub which could be cleaned and looked after better. Food for vegetarians is poor, however, pretty common amongst the island - including breakfast. Happy stay otherwise, very luxurious stay otherwise.

A beautiful hotel overlooking the caldera! Room was spacious with a balcony facing the pool and sea. The bed was comfortable and bathroom had a wonderful rain shower. The added bonus was the great free breakfast each morning!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lilium hotel even though we stayed only for a day . The staff was very helpful, lovely and polite, breakfast was so delicious. The room design was excellent. The stunning views from the hotel is one of life time experience. We regret that we could not spend more days here. Sure to come back again.

The pool area, infinity beds and view are amazing! The real selling point of the hotel. We were very happy and comfortable here, rooms were clean and enough room to not feel cramped. Small supermarket across the road for some snacks. Breakfast had a decent selection for everyone, the coffee made anyway you like was a nice touch. We used the free shuttle every night. Would stay here again. Couldnt hear any road noise at all.

Beautiful caldera view from the suite and the pool. Staff & service was great. Property and rooms were very clean and well maintained. Shuttle to Fira was a perk but some additional shuttle times would be nice. Great place to stay in Santorini

Exceptional hotel with wonderful staff who clearly enjoy their job at the hotel (who wouldn't with that view). Wonderful room with a private pool (with a pleasant surprise that it was also heated meaning 24 hour perfect temps!), stunning hotel. Good food in the restaurant. Couldn't ask for more

This hotel was wonderful! Amazing views!!! Great location and easy to get to by car. Convenient to everything, but far enough away from the crowds to be relaxing. Staff was so friendly, Alina at the front desk was always on top of everything and so helpful!! We will definitely stay here again!!
