Wonderful hotel, the view is to die for. Kind staff, very welcoming and helpful. The hotel lives up to its name “petit palace”. Great breakfast. Free-onsite parking. Would most certainly return to this hotel in a future trip to Santorini.

Bien situé a l'écart de la ville principale de Thyra mais à seulement 15 minutes à pied (pu 5 minutes en voiture) du centre, l'etablissement est très agreable et relativement calme. Il est construit en terrasses sur le bord de la falaise et domine la Caldera. Très bien orienté pour assister aux magnifiques couchés de soleil. Il dispose d'une petite piscine (non chauffée), d'un bar/restaurant ouvert de 13h00 à 23h30, qui servent de tres bon cocktails, rafraîchissements, en-cas et repas plus élaborés et de très bonne qualité mais un peu cher. Les chambres sont réparties sur les différents étages et disposent toutes d'une terrasse avec sièges et parasol. De grandes tailles les suites comprennent un séjour bien équipé (Tv, frigo, table, chaises, canapé...) de la climatisation. Une salle de bain avec deux vasques et une baignoire balnéo et enfin une chambre avec un lit king size confortable mais un peu mou à notre goût. Le wifi est present dans tout l'hôtel. Le petit dejeuner est inclus et de grande qualité, il nest pas servi sous forme de buffet mais sous forme de commandes de différents plats locaux ou continentaux préparés frais à la demande et à volonté. Le personnel est au top, toujours souriant, de bon conseils, présents mais pas trop pour permettre au client de conserver son intimité. Seuls points negatifs l'insonorisation (lorsque les voisins sont indélicats) et une certaine humidité stagnante. Les nombreux escaliers necessitent une bonne condition physique.

Staying at the Petit Palace was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, through to our check out, we experienced impeccable hospitality from the entire team. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and is situated with breathtaking caldera views. The reception team arranged tours and a vehicle rental for us, and ensured that we were able to take full advantage of all that Santorini had to offer. No ask was too big. The breakfast crew was delightful with their famous 'pie of the day' and 'dessert of the day' features that they were so proud to serve. The cooked-to-order breakfasts were a wonderful start to the day. The complimentary shuttle into Fira was a great way to get into town, and ran several times a day. The hotel is also near the ferry, which is convenient if you're island hopping! Don't hesitate to book Petit Palace - you will love everything about this property!

Fantastic two story room with a private plunge pool that was very large. Amazing view from the pool deck and balcony. Best hotel breakfast we've ever had and we have stayed in many nice hotels. Excellent dining choice with amazing views. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. We will come back.

Very Romantic!!! Private pool outside the room!!! Perfect Views!!! Sunset Views!!! Very friendly staff the moment you walk off the van into the property , greeting you and welcoming to your room. The hotel is perfectly situated away from the city of Fira, where they have a complimentary shuttle to take you into town. Highly Recommend!!!! Worth every penny!!!!

Amazing views and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and they prepared a take away box when we departed for an early flight. They were very quick to deliver when I called for anything! Bed was a bit soft for me but still comfortable. Shuttle to town was a nice plus, otherwise the taxi was 15-20 euros. I would stay here again for the views, the nice private pool, and the service.

Petit Palace is a beautiful property. I can not say enough wonderful things about the property, the service and the staff. It is just below Thira which made it quiet yet convenient. The view was stunning. Our room was fabulous with a pool and great balcony. The staff was so accommodating. They arranged for a private wine tour, a rental car delivery at the hotel. Parking on site was a true benefit. We had an early flight and the had breakfast bags ready for us as we checked out. Breakfast is amazing and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at Elia Restaurant on the property. The staff was so friendly. I would stay here over and over again. I highly recommend. Truly loved Petit Palace.

The scenic view at this hotel is absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, it made a real difference to our entire trip. The staff were all friendly and incredibly helpful in making sure we got the most out of our holiday. As it was our honeymoon, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine and a fresh fruit bowl—a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The food was delicious, and the view of the sunset from the restaurant was simply amazing. A free shuttle into Fira ran four times a day, which made getting into town and back super convenient. Overall, this hotel and the service provided were outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Property was excellent! Beautiful view and staff always very helpful. The food was great. We stayed in a room with the hot tub on patio, and it only got up to 35 degrees Celsius, not really hot, but they did their best.

I will start with the positives: Amazing view, super friendly staff, breakfast, and lunch were really good. I had read the reviews before booking and knew that there was a lot about the bathrooms. To be honest I was very disappointed with our room. It was damp and moldy and had a ton of flies. I also had a pair of lululemon leggings go "missing" from my room. The plunge pool was also very cold water, which I was not expecting. I would not recommend having dinner at the hotel, it wasn't very good. I feel bad giving a negative review because everything besides our room was great about this hotel. If they just updated the rooms even a little, it would make a huge impact.

Great service very clean. They gave us the wrong room at check in but when we brought it to their attention they gave us the correct room. Everyone we encountered was absolutely lovely. The breakfast was outstanding.

We stayed at the Petit Palance for2 nights! We were caught up in the Athens strike, and didnt get there until 1;30 am! The hotel staff arranged for transporation which was seamless! Everything about this hotel is just phenomenal - it's a beautiful property and the location couldn't be better. The staff - from the reception to the restaurant are all exceptional! The views of the Caldera, and the sunset from our room was just out of this world!! Our room was beautiful and clean, with a hot tub, which we took advantage of on our short stay! The front office staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Since we checked in very late, we over slept and totally missed our breakfast, which was included in our room price! The restaurant sent breakfast into our room after the kitchen closed, which was extremely kind of them! We also had dinner at the Restaurant - kudos to the chef - food was amazing! Service was also exceptional. The staff were extremely friendly, and eager to assist us in anyway they could! They truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Overall, everything about this hotel, inclulding the staff is absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend this hotel and highly recommend! I will definitely stay here when we visit again!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Petite Palace. The room had wonderful amenities, a great soft bed and linens. We had our own hot tub, so at night we could look at the water and see the different towns lit up in the dark making it a little more magical. The staff were amazing and all about making your stay wonderful. The food, breakfast and dinner, were great. Such fresh ingredients all locally sourced. We will return!

Amazing views and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and they prepared a take away box when we departed for an early flight. They were very quick to deliver when I called for anything! Bed was a bit soft for me but still comfortable. Shuttle to town was a nice plus, otherwise the taxi was 15-20 euros. I would stay here again for the views, the nice private pool, and the service.

This hotel is as close to heaven on earth as you can get. The views are spectacular, the rooms are amazing, and the service is top notch. Kostas did an amazing job making sure we were good at all times. But Vagellis at the front desk made our vacation perfect. He helped with reservations, suggestions and took care of it all. We thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as well. Just a great person. Thank you to everyone at Petit Palace. We will definitely be back.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Efthimios and Vagos were really nice. The caldera view was breathtaking. The breakfast was amazing. The pool was great. The location was absolutely on point as it made it very very easy to travel around. Overall our stay in Santorini was made wonderful even better by the people in Petit Palace. I would highly recommend their service.

We stayed at the Petit Palance for2 nights! We were caught up in the Athens strike, and didnt get there until 1;30 am! The hotel staff arranged for transporation which was seamless! Everything about this hotel is just phenomenal - it's a beautiful property and the location couldn't be better. The staff - from the reception to the restaurant are all exceptional! The views of the Caldera, and the sunset from our room was just out of this world!! Our room was beautiful and clean, with a hot tub, which we took advantage of on our short stay! The front office staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Since we checked in very late, we over slept and totally missed our breakfast, which was included in our room price! The restaurant sent breakfast into our room after the kitchen closed, which was extremely kind of them! We also had dinner at the Restaurant - kudos to the chef - food was amazing! Service was also exceptional. The staff were extremely friendly, and eager to assist us in anyway they could! They truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Firstly I will focus on the positives - the views are absolutely stunning, reception staff are incredibly nice and professional and the food is absolutely amazing! Unfortunately my interactions with reservations agent, Neili were frustrating prior to my check-in and also upon arrival who did not action my email requests for my stay despite acknowledging my email was received. Also as an Expedia Gold member she told me the “extra perks and benefits” referred to by Expedia mean an extra charge which is ridiculous as that would mean they wouldn’t be a perk or benefit!

Our stay at the Petit Palace was perfect!!! The staff treated my partner and I like a King and Queen. From we entered the property the manager greeted us and gave us not only a run down of the hotel but also the surrounding areas and activities available. Any and everything that we needed could be booked through them with little hassle, even before we arrived to the island. Kostos’, the manager, warmth and hospitality trickled down into the other staff and that made our stay amazing. The breakfast at this hotel is overlooking the caldera and is a la carte. Free freshly made breakfast that is restaurant quality and made with love…all you can eat. Also, the restaurant Elia was so amazing that we ate there 3/5 nights. We had to force ourselves to eat somewhere else within Santorini for dinner and still deem it to be the absolute best food on the entire island. Our stay at this hotel was the best in ALL of our European tour (Rome, Lake Como, Bellagio, Switzerland , UK, Venice, Athens) and it was the most affordable. If you are considering booking this hotel…the answer is absolutely yes. We met so many different couples from all over the world and racial background and everyone bragged on how amazing the view and service was. No one could believe the hospitality at this place. The Petit Palace took “Greek Hospitality” to a whole new level. We have plans to return as often as we can.

The staff especially Orea worked hard to ensure our comfort and needs were met. Hotel was perfect to explore Santorini. It is outside the hubs of oria and Fira yet accessible to all of the sites. Perfect place to stay with the most amazing views. My only concern was to its eco-friendliness as it should offer recycling, composting and limit plastic use.

I was so happy I picked this place to stay at before my retreat. The location was beautiful the staff did everything short of rolling out the red carpet. I felt so welcome after 25 hours of traveling, had an amazing meal at the restaurant attached and topped it off in a beautiful room with a cozy bed. For anyone coming to Greece there are so many places to stay, yet this one feels just far enough away from the craziness but close enough to easily get where you need to go.

I will start with the positives: Amazing view, super friendly staff, breakfast, and lunch were really good. I had read the reviews before booking and knew that there was a lot about the bathrooms. To be honest I was very disappointed with our room. It was damp and moldy and had a ton of flies. I also had a pair of lululemon leggings go "missing" from my room. The plunge pool was also very cold water, which I was not expecting. I would not recommend having dinner at the hotel, it wasn't very good. I will start with the positives: Amazing view, super friendly staff, breakfast, and lunch were really good. I had read the reviews before booking and knew that there was a lot about the bathrooms. To be honest I was very disappointed with our room. It was damp and moldy and had a ton of flies. I also had a pair of lululemon leggings go "missing" from my room. The plunge pool was also very cold water, which I was not expecting. I would not recommend having dinner at the hotel, it wasn't very good. Amazing views and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and they prepared a take away box when we departed for an early flight. They were very quick to deliver when I called for anything! Bed was a bit soft for me but still comfortable. Shuttle to town was a nice plus, otherwise the taxi was 15-20 euros. I would stay here again for the views, the nice private pool, and the service.

Petit Palace is a beautiful property. I can not say enough wonderful things about the property, the service and the staff. It is just below Thira which made it quiet yet convenient. The view was stunning. Our room was fabulous with a pool and great balcony. The staff was so accommodating. They arranged for a private wine tour, a rental car delivery at the hotel. Parking on site was a true benefit. We had an early flight and the had breakfast bags ready for us as we checked out. Breakfast is amazing and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at Elia Restaurant on the property. The staff was so friendly. I would stay here over and over again. I highly recommend. Truly loved Petit Palace.

The scenic view at this hotel is absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, it made a real difference to our entire trip. The staff were all friendly and incredibly helpful in making sure we got the most out of our holiday. As it was our honeymoon, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine and a fresh fruit bowl—a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The food was delicious, and the view of the sunset from the restaurant was simply amazing. A free shuttle into Fira ran four times a day, which made getting into town and back super convenient. Overall, this hotel and the service provided were outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Our stay at the Petit Palace was perfect!!! The staff treated my partner and I like a King and Queen. From we entered the property the manager greeted us and gave us not only a run down of the hotel but also the surrounding areas and activities available. Any and everything that we needed could be booked through them with little hassle, even before we arrived to the island. Kostos’, the manager, warmth and hospitality trickled down into the other staff and that made our stay amazing. The breakfast at this hotel is overlooking the caldera and is a la carte. Free freshly made breakfast that is restaurant quality and made with love…all you can eat. Also, the restaurant Elia was so amazing that we ate there 3/5 nights. We had to force ourselves to eat somewhere else within Santorini for dinner and still deem it to be the absolute best food on the entire island. Our stay at this hotel was the best in ALL of our European tour (Rome, Lake Como, Bellagio, Switzerland , UK, Venice, Athens) and it was the most affordable. If you are considering booking this hotel…the answer is absolutely yes. We met so many different couples from all over the world and racial background and everyone bragged on how amazing the view and service was. No one could believe the hospitality at this place. The Petit Palace took “Greek Hospitality” to a whole new level. We have plans to return as often as we can.

The entire hotel/resort was phenomenal! One of the best experiences we have had and definitely the highlight of our 21 day trip! The staff were all amazing and the suite we stayed in #126 was breathtaking! If we are ever lucky enough to get back to Santorini, we will definitely stay at the Petit Palace again! We had an amazing stay at Petit Palace Suites Santorini and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel special and comfortable from the moment we arrived.
