Hotel was decent. It has a nice view of the bay. We did have a problem with the AC but staff was quick to correct it. Proximity to Clayton’s was great. Just an FYI you will be charged a “resort fee” of $14 and parking is only for 1 vehicle. Any other vehicles you will need to pay an additional 25$

Not a 5 star hotel THERE IS NO ELEVATOR SO GET A FIRST FLOOR IF U HAVE HEAVY STUFF TO CARRY / towels are hard sheets were dirty ok for price charge for parking for anything more than 1 vehicle/ will tow if u don’t have parking permit if someone is visiting you n they park in parking lot / trying to make money off anything other than your hotel stays/-only thing convenient for me was the boat slip but did start at a $50 buck price n went down to 30 p day only reason I would stay is for the boat slip tbh - other than that prolly not . Sheets and whole place over all could use updating every thing ice maker didn’t work and that sucked too

My experience at this location was not what I expected. The air conditioner did not cool the room enough to be comfortable until around 4 a.m., and it was extremely loud while making strange noises. There was also a $60 cash deposit, which I understand, but it could not be refunded until the room was inspected. Since the office does not open until 9 a.m., it makes it impossible to check out earlier if your schedule requires it. In addition, our car was towed. According to witnesses, the tow truck operator arrived less than five minutes after we parked. We did have a parking pass, but the tape provided did not hold. When we closed the doors, it flew off and ended up resting on the center console facing upward. I understand this technically did not meet the requirements, but with just a little effort or understanding on their side, the situation could have been avoided. That night, a total of three cars were towed from the property. When I spoke to the young man at the counter, he already knew who I was and confirmed that I was the driver.

Very dated property. The pictures you see look nothing like what you get. The people working had no customer service skills. The door latch didn’t work well. They have a surprise $60 cash deposit (not a credit card for incidentals). Room has to be checked before you receive your deposit back. Ice maker doesn’t work. No pool towels available. You are charged $7 per day as a “resort fee”. Ask for the fee to be returned since they didn’t have anything that the supposed resort fee covered and they refused. My husband trying talking to them several times but each time they were rude and didn’t want to speak to him since it was my name on the reservation. Bed was on a flimsy frame. TV was super small. The restroom door was broken. Towels are super cheap and were limited. AC in room was very cold. Only one vehicle is allowed to be parked on the property. There was a pad lock to the fishing dock and when asked for the key they said they didn’t know where it was and will look for it (didn’t happen). They were trying to be strict with all these rules and threatened to tow your vehicle if it didn’t have a permit yet vehicles with no permit were parked. The property has so much potential.

Overall not too bad of a place the pool was great for my son. But it does need new chairs for the pool area. A few updates around the building the ice machine didn’t work.

The rooms were surprisingly clean and well kept. However there was a $7 a day “resort fee” we weren’t advised about until we got there. There also was a $60 cash deposit we weren’t aware about until we got there which was quite inconvenient.

The price was decent, and the pool and hot tub was clean. I didn't see if they did breakfast, but it looked like they had a corner of the office with a coffee machine. Couple of vending machines in the main area. My room had a lamp without a shade and a closet without the rod. The a/c worked good and the beds weren't anything good or bad. Kinda stiff, which i prefer, and the pillows were clumpy, but thick. You pay for what you get.

This place is no good it’s very loud and the rooms were not clean and it’s stinks. And the bedding was not cleaned like they just made up the bed. It was so bad I showered and left and took a loss on my money. And Hotels.com should take this dumpster hotel off their website it really should be tore down and haul off to the dump.

Area is nice. Room needs attention and can only imagine what the other ones look like. Safety on door was not secure. Second dead bolt was not working. Bathroom door falling apart at bottom. Beds old and need replacing. Other than that, floors were nicely tiled and walls clean.

The check in was a breeze, I booked a room upstairs with a balcony so caution there are only stairs. The room was spacious and clean balcony view to the pool area was nice. The deadbolt was broken so there was a chain lock and just the door key lock working. Beds weren't too bad two queen mattress. Overall I would stay again on my next trip. Thank you Hotels.com

Upon arriving to the room, I found a puddle of water under A/C unit from it leaking. The beds were uncomfortable. The mattress squeaked so much.

While checking in, front desk staff was missing for about 15 minutes. Finally they came out. They required a 7$ resort fee that i had no idea about. aside from that, they required a 60$ (CASH)deposit in order for me to check in. i had to drive up to a store to withdraw cash. Low customer service as if its your privilege to stay in this place. at 7:45am when i was ready to check out and get my deposit back, the lobby was closed. I called a number in the door and they said they would open after 8. I give the managers or owners this place worst than a mom and pop place on how they run it. The room was good in general, beds are very springy and not the best if that's what you are looking for.

The stuff was really rude. Nowhere in the expedia app says its 100$ cash deposit! I showed them and they said i have to call and still give the deposit so I drove to an ATM and got the cash. However, when i told them about expedia not having the cash details they said I have to call. NO YOU HAVE TO CALL! Its your hotel, more guests will come with no cash cause its not advertised. For sure I know not to stay in this hotel ever again. The room was dirty, had old eyelashes stuck to counter tops. At checkout time another lady at front desk said “i dont have time to check the room to give deposit back, so ill give you the cash and if anything ill use your card” i said NO MAM, go check the room right now because thats the purpose of the cash, i waisted time at check in when I couldve just given deposit with my credit card, she got mad and checked the room and gave me the cash back. They are not friendly, very rude and mean.

I couldn't even check in. Person at front desk wanted a cash deposit. I asked why cash and how will I get my money back and he didn't respond. He was rude from the get go. I made reservation in MY name and he refused to talk directly to me and wanted to talk to my fiance who did not make the reservation. I ended up leaving.

I just wanted to give an honest review as I saw a lot of negative reviews about the place. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and housekeeping came daily. It is outdated but everything in the room worked and we saw no bugs during our 3 day stay. It was quiet and family friendly and the room was very large with comfy beds. The only downside was there wasn't any coffee in the room however it was available in the lobby. We would definitely stay again and the price can't be beat.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Not a Hotel, more like a low rent Motel. For instance, the toilet would not flush or fill with water unless you take the tank lid off and press the mechanism down, every single time it was used. The man who identified as the manager was abrasive a rude! Back to the room, the towels were like sand paper and very few of them. It was cold, so we had to set the wall heater to 86 degree and max fan so that some heat could get to the freezing bathroom. The deadbolt in the door just spun around and did not latch. I did not feel safe there period. The floor seemed like it had not been mopped in quite a while. No refunds, so we were stuck. Our first trip out was for a can of Lysol to spray down everything before we touched or slept in it. There was an area in the office that once had been for breakfast I imagine, with a coffee pot, but no coffee. I had to go down the street for a cup from 7eleven. So, put out a little more money and stay at a real Hotel, you don’t want this place! The whole place was just nasty!

When I booked this, I selected bookings with free breakfast. And I selected that option. After arriving I asked where the breakfast would be and they said they didn’t offer breakfast. I have a family of 3 and now I had to pay $60 for breakfast for all of us.

The place was really clean and the bed comfortable, There were NO: coffee maker clock/radio cups in bathroom ice bucket ice machine i roning board no secondary security lock The fridge needs defrosting, the towels were dingy and very rough. They had a list of damage charges for every item in the room in addition to charges for towels. A wash cloth would cost you $15 if lost or stained. It would have been a better stay if they would add some amenities. If your not bothered by the lack of items listed it would be a good place to stay.
