I found roaches on my nightstand and in the shower. Carpet was dirty. The elevator nearly took my arm off and gym equipment didn't work. Needs to be torn down or remodeled. Defiantly needs new owners.

Pool not working. Had to ask for toilet paper. Toilet paper and towel holder broken and hanging off wall. Mold in shower. Bed sheets seemed clean. No roaches. Carpet stained and trash all over carpets on halls and elevator. The hotel has seen better days like 20 years ago. Pictures on website are not up to date. Cheap place and b3d was comfy. Staff was great. No house Keeping staff ever seen and no breakfast in morning. No ice machine. Shower was hot. I took pictures for proof.

There's remodeling work and the hotel is a mess. Noisy, dirt in the elevators and lobby, room was clean though. It was a bit scary on the way to the room seeing all the work being done. The hotel should be closed until work is finished, otherwise it's just an unpleasant experience

They are remodeling the hotel so there is a lot of dust and noise everywhere at any time and there are a lot of bugs (cockroaches). Also the contractors are using the same elevator than hosts and they carry up their tools full of dust

I have stayed here about 10 times in the past 3 years and loved it until this last time. Our room was clean but roach and bed bug infested. Stayed there Sunday night. It is now Thursday, the bug bites all over by body have not ceased being itchy.I did tell the receptionist about the bugs and was told to call the manager after 10 am as that is when he/she shows up. That is the last time I stay there. The low price is not worth risking my health.

Absolutely atrocious do not stay here whatsoever if there’s any other options take them over this hotel it’s in a awful area the building is under construction and extremely dirty my room was full of drywall residue and smelled horrible there was bullet holes and it was unsafe DO NOT stay here I checked out after 6 minutes terrible place homeless people all over the parking garage

The pictures on the site are absolutely misleading. The place is very grim, dark and extremely run-down. Looks like it might have once been a decent hotel, with large conference rooms, but now looks like a scary 70s Kubrick film. There was humidity everywhere. Walls peeling off, and a skunk smell of marihuana in the elevators that must also feature the oldest buttons that can still function today. Do not recommend staying there.

Elevators were down had to get to the eighth flour by stairs carrying bags, construction was super loud in the morning and people next door had a dog that wouldn’t stop barking.

Hotel was a little run down but decently clean. The staff were ok. The room was clean as were the sheets. We were only looking for a few hours sleep and we got it. We checked out at 4 am and there was just a box at the front desk for the key cards (no staff to be seen). Overall not bad for the price.

I arrived late 1 am and could not Stay in the hotel because the hostess was so drunk she couldnt find my reservación. Didnt Kone if was because a system problem or because her drukn state. I called expedia and they switch the hotel to a near one but took at least 1:20 hour the whole Process.

The property is currently under MAJOR renovations! Front Desk informed us that they will be complete in November 2024. Until then, i would recommend this property for only a one night stay, as we did. The reservation price did seem to reflect the inconvenience of the construction. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were absolutely great!

The hotel itself was pretty worn down. Be careful with the elevator because the doors sometimes don’t close all the way. BEWARE OF THE $25 DEPOSIT THAT IS NOT MENTIONED IN THE DESCRIPTION. I HAD THEM PUT IT ON MY CARD AND STILL NOT REFUNDED. The sheets were clean but there were hairs in the shower. It says no smoking but our floor #8 stunk of cigarette smoke as soon as we got off of the elevator. Overall not horrible but not good either. It was fine for us just to get a few hours of sleep before crossing into Mexico.
