Best Western Plus Arlington North Hotel & Suites

The pool was closed for the entire week of our stay

Listing showed they had a shuttle to AT&T, they did not. The room was clean, but when we used the ice bucket, the lid had mold on it. The picture showed a different jet tub, the one with our room was in the bathroom with a very squishy bottom of the tub. The staff was very polite. The room it self was clean, I would get rid of the small pillows and have full-size pillows to be more accommodating. The pool was closed during my time there, and it was not listed on the advertising. The breakfast was pretty mediocre. I give it an average score because the whole purpose of our stay was to be a shuttle to the AT&T Stadium and a jet tub to celebrate a unique weekend. But for the price it was decent.

The motel was nice clean. The staff was great. The pool was awesome.The breakfast was good. We will be staying here again.

This property was extremely dirty.and worn down. The parking was difficult. The room was less than 200 sq ft. The bathroom was extremely dirty. I hated to even use the toilet. Linens were thin and dirty. The outside needed cleaning and paint. Worst property I have ever seen on Travelocity.

Right off the highway with a convenient location. The room was nice and spacious and the hotel was clean, we wish the pillows were bigger. The pool was closed and we didnt know why so that kind of stinked.

breakfast could be served till later, cockroach crawling up hallway wall, sofa sleeper piece of crap cushions wore out very unpleasant to sit on, beds seem to be old and you sink in the middle, pool very small.

This hotel was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. It is overpriced though for a worn, not especially nice hotel right next to the interstate. You can hear traffic all night long. It was sufficient but we chose to check out and move to a different hotel that was actually newer and cheaper for our second night in the area. Parking is very limited too.

It was nice, room was clean and spacious, breakfast was ok no bacon lol, it was quiet the only down side was parking, it is very limited. Someone with a truck and uhaul trailer took 5 parking spots needs a over flow lot give tags to put on cars other then that it was a great.

Everything is good, just may want to invest in updating the elevator. It made noises that made some people nervous.

This hotel is super clean. As soon as you walk in it smells good. The customer service is good. The rooms are huge! Very clean. Beds are a bit hard but it's still ok. Just a nice , quiet stay. Oh and the ac works great in the rooms! Super cold!

The room was sanitized and smelled like citrus. Very clean.

Our stay was excellent. Very clean and nice. The staff allowed us to check in a day late due to flight cancellations. Most won't do that. Thanks a lot.

Our room was infested with bugs, ceiling, windows, beds, we checked out immediately after seeing.

The stay was good up until I had to switch rooms. The new room i was placed in had bed bugs, I took pics told front deck they came up to verify and saw the begs herself, I got placed in other room. 😞

The stay was comfortable. It could use some better upkeep. The carpet in the room we stayed in looked like it needed some deep cleaning, and the shower needed better cleaning, there was mold in some areas. The beds were clean and comfy. Breakfast was not as pleasant, needed better upkeep as well. I would stay there again.

The bathroom in our room was not clean, particularly the mirror and sink. The breakfast area tables were never clean and the yogurt machine and juice machine were not working. Thethe thermostat in our room did not work properly and it was like a refrigerator all the time.

We enjoyed our stay, however, the bed pillows are very small. Standard or king size pillows would have made for a more comfortable night’s rest. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good. We would stay again, but will bring our own pillows.

The rooms are a little outdated and the water pressure was very low.

Worst bed and pillows at any hotel ever! You could feel the springs in the bed and the pillows were like small square couch pillows. When i asked for real pillows I was told that's all they had. Very uncomfortable.

Only issues were road noise and rehashed looking breakfast. Right on highway. New build.

The water pressure in the shower was weak, other than that is was really nice!

Room was fine, but sofa was very uncomfortable. Bed was good, but pillows were short, square, and very hard. That wasn't exciting. Shower was okay. Breakfast was as expected with a Best Western. The worst thing was the outside noise. TIP - Do NOT stay in a room where you hear the freeway noise. We were in room 406, and the noise was constant Overall, I don't think this place lived up to the usual Best Western PLUS standards. We likely would change to a different hotel next time

This hotel's location between Fort Worth and Dallas is undeniably convenient. The staff's exceptional service went a long way to mitigate our initial disappointment caused by misleading photos on hotels.com (the pictures showed a large bathtub that wasn't in our room). They were incredibly understanding and apologetic about the bathtub discrepancy. Their friendly and accommodating attitude was commendable. They quickly moved us from the mistakenly booked disabled access room, and were generally helpful. However, the room itself fell short of expectations. It was dark and dingy, with old carpeting and worn furniture. The sofa was uncomfortable, and the bed was hard with tiny pillows. Our last night was disrupted by a smoke alarm that sounded incessantly. Exhausted and needing to leave promptly the next morning, we didn't report the issue. This incident left us stressed and sleep-deprived before a long travel day. Overall, this hotel presents a mixed bag. The staff deserve high praise. However, the misleading advertising, the uncomfortable room, and the disruptive alarm detracted from our stay. Travelers should be aware that the photos on hotels.com may not accurately reflect the rooms.

The hotel was clean and nice with the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. My complaints were the loud road noise throughout the night from the highway. We stayed in room 212 and it’s at front of hotel. It was very loud. Also the bed and pillows were very hard. Made for a hard night to get any sleep.

Staff was extremely polite and accommodating. I would stay here again.

My Room 209 Did Not Have Working Hot Water Also My Jetted Tub Did Not Work Called To Tell The Manager What Was Going On I Got Hung Up On Tried Calling Back No One Answered My Calls Reached Out To Expedia To See About Getting A Refund Of Any Type Told Me I Have To Wait 72 Hours And It’s Up To The Manager Discretion I Would Not Recommend Only Because Communication Is Key They Could Have Gave Me A Free Night Or Even Half My Money Back But No Nothing I Will Not Be Staying Here Again!

The staff members were very nice. The only problem is the price paid for the stay and the breakfast was the worse I've had. Majority of the food was very cold because the food warmers were broken, not too many options and the long wait for staff the refill items. No warm food is supposed to be served cold to guest. Other than that the stay was okay, the staff members were very nice.

Very nice place to stay would definetly stay there again. Staff were so nice and helpful each of them were not just one of them. I really enjoyed our trip.

I arrived on an early flight and was able to check in and get my room by 10:30 a.m. The staff was great, room was clean, great experience.

The staff was wonderful and friendly. Very helpful about the area. The only thing that was the least bit off was the bed. It could have been more comfortable, but it was a great area and very quiet. We felt very safe in the area and it was a convenient location.

As expected…hotel is next to freeway. Was expecting the sound of the traffic. The plus side is it made it easy to get where we needed to go.

This hotel is really nice. The rooms are clean, large and updated. I did not try their breakfast. I loved the convenience of being right off the freeway. There's plenty of places to eat near by.

The fact that it’s in the entertainment district, clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly staff especially the cleaning crew; is crazy! I will definitely stay here when in the area.

Breakfast was the worst Breakfast ever. Stale food and cereals. Rotten expired milk. Waffle machines leaving uncooked waffles. Had to change room. Ac was broken. Then new room barely any hot water. Asked for extra linens for our son and they were never sent to room. Would not recommend

Friendly check-in. Room had a very hard bed, old pillows, bathroom didn’t have body wash in the dispenser and ran out of shampoo. Breakfast was awful. Eggs were dry and had been sitting out for a long time, meat didn’t say if it was turkey or pork (some people don’t eat pork) and the juice dispensed apple juice with bugs in it. I thought it was a dirty glass, so I poured a second one and there were bugs, wings and all. This place clearly cuts corners. Way too many options to ever come back again.
