The staff was AMAZING! The hotel ALWAYS smelled fresh and clean. Our room was beautiful! The beds were a bit too firm for our taste and the pool was under maintenance. Other than that Al went well and we’d definitely stay again!

Elevator didn’t work well for the 2 nights we stayed there. We were on the 3rd floor and my wife was stuck in the elevator for a short time. Had to use the stairs after that especially moving luggage out.

The air constantly shut off and if we left for the day once we got back we would walk into an 85 degree room! No towels at the pool or easy access to a restroom while at the pool. The TV in the room had a huge, very noticeable scratch on the screen. We paid in full online but then when we got there required our credit card and a deposit of $100 which yes I understand in grand scheme of things but would be nice if told this ahead of time. The hotel isn’t easy to get to because the address doesn’t include that it’s on a service road so the maps send you to wrong place.

Our stay here was nice & pleasant. Staff were super friendly! Our breakfast lady host was a hoot! So friendly accommodating, we enjoyed her happy go lucky attitude. Staff were all ver helpful. Due to weather we did encounter no TV for 2 days. No fault of hotel they did what they could do to get it restored. The pool location is way in the back of property, no privacy from parking lot that services other businesses and NO shade to really enjoy being out there. If the pool doesn’t matter to you then this place is for you.

The room and property looked clean enough and the breakfast was presented very well and there were many good choices. It was tasty and warm, both the coffee and the hot choices. As for the room, we did find a dead roach by the toilet which was not removed after housekeeping cleaned (glad it was not alive). We did have to ask for an iron which was not brought to us until we asked for it twice.

The only complaint I have is there was no water pressure. I mean no water pressure! We used bottled water to was our faces and brush our teeth. As for the shower, it was slight better though we had to turn off the shower and use the bath faucet to wash our hair. Besides this issue it was a decent stay.

Hotel is semi pet friendly- we called prior arrival to verify. Yes they accept pets, but a strict weight limit. TV did not work, tried calling front desk phone system did not work. Went to lobby, had get new remote, then program to TV. Noise was horrible!!’ You may have built location on hiway. No sleep!! Terrible Stay Hotel Food… yogurt was good!!

We booked 2 nights months in advance for the wedding with hotels.com and had prepaid the amount. On our way to our destination We had car trouble and arrived at the motel at 11am the following day of the reservation. They tell me there that my reservation was cancelled and I had not paid for that reservation. So, I booked another room and paid. Traveling home later looking at my credit card I see that I indeed prepaid for 2 nights and now have an additional charge for a new reservation. This is so messed up. I did reach out to find out why my prepaid room was cancelled. No one call, no mailed or texted me for confirmation. They said we didn’t check in with their time period…. I asked for documentation on that policy. Didn’t get any… We were charged around $500 for this experience and will never stay at this hotel chain again and I’ll never use hotels.com for bookings.

Perfect location to the Stock Yards. Front desk clerk was really nice and checked us in quickly. Room was clean, beds were really nice and rooms were very quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice, large room, tons of outlets and lights. The bed was surprisingly very tall and hard to climb into. Conveniently located. Breakfast was not worth the time. Very Bland. The oatmeal cookies however we're tasty. Staff were very friendly.
