I was extremely disappointed that the pool was closed since it was the major driving force towards me and my family staying at this specific location. Looking at the reviews. I am not surprised in the slightest since there have been many complaints about it being consistently closed. We asked several times on if the pool was going to be opened and we got the same andwer every time. That maybe tomorrow, or not yet. Also very irritated that I got the notification of the pool getting closed at the last minute and I had asked how long the pool had been closed for and the perskn at the fronf desk told me it had been closed for a couple of days. So I was not about to cancel or have an option without incurring fees. Very disappointed about that and would have asked for a partial refund if I wasn't running late to my next destination. No bugs and place was clean otherwise.

Trip was very good. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Only things I think could be improved were parking availability and the pool had so much chlorine in it that it was hard to stay in there with the kids.

The lobby appears clean & nice and it completely stops there. Everything about this place is gross. It looks like it’s in a state of disrepair. Felt like I was in a third world country. Floors were not cleaned anytime recently, smelled like a mixture of wet dog, bleach, and sewage, there was even a sewage clean out pipe coming out of the wall! Paint chipping off of the walls and doors, the shower curtain is too short in the rooms and water floods the floors, there’s mold. Awful, awful experience and given that this was the second hotel on this trip that was highly rated on Expedia and I found it to be nasty, I will never again use this site. The reviews have to be fake.

Everything smelled weird, rooms need updating really bad. Location was awful. The front desk ladies were very helpful and nice though. Its just the hotel itself that was bad. The pool was murky and still reeked of chlorine. Kids didnt even want to swim in it. I paid 150 a night for a hotel that was literally worth 75 a night.

Everything was great with the room. Very clean and lots of room. The staff was very helpful and attentive. We really enjoyed the big selection of breakfast items. I used the gym each morning and was pleased with the cleanliness and organization in there.

Gave 1 because our stay was very uncomfortable. The Hotel know they have all these problesm for still renting all the rooms despite the known issues. Out side temp was 33 and Heater is not working in room. AC vents were full of dust never cleaned. Requested for blanket for sofa bed but they didnt had any. Was told to change room but i couldnt as kids were sleeping complaining abt cold after 9 hr drive. Floor was dirty and bathroom has dust in all corners. Shower water pressure was terrible. Maintenance is terrible for this Hotel.

The room was not clean. FOnd mold in the shower. Dark hairs from prvious guests on the bathroom floor. Walloutlet faceplate missing. Overall very dim lighting and some lamps not working. Poor room service. No bed changes or even making up the bed. No replacement of towels or hand towels or washcloths daily. Not replacing shampoo and conditioner.

Staff was ok, the room was dirty. I spilled a drink and wipe the floor in my room up and the towel was filthy and brown dirt all over it. There was a dead roach in my bathtub. When I woke up the first night I found a roach in my sink. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.

Stopped here for 1 night on our way to South Carolina on June 12th. First room we were assigned room 118 had a very strong mildew smell as we walked in we noticed there was water all over the floor under the AC unit. Asked to be moved to a different room. They moved us to the 3rd floor, same mildew smell and the mini fridge was pulled away from the cabinet with the door open and a cleaning rag sitting in it. There was mold all around the bottom of the cabinet obviously there was a leak and they were aware of it but still booked the room. At this point it’s 11 pm and we had been driving all day so we sucked it up so we could get some sleep. This property is extremely run down, dirty, and in desperate need of repair.

The room was disgusting, there were potatoes chips in the bed even though it had been made! Dust everywhere. Something disgusting stuck to the side of the toliet. More potato chips on the couch, and the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. We did get moved to another room, but that one was almost as dirty.

Lobby has been redone and looks new but the rooms are pretty dirty. Im not expecting sparkling but there shouldnt be dirt on the floor or old sheets on the beds. They also just turn the mini shampoo bottles upside down instead of giving you new ones?

The only issue was the AC only cooled the bedroom and the transfer fan in the wall to move cool room air to living room with fold out bed would not come on to cool child and pet area (living room). It was hot after a hot 12-hour drive for relief.

This property needs to change the room descriptions they describe a 1 bedroom suite with a living room that has a pullout a 2 bedroom. They have also removed the door separating the two rooms which is what i was told when i asked where the f@#K it was. On the other hand room was spacious and clean as well as the facilities. Oh apparently you get one remote control for the two TV's to share so that fun.

Our suite was wonderful! Very roomy for a family of 5. Breakfast was great and all 3 of our picky kids were able to find something to fit their tastes. Even with pets being allowed and encoutering multiple dogs our stay was quiet and we were not disrurbed once. Quiet location, but within minutes of lots of restaurants and shopping. We are already plotting our next get-away!

It needs updating. The tile floor in the elevator was cracked. There were parts of the wall around the elevator that weren't covered and you could see the studs etc. The inside pool had way too much clorine and was cold. Had to ask for pool towels and blanket for pull out couch. Beds slept good. The bathroom sink was cracked.

The rooms were outdated. Lots of small details in the room were not cleaned - corners, walls, furniture. Broken light switch in the room. Stained sheets. People were coming down without shoes on for breakfast which was off putting. It was LOUD. Think people racing down the hallway of the third floor at 11pm loud. The pool area was SOAKED, dirty towels everywhere, zero clean towels. We didn’t swim long because of the behavior of those in and around the pool made it unsafe. The front desk staff seemed friendly, the lobby was clean, breakfast had a good variety.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was disappointingly low. Our suite was advertised as having a door separating the bedroom from the living area, but unfortunately, this door was missing. Moreover, the room itself was quite dirty, with noticeable stains throughout. We placed our trash and used towels outside the room, where they remained until we had to request removal. Even after this, fresh towels were not provided. Additionally, there was inadequate airflow into the living area, resulting in constant heat and humidity despite our efforts to cool the bedroom with the AC.

We stayed one night driving through from Florida to Illinois. About 9 hour drive to get to the hotel and arrived there afrer 8pm. The place is nice and clean. After a long drive and sitting in the car that long, you're looking forward to get a goodnight rest/sleep. But, the beds are not as comfortable as they look. They're way too firm, like we're sleeping on a floor. So that didn’t help for the other 9 hour drive back to Illinois. Although, I love their breakfast buffet. It's like your dining in a restaurant. So much to choose from. Sooooo.... Cleanliness, 😊. Breakfast dining, 😊. Comfortable beds, 😔.

My stay was ok but the front desk lady made a mistake and charged me twice for the deposit then when I called they gavee the runn around even after. I had my bank statements showing where they charged me they told me it didn't matter if it wasn't I. There system also was rude hung up in my face one the phone took me 4 days to get my money back

My room was given to someone else. As in, a person got my room and was staying under my name. Checked in under my name. It was very shady. I questioned it all and the girl was irritated. I also tried to confirm and no one answered the phone for 3 hours.

I had awesome customer service from Jay! We had a small issue with our room he upgraded our room! The location was close to restaurants & shopping. The rooms are very impressive for the price. The room is large with bedroom & sitting area! It’s was a great stay & it started at the door with the great customer service. I would definitely stay here again!

This was the best little getaway. The hotel staff were kind. Breakfast was very good, there was a variety of hot foods, breads and cereal. We spent most of our time in downtown Chattanooga which was a short 15-20 min drive. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be coming back!

The hotel overall was very nice. My room was clean quiet and looked like the pictures. Breakfast ok but i cant complain for a free breakdown. The only bad i would say that didn't affect us thankfully was the hotel is in a what seemed like bad location due to two vehicles being broken into so i wouldn't leave anything in your vehicles.

Everything was great except the breakfast. They had a good selection of food but all of the "hot" food was cold. We ate about 8:30 am. Not only was it uneatable but there is real concern for food poisoning of food not held at high enough temperatures. We notified the staff but there was no response or apology.

Super clean room and lobby! Very updated hotel and rooms!! Admit associate super sweet, especially when I locked both keys in room. 1 bedside lamp flicked off and on when turned on. Toilet seat didn't fit toilet.. uncomfortable. Bed was comfy, clean. Breakfast sausage patty and scrambled eggs weren't warm...they just opened and I was first in line. Coffee was good and HOT.
