Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chattanooga-Lookout Mountain

At first glance, our room looked fine, but after walking barefoot our feet were black on the bottom. Floors not clean. The toilet valve was broken and it ran constantly until my husband figured a way to get it to stop. We did tell the front desk. They did not send anyone. The front desk said we owed $4 when we checked in. We had prepaid and my husband asked what it was for. The reply was that it was a Trump thing. Really? He told her if that was all she could give us as explanation he was not paying it. She took it off the bill. Seemed like just a way to milk more money out of guests. I found the bed comfortable, but my husband thought it was too hard. The pillows were very comfortable. We had to leave early and when we went down for breakfast found that it started at 7. It was 6:50. Two others were also waiting for breakfast. The gentleman that serviced tge dining room saw us and opened it early for us. There was plenty of food ( eggs, sausage, bacon, gravy, toast, bagels, waffles, cereal, etc.)

Decent hotel. They didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies which country Inn and suites is famous for. The water pressure was bad. The room was clean but it had that every third day cleaning instead of coming every day to clean and change the towels.

Garrett at the front desk was very helpful, courteous and nice. The rooms were clean when we arrived but was not cleaned during our stay. The furnishing are old and need to be updated. The bed slept good but the coverings were not what they should be.

We arrived at 9:00 the evening we checked in the desk clerk seem to be quite annoyed and irritated no welcome no greeting the next day clerk was very friendly and pleasant
