Very clean. Friendly staff, free shuttle to casino. Pool and hot tub open till midnight. Nice place

The breakfast pool and hot tub were nice. Rooms are nice as well and property was very quiet and clean

The free breakfast was horrible and non-existent. The pool was not open. The beds sunk in the middle.

This hotel had the best pool and hot tub temperature ever. Small but perfect. Clean and warm. Bed soft and clean room was spacious. And clean. Will stay there any time.

Rooms beautiful and comfortable beds. Also very clean. Could not swim or use hot tub chlorine snell extremely strong as soon as walked in pool room.

A wash cloth I used I found blood or make up on it after I washed my face on the morning. When I flipped it over there was dried blood or make up. I took a few pictures and showed it to my daughter in law who is a physician assistant. I took it to the front desk attendant and all she said was she will make sure all towels from now on are clean. How disgusting

Yes. Yes. Simple amenities. The wifi did not quite reach my room. I did not adjust the a/c so it was comfortable. Over all a good value for my one night.

The heater in our room was very loud, sounded like a train was going by, and woke me every time it kicked on.

The hotel was comfortable but we would suggest they put their TV on top of the cabinet as when laying in bed you can’t see the TV.

I stayed in a second story room (217) and my window was next to what I was told was an industrial air conditioning unit for the hotel. Whatever it was, it fired off about every fifteen minutes with a loud rumble that woke me up. I called the front desk and was told they did not know what it was - maybe a malfunction with the unit. I asked for an adjustment in my rate as I was not able to sleep. They made a note of it and in the morning when I asked about adjusting the rate, the manager said that they could not, She added that the people in the room below me were not disturbed so it was my problem that I was. Additionally, my bed was old and uncomfortable and the wall in the toilet area had brown stains. This place is in need of updating, Did not enjoy my stay especially as noise left me sleepless and the staff didn't care. In fact they blamed me for being disturbed,

The hotel was very clean and well kept. Location is convenient to the highway, food etc. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean.

Reservation desk staff was courteous but could not get us in a room til exactly 3 pm. We were there for a wedding and needed showers ect to arrive by 4:45. Disappointed with their excuses after a phone call asking for early ck in 24 hrs prior.

The woman at check-in greeted us with a frosty glare, her rudeness evident in her curt responses to every member of our group. We had booked seven rooms at this hotel, each one reserved for our stay during a much-anticipated wedding weekend. With excitement in the air, we simply requested to check in half an hour earlier than the official time—surely a small favor. Yet, she stood her ground, coldly explaining that the housekeeping staff needed to finish their tasks in every room in the hotel before check-in could begin. When we finally entered our room, disappointment washed over me. The space was uninviting, with worn furnishings and a distinct feeling of neglect. I felt a sense of relief that we were only there to sleep because the experience left much to be desired. The toilet was particularly wobbly, teetering and threatening to give way with every use. I was grateful for the sturdy handicap rails mounted beside it; they felt like my only assurance against a mishap. It was clear that someone had previously attempted to address the issue, as shims were awkwardly crammed around the base, but the fix was inadequate, leaving the toilet still unstable. When I mentioned the issue to the staff, they merely shrugged it off, displaying a concerning lack of concern. With such an experience, I can confidently say that we will not be returning to this property.

Waited over 5 minutes for staff to check us in. They were out of coffee and didn’t know when they were getting any in.

Parking was fine. Disappointed that when we arrived early the lady at the desk told us we couldn't check in until 3pm, repeated that several times. When she was asked if my room was near the block of 5 rooms that my other family are in she said that she got the message and yes my room is by them. After coming back to check in we found my room was not even on the same floor or anywhere near them. We only found this out after I checked in and my sister was checking in after me when I overheard that she was on the 1st floor. Luckily there was a room cancelled that was 6 rooms down the hall from them on the 1st floor that I was able to be put in.

The beds here are soooooo comfy! Great location and my kids had a great time at the pool and loved that McDonalds was right next door. Quiet and comfortable! Would stay again!

It was a very nice hotel. Pool area was kept clean, as was all common areas. The only disappointment was the breakfast selection. There was some bagels if you got down there early enough. One day they did have the pancake machine there, the next it was gone. Fruit was only apples. They did have four selection of dry cereal. All sugar loaded. Otherwise they staff was very pleasurable!!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The breakfast had a decent range of options. Everything was clean. The pool was well-maintained and warm, despite cold weather. I would stay here again if in the area. :-)
