Great stay - the customer service was amazing! Front desk staff learned we needed dinner and didn't have a car - the shuttle drove us both ways to dinner on 2 separate occasions. Very kind and impressive! And you can't beat this location for airport convenience!

Hotel was clean and well kept. However, they ran out bacon and eggs and didn’t have any available for 20 minutes. The towel that I used once I got out of the shower in the hotel room was dirty. Very disappointing.

When we got to our room we were soo exhausted due to a very long travel day that we just climbed into bed and went to sleep even though our bedding seemed to be damp. We thought maybe housekeeping took it out of the dryer too soon or something but then when we came back to our room later the next day our bedding was even more damp. We switched rooms but the issue followed. There is something wrong with the ventilation system and it was causing condensation throughout the room and making everything, including our clothes hanging in the closet and in our luggage, damp. We will not be staying here again!

The room we stayed in had obviously not been cleaned prior to our arrival. My husband and I initially only noticed a few minor things but the next morning when I got out of the shower a dirty towel with "something" on it was folded up with the clean towels. After that upon further inspection we could tell the room had not been properly cleaned at all. Upon taking it up with the manager she cleaned herself so for that I am giving a few stars but I have never stayed in a hotel room where I have almost used a towel that looked like it had feces on it.

Hotel looked nice, service was nice. But the room was DIRTY. Sheets were full of male short hair so I assume they were never changed, in the bathroom there was a dirty soap foam on the wall, and the desk… I used 5 times Clorox wipes to get rid of the sticky dirt. Absolutely disgusting.

I don’t normally say much but the room smelt musky, and only continual running of the air conditioner moved the smell somewhat. The carpet was sticky in front of the fridge when walking on, microwave oven kept tripping the power board. The bathroom sink plug was broken and would not drain. Then awoke to 2 cockroaches crawling the wall behind the coffee machine. On another note, Michelle and her staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would not stay there again.

We booked this hotel last minute on a road trip. We were extremely happy with our choice. The price for the area was very good. I was worried about it being noisy since it was listed as an airport hotel but it was very quiet. The room darkening shades were wonderful and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast. Nothing out of this world but sufficient and convenient. I would stay here again if ever in the area.

The hotel was great. My kids loved the make your own pancakes at breakfast. The only issue we incurred was that the water in the shower never got hot, it was always cold even leaving it on for a few minutes to try to heat up.

Beds and pillows were comfortably for all of us. Breakfast was ok, coffee machine brought a smile to all of our faces. Had freezer compartment in the refrigerator. Was close to airport but not convenient for dining or shopping but within 5 minutes. Downside was very poor lighting in the bathroom, not good for putting on makeup- quite dark

Stayed for 3 nights on a solo trip. Got a room on the 4th floor- room was clean, spacious, and had an ok view of the mountains. The toiletries were wonderful! I didn't partake in breakfast but from the menu it looked varied. The 24/7 coffee station was surprisingly good! Staff was friendly! Close to 81 and shops and restaurants! The only downside was that the bed was not comfortable- very thin mattress and it felt like I slept on a piece of ply wood. Besides that, I would most likely return here again!

I completed a second stay with only 5 days in between. The air conditioner was slightly off the wall and had to be pushed inwards to turn on. I called the front desk for assistance and he offered to come check it. After an hour, I requested another room since it was getting warm in the room and would not be able to sleep comfortably. We were given another room within 15 min. We checked out less than 12hrs to continue our trip home.

We arrived at approx. 10pm and the two women at the desk could not find our reservation. They questioned us about when, how we made the reservation and if we had the correct hotel. I handed her the receipt and they still couldn't find it. We were at the desk for 30 min before we had a key and were on our way to a room (not the type we reserved). We even watched a walk-in rent a room and get her key while we stood there waiting for the staff to figure out what was happening. Turns out they gave our room/reservation to someone else with my husbands first name and last initial (but different last names)! It was a very frustrating experience. Never once did they try to put us at ease or assure us they had rooms available--we just felt like a large inconvenience even though it was their mistake.

If you are flying out of the airport- Wilkes Barre , Pennsylvania, it is the perfect choice. But , we were not so driving to the hotel off Rte 81 was a nightmare (at night). There were numerous “round abouts” and it felt like an obstacle course. But for the cost via Expedia was excellent. The hotel is immaculate, room was comfortable and front desk checkin with Michele was excellent. Breakfast on Sunday was great. The host was so nice. He kept the area clean. He asked us if we needed anything else. Coffee was hot & area was clean & well maintained. I did not get his nam but he was also very pleasant & treated everyone with a smile.

The hotel is well kept and conveniently located off the highway and close to the airport. What we did not like is that we could hear doors slam during the morning hours quite loudly on our floor. Also, the breakfast was the worst I ever saw in a Best Western.
