Hotel was clean, good water pressure, staff friendly. However the restaurants menu is very mall and not many choices. The pool closes to early and the TV in the room is obsolete and i was unable to connect any of my devices to the HDMI ports.

We booked solely for the pool - loved it! The pool wasn’t exactly clean (dirt in bottom, bugs etc) but it was outdoor and heated. The elevator was sketchy - bouncing around when you stepped in. I would ask for a room that isn’t joined - our neighbour was pretty loud but during acceptable hours. The staff are phenomenal super friendly and helpful.

My stay was for 7 nights, and my room was only semi cleaned one time. The carpet and the bathroom floor was not cleaned once. Our beds were never made up and counters and bathroom mirror was never cleaned. Had to go get appropriate amount of towels everyday. Was traveling with my wife and two small grandchildren who wanted to use the pool. The pool was covered in green algae and dirt and debris floating on top. Wouldn’t put my foot in, let alone my grandchildren. It was a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend anyone staying there.

We had check in issues which the staff resolved eventually. The room was very tired and staff did not replace used items like coffee or even wipe bathroom surfaces. For the cost the value was not there. It has declined significantly.

This property is very close to lots of convenient things.... South Hill Village and restaurants surrounding it, a T Station and lots of parking. Cleaning staff was very accommodating but it did not seem they were vacuuming the carpet in the room.

Our room was dirty. Food all over the floor, feet were dirty if we walked around without shoes. The water was SO scalding hot it was dangerous. It could literally take our skin off. Our temperature knob in the shower was broken, so you had to keep it turned in the “up” position or it fell down and the water turned to scalding. Was trying to bathe my daughter and the water temperature knob fell and the water turned scalding and I had to pull her out quickly. Truly should be looked at - very dangerous for everyone but especially kids. The room all around was not in great condition - dirty and disrepair. I wouldn’t come back unless I had no other options.

We had 4 people in the room and only had towels for 3 no matter how many times we asked. The first third and fourth day they didnt make the bed or do any cleaning other than removing trash. Overall the trip was made worse by staying in this hotel!

The room looked nice and the staff was very great. However once you go into the room you notice there are no outlets to plug anything in. The ones available had a lamp plugged in or was behind the tv which you couldn’t move. The light switch was broken in two lamps ( I couldn’t turn one in and couldn’t turn one off and just had to unscrew the lightbulb. Other than that, room was ok. It was the little inconveniences.

The rooms are way too small for the price. Two adults cannot walk by each other in the room (we had a 2 queen room) which was very annoying given it was two adults and two kids. Everyone had to sit on the bed for anyone to be able to walk throughout the room. I am not sure I have ever been in such a small room, especially for the price. I cannot believe I spent what I did on these rooms. Room cleaning is only on Monday and Thursday. We have a kid in diapers so that was a pain since the trash cans in the room a tiny. No good take out containers for breakfast to take to your room. They want you to just carry a plate throughtout the hotel. The breakfast room is a very nice size and the staff was very friendly.

Got a great corner room on an upper floor. Large, clean , and comfortable. There were two downsides to our stay -1. An ice machine was installed literally right outside our door in the hallway (ice buckets being filled till midnight and coolers starting at 5am) Who installs ice machines in hallways? 2. Who books 4 kids hockey teams into a hotel and then places them on different floors thus disturbing four floors of patrons instead of just giving the teams twenty rooms on one wing of one floor. Kids running the halls and playing hockey in the hallways and one girl at the front desk unable to do anything about the problem because she was alone and the problem was on the top four floors.

Went to register no one at reception desk. Heard someone talking around the corner. Finally after 5 minutes I said Is somebody here? The girl replied about a minute later and said she would be right out. Not very good for a reception area. When checking out I asked for a copy of my bill and they said copy machine was down and they would email me same. We have stayed there before and had much better service. Not at all satisfied. Bed wad terrible too.

My only complaint was there was only a light bedspread, so we had to turn the heat up higher than I would like, and there was no refrigerator in the room

I had a terrible check in! My husband and I drove almost 6 hours and by the time we got to the hotel we were exhausted and just wanted to check in shower and sleep. The first room we got had a double bed which isn’t what we paid for. We went back down to the front desk and I kid you not this happened 3 more times every room we got had a double bed!!! Finally the 4th room had the correct bed but the TV didn’t work. They sent someone to fix it and it finally worked but we were so frustrated, tired and disgusted with this hotel. And as we layed down and looked up at the ceiling it was falling apart. This is Crown Plaza Hotel we chose it because they are supposed to be one of the best but we were truly disappointed and will not use them ever again.

It started good but went downhill fast. I was never told upon check-in on Sunday, that there was no room clean or bed being made. I went to the front desk on Monday and she apologized and gave me towels and said she'd have it done the next day. The next day the same issue but when I went to the front desk she said they didn't do that. If I had been told that during check iin, it would actually have been fine as I would not have thrown my towels on the floor. They finally cleaned the room Wednesday and Thursday. I also ran into someone on the elevator that was complaining about the same thing but they were not told there was no longer that service either . I was able to get on to the internet the first 2 days but on the 3rd was not able. When I called the help desk, he was rude and I actually had to go to my office at 7 at night to complete my work If all of this wasn't enough, I was charged over $800 when I have a receipt showing 549 so I have to fight this. I'll be staying a week every 6 weeks for work, but will not be staying at the Crown Plaza. I actually had an extended stay suite for 2 months 10 years ago and loved it. It's really gone down.

The front desk staff at night and in the morning were wonderful. The guy working the bar/food in the evening could not be bothered. "Technically, the kitchen is open. I guess we could get an order in for you." Luckily, he had time to gossip with the two ladies sitting at the bar.

Close to my daughter's house. Food service needs improvements. I ordered a dinner with one type of pasta and received a different type because they had run out. Coffee for breakfast is not with the food and you need to go out of your way to get it and then get your food. Not convenient.

Beautiful community, first time in this area, loved it. The hotel and room were very clean. Some of the furnishings were a little older, but all very functional. We ate at the restaurant for convenience. It was good, not great, but the server was very friendly.
