Breakfast was good. Coffee never ran out, and there were enough options to choose from. Very clean dining area. TV a bit loud. Well located, plenty of parking. Room very clean and comfortable. HVAC worked great, quiet.

Love the renovations - everything was excellent. Staff is above par and very helpful Pool, Hot Tub and Work out rooms exceptional. Breakfast was plentiful and server was very polite and attentive. We love this hote.

We chose this location because of the swimming pool and hot tub. We were very upset that they were not available. No where were we notified it was closed until we checked in. Very poor communication

Convenient for my visit to the area, late check-in, enough parking, friendly and helpful staff.

I booked through hotels.com app. Was not made aware that the hotel was under construction. There was so much dust that aggravated my allergies, made me sick. I booked this hotel planning to workout out, and the workout room was also under construction.

We liked the pool

It was OK, but not great. They were doing renovations everywhere pool andthe exercise room. we’re closed. There was a serious lack of workers at the facility Had no tissues in the room, so called down for some the first evening and was told we had to come down to get them because she was working all alone. There was no housekeeping there was no one there that could bring up tissues. The rooms were clean, although the beds were poor, very soft and worn the hallways however, looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in days For a Hilton owned and run facility this was not the high-quality we are used to

The hotel was fine and the breakfast was great and the staff on all levels was wonderful. The only reason we deducted a star was there was serious construction on the main floor that we weren’t alerted of so we were walking through a construction site to and from our rooms and the pool. Also, the heater in the hot tub was broken. However, the rooms were great and the staff was very thoughtful and efficient. There’s also a Ruby Tuedays next door that made for a good dinner option.

The hotel was fine, but under refurbishment, that made the stay a little noisy.

Stayed here many times. Always clean. Friendly staff. Nice facilities. Decent hot breakfast. Close to shopping and restaurants. My go-to place to stay for the area.

The staff were welcoming. The room was very clean and well set up. The beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was the shower had less water pressure than I'm used to. Breakfast was good, hot, and nutritious, with some variations each day. Highly recommend!!

Desk managers were very nice and helpful. Hotel and room were clean. Issue was that despite a request, we did not receive housekeeping services. Also, microwave did not work. Would have been helpful to have some area information in the room as well.

Room was clean and they had a great contential breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room had somewhat of an odor to it, almost like a wet dog smell, it was slight but we sprayed a room deodorizer and it was okay then.

Water leaking on our floor hall carpet and bedroom carpet were wet

Brand new remodeled room, immaculately clean, good amenities, friendly staff. Free coffee in the lobby was my favorite amenity. Only possible negative is traffic noise from the highway on the end of the hotel nearest the road if you’re a light sleeper.

No frills about this hotel. On the older side but overall it was well kept. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Bed was a bit on the firm side. Sheets were not the best.

Like this hotel overall, especially how quiet and clean. Front desk staff are extra nice! But quality/comfort of beds seems to be dropping. We’ve stayed here often but the room comfort needs to improve. Bed was creaky, just needs some upgrades probably.

The rooms were recently renovated. The room I stayed in was one of the new rooms. I wished the beds did not have vinyl covers over the matress. It makes for an uncomfortable sleep.

I usually love the beds at Hampton Inn's, always getting a good night's sleep. But not at this location. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. It was so hard and uncomfortable, I nor my husband got much sleep as we could not get comfortable or stay in any one position too long because hips, back, etc would start to ache. We had a Funeral to attend on Saturday morning. Worked all day Friday and drove 3 hours after work to PA. We were both pretty tired and should have easily fallen asleep. Nope, wasn't happening. So needless to say, we were pretty tired and sore on Saturday. We had to make the 3 hour drive home after the funeral. It was a long 3 hours. Couldn't wait to sleep in my own bed Saturday night. I never write bad reviews because I think all in all, most of the places we stay at when we travel are pretty nice. I guess I have a certain expectation when it comes to staying at a Hampton Inn and that really hard, uncomfortable bed was not what I have come to expect from a Hampton Inn. And I guess that fact that the cost of almost $200 for a 1 night stay when I could have picked other's that were cheaper and may have gotten a better night's sleep with no body aches next day, just really isnt sitting very well with me. Again, I'm not one to make a fuss, Life is too short to unhappy when things don't go the way we think they should. I work hard for my money and when I'm going to spend almost $200 for 1 night in a hotel, I want to feel it was worth it.

Clean but dated. The facility is showing its age. Shower was noisy and hard to adjust. Price seemed high but it's the only place around.

In spite of First Floor Renovations. Service was maintained to be top quality. Room was clean, private and well supplied towels and toiletries. Excellent Hot Breakfast in Training/Conference Room. Thank you.

We were not informed of the renovations taking place at the hotel, at any time. The first morning drilling began right under our room, exceptionally loud! I called down to front desk, they just kept saying they’re sorry, did not offer any solutions. We were told that since we booked through a “third party” that we would not be refunded when we went straight down to the check in desk, and checked out. So we ended up having to pay for a night that we did not stay. The renovations are going on 7 days a week fro 8:30am to 6pm.

Front desk was very accommodating and let us check in early because of the impending snow storm!

Was given a handicapped room upon arrival and also a shower seat for my disabled mother. Front desk was very accommodating!

No one was at the front desk when we got here to check us in. We had to walk around knocking on doors trying to find someone. Probably 15 or 20 minutes later. We finally found someone unacceptable.

Not enough front desk help in the evenings. I asked for down pillows and towels and instead of being brought up to me I had to go downstairs and bring them up in a giant black heavy trash bag! I didn’t get any pillow cases and none of them were down. You have a handicap guy doing all the work and he can hardly get around! It’s really not cool to him or the people that stay there who need help. He was working very hard and is extremely kind!! You need more staff in the evenings!

The property was clean and the staff friendly! The location off the interstate was great.

I liked the conveninence of the Ruby Tuesday being next door - walkable. I enjoyed seeing the birds outside dsuring breakfasst.

Everyone was very pleasant and the room was nice. Walking distance to good food.

The only thing lacking is a directional sign or when turning ointol Wolf Road ... do you turn before or after Home Depot, Cracker Barrel, etc.? Need a sign!

Accommodations were great, very clean, and the continental breakfast was amazing. I will stay here again when I'm in the area.

My first stay at Hamptons.. room was small.. Just one bar soap for a family of 5.. Breakfast staff was rushing everyone through to close.. not worth the cost..

The room stay was nice but the breakfast in the morning was sub par, A number of the hot food items were luke- warm and the bananas were so green that they were not edible.

Good breakfast

The breakfast was fantastic! So many options to choose from and great hours 6-10! The entire hotel is very clean. The staff was excellent. There is also a restaurant next to the hotel for other dining options. I will stay here again!
