We had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The host was quick to welcome us and give us clear, easy instructions for the home. The house was enormous and perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the game room, well equipped kitchen, and multiple bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again!!

My family and I stayed in this home for four nights while in the Denver area. The home is beautiful and had all of the room we needed for the 5 adults. I work remotely, so was able to utilize the desk in the master without disturbing the rest of the family. We had a blast using the beautiful deck, game room, and theater room. The house’s location is rxcellent with close proximity to the airport, city, and country. Barry was an excellent host, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Look no further!! This is the best place to stay with your family and kids!! I looked at so many properties for our family vacation this year and this is the one I chose!! Loved all the separate areas where you can go relax. The basement was so much fun to hang out in, will keep the kids entertained for hours. The host, Barry, was so nice and answered all my many questions in a flash. Very clean and had everything you could need. And it is centrally located so you can easily get to places. We did the Denver Zoo, Red Rock Amphitheater, Rocky Mountains, Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods.

Owner Barry communicated well with us during our stay. Clean and simple home, in a quiet neighborhood. After long days of sightseeing, it was nice to be come back and have plenty of room for our 22 yo and 17 yo to have their own space or hang out in the theatre or game room together. Great property would definitely book again. Property was well located for travel to Denver or surrounding area. House would work well for either a family or friends traveling together. The downstairs bedroom can be treated like a second primary. While we did not use it, there is a nice back deck that can be used to gathered. This is a very quiet neighborhood. This is a split level property so there are stairs to access each level but they were not an issue for us.

House was as advertised. Clean and big enough to accommodate our large party. Neighborhood felt safe and is in a great location. We enjoyed nightly walks to the various parks that are around. Love how close the property is to Southlands shopping center. Enjoyed sitting on the back deck at night and early mornings. If ever in Denver again would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with friends while hiking and visiting Red Rocks. We really only used the house for sleeping and showering. It gets the job done. Clean, safe and quiet neighborhood, close to Aurora/Centennial shopping and food. One thing that could be better: Put more towels in the bathrooms.

Great property would definitely book again. Property was well located for travel to Denver or surrounding area. House would work well for either a family or friends traveling together. The downstairs bedroom can be treated like a second primary. While we did not use it, there is a nice back deck that can be used to gathered. This is a very quiet neighborhood. This is a split level property so there are stairs to access each level but they were not an issue for us.

The property definitely met and even exceeded our expectations. The game room was great as all the kids in our party were able to hang out down there and play games and watch TV. The location was very clean and had all the amenities listed in the listing. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet with a nearby green trail for walking or running. Great property, would stay there again!

I traveled with my daughter and her family. I loved that there were enough bedrooms for everyone and 3 levels of space that we never felt crowded. Barry was an exceptional host. The property was centrally located to all our activities (Denver Zoo, Garden of the Gods, Rocky Mountain National Park and Silverthorne) making day trips easy. The kids liked the gameroom and theatre. My daughter and I liked the washer, dryer and dish washer. It made it easy to move from day to day effortlessly. We will reserve this property when we come to Colorado again!
