The young man at the desk was helpful, however I had to ask for clarifying statements when shown a map of the property. He knows the layout but needs to be aware that new folks need longer to process the quickly dispensed information he spells out to new people. I also had to return to the desk due to an inoperative room ‘key’. Was given a second which worked. The in-room phone was disconnected. Carpet had stains. Air conditioning was good. Shower worked well. Property had a great restaurant. Thanks.

This is one of the few hotels I have seen that have smoking rooms still. We asked for non-smoking, but because it was sandwiches between 2 smoking rooms it smelled terrible. They did move us, but we had to change room types. The new room smelled old and stale, carpet was old and stained and the bathroom fan sounded like it was about shoot out of the ceiling. The one good thing was the bed was pretty comfortable. Wouldn't recommend staying here until they upgrade their rooms.
