A fantastic hotel very close to Sapporo station and multiple convenience stores for your needs. Very clean, modern, polite and friendly staff that make your stay nice and comfortable. The bath areas are a nice touch, hopefully in future the tattoo policy in bathing area is revised, its 2025 and lots of tourists have tattoos. Helpful having a washer/drier, but it would be really great if they could get a few more machines as there is only one in the mens and one in the womens, at times there was a queue of 3 people wanting to use the machine and a wash/dry cycle takes 2 hours (also leaves the clothes damp so be prepared to hang them after in your room) Rooms are fairly compact as usual in japanese hotels. I wasnt able to figure out a way to stream to the tv in the room or use netflix, but not a big problem.

Great location close to Sapporo train station & subway stations. Roomy comfortable rooms. Only complaint is the property only has one washer/dryer in each of the men’s/women’s bathing areas for the entire hotel. If washer/dryer isn’t a high priority for you then this hotel will be great. Also close to the pick up areas for the buses going to the different ski resorts.

Great property. Clean, well maintained, great service, conveniently located. The only issue I experienced is the wait for an elevator. It can be 10 to 15 minutes long, depending on the time of day. I have no issues with taking the stairs, however, when I asked the staff for it, they pointed to the elevator as the only wait out, which to me seems strange.

部屋は広々として快適。大浴場はこじんまりしていたものの、十分に疲れを取ることができた。宿泊者専用ラウンジも入浴後に癒された。ベッドも大きく、よく寝ることができた。朝食も種類が豊富で楽しむことができた。

預先向酒店查詢能否在入住前兩天先寄存行李，很快收到允許的回覆。然後在入住當天得知行李也預先送到房間裏，這真的意想不到的收穫！也可以借到餐具可以在房間開餐。唯一不便就是大浴場開放時間只是到翌日的9點，如果第二天想泡湯就要早一點起床。

館内はとても清潔で安心感がありました。不満としては、コインランドリーが大浴場内に一つしかない点です。大浴場の開いている時間しか使えないですし、一つしかないのでなかなか使えなくストレスでした。その他に関しては満足しており、また行きたいと思えるホテルでした。

札幌駅近くで、札幌観光の拠点としての立地は最高。全体的におしゃれな雰囲気で、ゆっくりとくつろぐことが出来ます。大浴場が若干狭かったのと、１階２階の共用スペースのトイレが少なかった。

Staff assisted parking, 1500 yen for the whole day parking (unlimited in and out). Clean and comfortable room. Water, teabags, towels will be refilled everyday (placed outside your room) even you didn’t request, which is considerate. We had a pleasant time staying in this hotel!

Everything was ok, except the bath. It was the most dirty pool of water I have experienced in Japan so far. Oil are floating on the surface, with easily visible hairs…. I saw exactly same condition on the second night, made me wonder if the hotel even clean it daily.

大浴場が15：00～翌09：00まであいているので、混雑している時間を避けて行けるのはとてもよかったです。疲れている時はお部屋のバスタブにも入りたくなりますが、シャワーカーテンなのか、生乾き臭がするし、チェックインからチェックアウトする最後までお風呂の壁と天井に髪の毛が張り付いており、気持ちが悪くて入れませんでした。気が付かないのが不思議です。そういう事もあって大浴場は助かりました。早い時間は混んでいたり、ランドリー待ちの方がいらしたので、毎夜遅い時間にはいりましたが、さすがにどなたもいらっしゃらず快適でした。

離JR站不遠，交通方便。備用床單（應該是）用塑膠袋包一包堆在床底下，有點奇怪。第一天看到以為是雜物垃圾沒丟，後來幾天看它都還在，應該就是故意放那邊，但並沒有堆整齊，怪怪的。第一天房務清潔沒做好，洗手乳收走了沒補充，浴缸毛髮阻斷塞拿起來沒裝回去。不過通知櫃檯後飯店人員馬上來房間了解狀況、也再拿一罐洗手乳給我們了，算是有解決問題，態度也很誠懇，這可以。

전체적으로 여러모로 훌륭한 호텔. 위치는 삿포로역에서 5분도 채 안걸리고 제일번화가라고 하는 스스키노까지도 15분정도로 위치면에서 정말 최고.매일 방정리 서비스와 매우 분비지만 이용할수 있는 대욕장에 간단한 무료 다과를 즐길수 있었던 거 또한 좋았고 호텔 리셉션이나 호텔관계자분들도 친절하고 전문적이었음. 단 우리방만 그런건지 모르겠지만 화장실에서 찌든 담배냄새랑 어디에서 올라오는? 스며있는지?모르겠는 걸레+하수구냄새가 심하게 나서 화장실 이용할때마다 불쾌하고 불편했음.

Our room with queen size bed was a little small and window faced inside with no view. My children's room with twin beds are a lot better, bigger and have a view of the city. Hotel is a short stroll from Sapporo station where you can find variety of reasonable restaurants and Daimaru, where you can get excellent fruits.

Excellent stay with a perfect staff. I thought I had lost my passport on the first day of the trip and the staff went above and beyond to try to help me (calling the police, restaurant, building I went on) The hotel is close to Sapporo main train station and a walking distance from Sapporo’s main attractions.

Have been making bookings with Expedia with my preferred first and last name. when checked in at Mitsui Garden West Hotel Sapporo, my booking was rejected as the reception insist of having my full name as in my passport. Tried to explain that I have been booking hotels for years with my Expedia registered name. she refused to accept and insisted I call Expedia to amend my booking to the full passport name. I had to make an overseas call back to the Expedia Office in Singapore and go through the entire process of explaining and waiting amendment to complete. While the hotel staff played a part in this negative encounter, why did Expedia not forewarn customers that there is such a requirement in the country we are booking the hotel, easing the inconveniences as well as the expensive overseas telephone calls. I await response form Expedia on this matter.

Check-in process was the worse ever I had stayed in any hotel in my entire life. Considering that the Japanese has been known for their service, my experience was far from it. The hotel counter staff insisted that I had to contact the platform that I made the reservation to change my reservation to match exactly the same way as how it is reflected in my passport. This is despite me showing other forms of identification that my name is correct and that I had paid for the room. I managed to get hold of Hotels.com on a Sunday afternoon and they had to intervene. I wasted time at the counter and was super embarrassed by the staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay there again.

L’hôtel est moderne et confortable, le personnel est très attentionné, disponible et compétent. Idéalement situé à quelques pas de la gare et des activités. Les chambres sont propres, bien agencées et tout le nécessaire est à disposition. L’hôtel offre aussi des bouteilles d’eaux renouvelées tous les jours en plus d’un lounge que nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester. J’y retournerais avec grand plaisir.

大浴場やラウンジがあります。ラウンジにはコーヒー紅茶以外にもソフトドリンクも種類が豊富です。15時から19時の間はスナックもあり、心遣いが嬉しいです。朝食は、ブュッフェで、目の前でシェフが作るクレープがあり、美味しいです。１つ１つのお食事が美味しく、丁寧に作ってあるのが分かります。建物や客室も新しく、スタッフも皆さん、親切で、二日間の滞在を満喫できました。

The hotel is in a very accessible area with very helpful staff. The breakfast quality was good even though the variety was not quite as widespread as some other hotels— though it was definitely sufficient. Mainly western style breakfast. The bathroom size was decent for a city hotel in Japan. I didn’t feel like I was touching the toilet or sink at every turn as I sometimes feel in the tiny Tokyo hotel bathrooms. Overall, very satisfied with the hotel given the price.
