Dilo Apartments

The only way to contact the management is through a sketchy WhatsApp number. The front desk will not help with anything. We got 1 set of towels and 1 trash bag for the entire 5 day stay. No way to get more. The guests in the room next to mine were extremely loud and disrespectful 2 of the nights, and even became threatening sliding notes under the adjoining door and banging on the walls. I called security over 15 times and asked to move rooms and never got a reply from the sketchy WhatsApp. Night 2 of the threatening and loud behavior it ended with a confrontation at 5 am at the door. I deserve a refund and they completely ghosted me. Insane and not okay.

location and the view

It was advertised as an apartment. It was a small hotel room poorly taken care of. Water damage painted over. Counters perling up. Shower door broke. Toilet extremely stained looked disgusting. This was very far from what was advertised. We checked out immediately and would never recommend this place.

Rooms are okay but the amenities this hotel has in South Beach is next to none of the price.

The room was horrible and 0 staff support no one came to the room at all and the receptionist were not able to assist with basic needs. There was only 1 trash bin and that was in the bathroom. The unit was not clean and there was a moldy moldewy smell. This unit looked Nothing like the pictures online I feel as though we were cheated.
