Amazing property with 3 pools and beach access. Restaurant also on property which overlooks the ocean. There is also a spa on property. Hotel was clean and quiet. Perfect stay in miami if you prefer a quiet relaxing vacation. I highly recommended this hotel. It has it all!

Beautiful iconic Miami Beach hotel. Our room (351) had a walk out balcony the size of a small house and overlooked the pools and the beach. Beautiful wicker chairs and cushions. It could probably fit 85-100 people. Nice eating options and a wonderful staff at the beach. Be prepared for daily resort fees ($45), parking ($60), and beach umbrellas ($39). Out only complaint was that we had no housekeeping for the 2 nights we were there.

Outrageous that in addition to the resort fee of USD 45 which is meant to cover beach services (per their disclaimer) they also charge extra USD 30 for each beach umbrella per day. Effectively the resort fee for three people becomes USD 105 per day. Outrageous. The pools were so overcrowded that the water in biggest one wasn’t even transparent in the early afternoon because of all the sunscreen and sweat in the water. Unpleasant. Food options are ok. Ocean social is way too hot during the day, not enough vents. Didn’t feel clean, so we had to go to nearby hotels for lunch. Breakfast is fine in terms of food quality.

They charge the use of beach umbrella $35.00 per day. Even though you pay for hotel stay, they charge you for the use of the BEACH and POOL. We stayed for 5 days. We got a bill for 375.00 extra at check out for beach and pool usage. We went to the pool once. 👎👎 Do Not Recommend

Everything is changed and even water. Not sure why we have refrigerator which we can’t use for anything for own stuff. No option for self parking and vallet parking is very costly $70 plus service fee and taxes. We need to add tip as well. Beach chairs are also need to be paid

Pool was a pretty cloudy. Made us not want to get in it. Also, when we got there, 2 of the 3 elevators were out of service. This created a long line just to get up to our room. Finally, the carpet in our room had a little bit of a bad smell to it. The room needed a little bit of a refresh.

Average for the price. At check in, no one explained anything about anything. At all. They just explained the deposit, and the resort fee. Nothing regards the spa, the gym, or even the check out. I mean nothing really. We had to walk around and find out ourselves. They advertise 4 pools but 1 is part of the nobu hotel so you can’t use it (the only adults only pool) so yeah. Also, you might get the chairs at the private beach for free, but you have to pay $35 per day for the umbrella if you want one. Location, the bed and the nobu restaurant were the highlights. Would I pay such big amount to stay there again tho? No.

WiFi was unstable and wouldn’t not connect consistently. When we went to the beach I was told I only get two chairs but if we wanted an umbrella it would be $30. There was a cockroach in our room which caused us to have to launder 6 items of clothing and a blanket, which was over $200. The hotel didn’t want to refund us the bill even though they caused the issue by putting us in a room with bugs. I was disgusted beyond measure and will never return here.

Do not go in this Hotel….Poor Service and Very, Very Dirty…my worst experience in Miami 😡😡 I spent 3 nights for business and the first morning I found in the shower some hair, Toilet was not clean, bed sheet not clean, sand in the carpet…so I ask to the staff, to the front office manager, manager, supervisor to come and see with me but they never came with me in my room to control…they were very busy…the day after same problem I took some pictures to show them how dirty the room was and they answered to me we will do an investigation….do not loose time and money in this place cleanliness and customer service are not their priorities…

Pretty decent. Cleaning of rooms were later around 430 everyday which was odd bc we’d never have towels.. also no trash can in the room. Also no ice machines that staff could direct us to, we had to get ice from the bar.

Multiple calls for different requests were not fully addressed, and simple items like a towel took over 40 minutes to be delivered to the room. They gave us the wrong room from the beginning, and there was mold in the shower. We asked to be moved. They said they were 95% sold out and that they will see what they can do, but they never, moved us to a different room, and they never sent anyone too clean weave, I spoke with them several times about it. It's the role our state they were 95% booked not 100% and still did not do anything for us

The property is dated but maintained well. Staff is friendly but do not go over and above to make a guests stay exceptional. We had a few concerns during our stay that did not get rectified inspite of numerous complaints - no full length mirror in the room, garbage was not removed inspite of receiving cleaning daily, not enough towels supplied for number of guests in the room.

Room was large, however it had no bureau and no mini fridge. Tv sat 1 foot off the ground on a decorative beam, which made viewing challenging. Ice bucket in the room but no ice on the floor. For a hotel in that area and cost, these issues should not exist. Staff was not outwardly friendly. Polite when spoken too, though not outgoing and inviting. Food was expensive as expected but the add gratuity to your bill. I only had food in the pool area and it was average in quality. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this was disappointing.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. We definitely got to enjoy our balcony of the ocean view. We also loved getting to pick from 3 different pools depending on the environment you wanted.

We also had 2 situations where we were charged “accidentally.” The first was for $60 at a restaurant and they fixed it promptly. The second time was for $480 and had we not checked our account, we would have never known. They did take care of this after we notified the front desk.

Beautiful hotel. 3 pools and private beach. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of dining and drink options. In a quiet part of town on Mid beach. 15mins drive away from the crazy south beach.

It was rough roof view. My husband even asked for a better room, they said it’s already an upgraded room but then where’s the view. Also, the shower faucet was so tight that we initially thought it’s stuck and called maintenance.

The Property was beautiful but the service was terrible. We payed for early checkin but were told upon arrival that it was paid for but it wasn’t guaranteed. There was no food upon arrival at the restaurants - I have dairy allergy so ate a flatbread with tomato sauce. We asked for extra linen for our pull out couch and it took over 5hrs to receive them - my husband had to finally call again. We asked for towels and were told they were running low, our kids couldn’t get out of the pool and get dry. Took me almost 30 minutes running around to get two pool towels. We asked for pool loungers and were told to wait a few minutes - chair loungers arrived 4 hours later, 20 minutes before we had to check out. Couldn’t get any service by the pool all day for drinks or food. Only bonus was a lady by the name of Milka about 20 minutes before we had to leave was able to get us a margarita. Wish we had met her on Day 1. Disappointing service. Wouldn’t return. Especially for a $1200 a night room.

We asked for towels and were told they were running low, our kids couldn’t get out of the pool and get dry. Took me almost 30 minutes running around to get two pool towels. We asked for pool loungers and were told to wait a few minutes - chair loungers arrived 4 hours later, 20 minutes before we had to check out. Couldn’t get any service by the pool all day for drinks or food. Only bonus was a lady by the name of Milka about 20 minutes before we had to leave was able to get us a margarita. Wish we had met her on Day 1. Disappointing service. Wouldn’t return. Especially for a $1200 a night room.

I am not happy with this hotel. I paid over 500 dollars a night and I asked for an ice bucket at 5 pm. At 10 pm I am told that they are too busy to honor my request. I asked them where can I get ice and they told me that only housekeeping has access to the ice machines. I had to go all the way downstairs and complain to a manger at 1030 pm I let them know that I called numerous times throughout the evening asking for ice and I was always told they are expediting my request. This is ridiculous that a highly priced resort would treat their customer like that and be so dismissive about a simple request. I am very disappointed that I had to go to such trouble to get some ice to keep my daughters liquid antibiotics cold because this hotel doesn’t allow you to use their refrigerator nor provide you with ice. I do not recommend this place.

The rooms were nice. The amenities are nice, but we visited at a busy time of year and the property seemed understaffed. Our room wasn’t ready at check-in and it took quite a while until we could get into it. They charge for things I expected to be included, such as umbrellas and bikes. Amazing property with 3 pools and beach access. Restaurant also on property which overlooks the ocean. There is also a spa on property. Hotel was clean and quiet. Perfect stay in miami if you prefer a quiet relaxing vacation. I highly recommended this hotel. It has it all!

The staff was fantastic; they clearly like working at this hotel. Everything was very convenient and it was easy to move from one pool to the next and to the beach. The property is well maintained and very clean. Miami beach shops are a 10 minute walk.

Eden Roc was the best of all things while saying in Miami Beach. The location was PERFECT! Being between South & Mid Beach was so perfect as it is away from the loudness & busyness of South Beach, but close enough where it was just a 15 mins Uber to all the action. The pools are beautiful and the beach is stunning. The fact that they have staff at the pools AND the beach was top notch. The rooms were modern & clean...and stocked with Molton Brown. The staff were professional and friendly...we never went without anything. Ocean Social (the onsite restaurant has the most beautiful location and has excellent food. Cafe Inez (also onsite) has excellent coffee & good ready to go food. I will for sure stay at Eden Roc again...over and over...and will recommend to those visiting Miami Beach. *N.B. I was there Jan. 2 to Jan. 6th...just a heads up, with the sun being lower and days being shorter...you don't get a lot of sun at the pools...but you get as much sun as you want on the beach!

Overall great experience! Eden Roc’s customer service was excellent, our double bedroom was spacious and clean, our ocean view was beautiful and the food was delicious. Also, they accommodated our late check out request. Oh and I loved the rotating spray tan booth! I would def stay here again but there’s only one thing that bothered me. The drinks are too expensive, $9 for a Coke, smh.

Hotel was nice, okay for a family with younger children. Pools are good and beach access easy and convenient literally on the back of the pool area. Room was good, comfy beds good shower. Park the car in the car park next to the hotel $20 for 24 hours, considerably cheaper than valet parking. Had evening meal in the Ocean Social restaurant, nice setting on the beach front. Limited menu but food not bad. Don’t expect anything to be cheap!! A 22% service charge is added to all food/drinks etc, even ice cream!! At $9 a scoop it’s pricy then add the service charge!!

We stayed for 5 days and I did not see one pool attendant. To have to be in the pool and avoid human hair whilst swimming wasn’t a nice feeling. For a luxury hotel. I do not expect to experience that.

My stay at Eden roc was really nice, my kids loved the 3 pools and the easy access to the beach was really good. Room was nice and clean. I wasn’t happy that you can not use the fridge in the room because is full of drinks that get charge on consumption , so you can storage anything, other then that was a really good experience, staff was really nice, kind and always available to help.
