Its inconvenient that 6 floors has to share 1 microwave in the main lobby.

They're still advertising a pool there is no pool in the the front of the motel was very overgrown

Heater was very loud in room. Elevator didn't work well! 6th floor was not heated, very cold!

Papers blowing around outside, all ice machines were broken, had to ask for a second bath towel (they understood there were 2 adults in this room, black mold poking through the bathroom ceiling. Never to return.

There was no microwave in the room, and ALL of the ice machines were out of order; that alone was a huge disappointment. The room itself, though, was pretty nice. Also, just as a matter of hospitality professionalism, the 3rd floor hallway carpet was absolutely FILTHY.

Not much to eat around the area unless you drive about 5 min. Pool isn’t operational Property could use a major renovation it’s dated Other then that it’s pretty much cool.

There was music that went on in the early hours of the morning, It did not stop whatsoever. It was the same music over and over, almost as though it was piped in. The curtains were broken and falling apart, could not close them at the top. There were minimal towels and there were holes in the bathroom ceiling. There was not a hairdryer in the room. The room was very dated and the hotel seemed to be neglected and abandoned. The street was torn up, as well as the parking lot. The location was perfect for us.

There was not a microwave in the room or a coffee pot, the ONLY microwave was in the lobby and it was disgusting it looked like it has never been cleaned. I had an ironing board but no iron. No breakfast either, at least some donuts would of been nice? For the price something's need to change. Room was clean. Entrance looks magnificent but the lack of things in the rooms needs to change especially a microwave.

Bedbugs

Room not in good condition. Only plus was the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom needs updated and found 2 roaches in the room. Hotel definitely changed over the years after ownership change.

If i could give it no stars i would. Please only stay here as a last resort. This place is dirty. There were stains and hairs on the pillow cases. Big dark stain on the top cover. Gross! And the mirrors were filty and the bathroom has dirt streaks and holes in the walls. Nasty.

Absolutely disgusting! It was so gross. I left a half hour later. It was not clean, and there were ginormous burn holes through the carpet, mold on the ceiling, it smelled horrific, it was dirty in every inch of the room and honestly, I almost threw up! So needless to say, I checked in and then checked out 30 minutes later

When we tried to check in, no attendant was at the front. We called and waited for over 25 mins before she returned from wherever she was. The hotel is very run down and doesn’t seem to be maintained or cleaned professionally. Our room was filthy; dirty floors, vents, stained walls and mattress. Bathroom toilet didn’t appear to be cleaned at all. We tried to book another hotel nearby but unfortunately nothing was available. It was disgusting.

Proximity to highway was very convenient; the hole in the pillow was strange, the mold in the shower was sneeze-worthy, and the general feel of the interior was damp - besides feeling like a Halfway House if you left the room for any reason.

This was the dirtiest hotel stay that I have ever had. All mirrors had fingerprints all over them. Hair pins in drawers. Crumbs in other drawers. Dirt film on side of tub. Ice bucket has dried red sauce layered on bottom and inside. Bathroom door dirty with fingerprints. Carpet crumbs and debris. Next to bed behind and on side of bed side table crumbs paper/ so disgusting. Towel had hair imbedded in it. I took towel to front desk to get new towel. Reported filth to front desk who said he’d send someone up to clean room. Never happened. I do not recommend this hotel

If you are a solo traveler or couple without children, a single night stay would be ok. However it’s not a place to bring kids. The lobby, elevators and stairwells reek of weed. We had bedbugs in the room. The night guy at reception was a highlight though - he arranged a new room for us that was bedbug free, without any hassle. We were also impressed by his ability to fix the vending machine without taking his eyes off the cricket for even a second. You sir are a legend

This is an old hotel outside of Cleveland that is cheap as a result of its location and not being kept up. The rooms are old and it shows. The bathroom was where that was most apparent - it wasn't dirty but it looked like it. Beds were fine and rooms were clean. I had two issues. There was essentially no curtain on the window (it was like single-ply toilet paper - it blocked no light and could be seen through). The wifi only worked in the lobby even though our room was only four rooms down the hall from the lobby. I chose this hotel for the price so I guess I got what I paid for but don't think that these two issues should exist.

Extremely long hallways very far from an elevator. No breakfast. No grab bars in shower. Toilet seat was loose. Bathroom had 50-year-old fixtures. Room had only 2 lumpy pillows. No microwave or coffee maker. Only 1 tiny trashcan. Cable TV was only basic and many of the movie channels had no signal. Carpet had melted holes & scorch marks. Drapes couldn't be closed to keep out the light. Recliner was very uncomfortable. Hallway carpet smelled like mold & weed. Housekeeper who couldn't understand English would not give me a Do Not Disturb sign.

Room is spacious and comfortable and clean, new carpet, big mirrors and new lounge chair and computer desk. We loved our 6 nights stay here. Very good rates for this area :)

Thank God we brought our own sheets! air conditioner did not work. Bathtub/shower was dirty.

Air conditioner didn't work, but I was too tired to report it. And fortunately it wasn't that hot out. Had we been there a couple of days earlier when there was a heat wave, it would have been a big problem. The room also had a slight dingy smell. The whole building was very austere.

This place has a lot of potential but management didn't really seem to care to listen to my concerns so now I have to publicly voice my opinion...When you 1st walk in it's a 50/50 chance that someone at the front desk will even be there to check you in. Not sure what they are doing but I think they leave the front desk unattended for long periods of time because they are cleaning rooms and renovating them. Which leads me to me to my next issue severely understaff in the housekeeping department which is why some rooms are rushed thru and halfway done. The worst thing about this place was the rooms don't have microwaves in them You have to get on the elevator to go down to the lobby and use the 1 in the lobby. Yes! 6 FLOORS in this hotel has to Share a microwave in the lobby thats probably not gonna be clean. It says there is an Ice machine on the 3rd floor but it's not it's nothing there. If you plan on staying an Extended period of time (1 Week or more) you have to ask multiple times to have your room serviced or it won't even tho I did see my room on the list to be serviced it wasn't done when they did come it was 2 days later. The housekeepers don't really clean thoroughly

Staff was amazing! We had to leave a day early and they refunded us our money for the night we didnt stay. Highly impressed by that cause most hotels would not if done that. So thank you so much

I’ve been here for over a month and one constant is having to ask for my room to be cleaned for 4 days in a row before it’s done. Every time. It doesn’t matter if I ask the front desk or speak directly to a housekeeper.

The first room, the key didn’t work so they changed my room. I told them that I’d been up since 4am and wanted to sleep. I got to this room and the room looked decent till I went to the bathroom. Gross was my first thought! Stains on the wall. Dripping water. Dirt ring in the tub. Hair and residue behind the toilet seat. I called to the front desk and the gentleman was so rude. He didn’t apologize, just offered to move me to the prior room.

Lobby is welcoming but rooms are in a sad state. Good area but parking can be tricky.

It was close to the Highway..

Parking lot was run-down and next to an abandoned building. Area as a whole felt very unsafe. Management obviously felt the same way given the thick glass barrier in the lobby separating the customers from the attendant. Hotel and room reeked of marijuana and tobacco. Mini fridge did not work in the room did not work.

Access to the freeway was convenient in all directions and availability of restaurants and stores was good Young kids kept it a little noisy at times but other than that it was a good visit I would definitely stay again

The property did not match what was pictured on the internet. The lobby was empty with the desk behind a bullet proof window. The only staff member spoke to us through a speaker. Honestly, I couldn’t sleep, thinking that I was in danger. The room was dirty; shelf ripped off the bathroom wall and tossed under the sink; carpet had not been vacuumed in a while. We were exhausted after a long drive, but should have driven on and skipped this overnight.

The location is smooth with a good urban / woods feel and plus the super quick access to the freeway.

Had to find it at the last minute, very quiet area quite a few things around if you like exploring

Place has a full plexiglass shield at checkin. Sketchey neighborhood. Maybe an old casino. Smoke smell everywhere. Not recommended.

The rooms were nice size and clean. It would have been nice to have some coffee availibe somewhere, either a small coffee pot in the room or somewhere in the lobbie.

Good price, room was pretty good, no in-room coffee and no breakfast.

We have stayed here for a few times now. And we like it a lot. The rooms are clean, the staff is always kind, and helpful. We even like the location because there are some stores around if you like to have snacks, something to drink besides water. They do have vending machines that are well priced.

I've stay there twice. Both times they were friendly. But this a place you really are jus looking to sleep. Ain't nothing special bout it. Affordable but none else. They could use some furniture in lobby tho maybe some coffee or water.

Staff were good, there is always someone at the front desk, I checked in late at 2:00AM The rooms, hallway, elevators smelled smoke. They don’t have microwave in the room, and no Coffee or breakfast in the morning.
