Stayed 5 nights

I will give the staff the credit I did request a move during my stay and they were accommodating. I however plugged in my charger the next day was almost electrocuted and that was never addressed. My stuff was stolen by the staff also n ver addressed. Some people have different rules than others and to my knowledge a staff member was sleeping with a tenant. Fights constantly or some sort of drama but it's an ok place to just pass through.

I stayed here for just one night and it was a nightmare. At 5 AM people in the room were loudly talking, laughing, and moving around like it was the middle of the day. The beds are so cheap that every single movement makes the entire bed shake — my neighbor was turning over every few minutes and the whole frame was creaking and vibrating. On top of that, the constant farting and loud snoring made it completely impossible to sleep. I was already extremely anxious and exhausted, but I didn’t get even one hour of sleep the entire night. This is not a place for people who need rest. It’s just loud, inconsiderate chaos

Was not able to check in. No one returned my calls. Straight to voicemail. Showed up on property ringing door bells. Owner of Electric vehicle parked in the driveway charging didn't come to the door. A few minutes later as I was walking around the property they were seen leaving in the vehicle and did not stop for me to inquire about my reservation. Stay in Venice instead.
