We have stayed at the Belvedere Hotel for years. The staff is very professional and welcoming. We appreciate the room renovations that have been going on. The location is very convenient to public transportation, Times Square, Broadway Theatres, and excellent restaurants , etc. And yet it is quiet on this section of W 48th St.

Check-in was awkward, as I was given the key to a bedroom that was still occupied. Staff was generally very helpful, with a special mention to the lady who kept my room clean. Wi-Fi is exceptional, breakfast is not. There is no coffee machine in the room. The building is starting to show its age, but is conveniently located for business travelers. I will probably book again.
