Great location close to 96th street subway which took about 10 minutes to midtown. Plenty of shops for food and supplies, and street vendors close by-along Broadway, Central Park was only a few blocks away. The hotel was clean and relativly tidy maybe a little dated but still worth it and the bronze room, whilst a little small, was more than adequate.

My favorite hotel to stay in NYC. It's interesting middle of everything, everything you need is in walking distance, Central Park is a 10 minute walk away. The 1,2,3 train 🚆 is right outside the door. ILuv this hotel!

Second time staying here. Nice location very close to Subway. Hotel is by no means the plaza but good for the price. Rooms are large and have private bathrooms. Air conditioning and TV are nice and work well. It never did find the ice maker even though there was an ice bucket in my room. Could not call front desk because the phones were not working. Small coffee maker available in the room. Would be nice to have a small fridge and or microwave. Fine stay will likely say again. Walkable to helpful stores like Duane reade. On street parking available.
