We had an incredible weekend staying here while watching our son play baseball at EKU and enjoying the Millstone Festival. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the festival, with plenty of nearby shops and all types of places to eat, from hometown to pub style, to upscale. The accommodations were fantastic, with everything we needed and more. The bed was super comfortable, and the patio was a highlight, with beautiful lighting and flowers that created a lovely atmosphere. The entire check-in process was easy, and parking was a breeze. We truly felt like we could live there! A++ all around. It was the perfect stay!

This property was so beautiful and yet so comfy! It had everything we needed for our stay, and was very clean and very quiet. Our dog was able to burn off some energy running up and down the hall! Also, the back outdoor space was beautifully maintained and landscaped. We felt like we were at a resort. We’d love to stay here again.

I really loved this property. It was extremely spacious for the price, everything was a beautiful mix of original decor, like wood floors, but with all the modern amenities and updates of a new apartment. I loved the wine cooler! The gas fireplace was also great at night while I watched TV. The bed was quite comfortable! All in all, it was a perfect stay.

We had a unit along with my brother and sister in law for a visit with our niece who Is studying at EKU. We also took in a bit of the bourbon trail. Your property did not disappoint! Lovely wood floors, modern brightly lit bathroom, inviting gas fireplace. Lots of closet space. The live plants throughout were a great added touch; the whole property was clean and inviting. Enjoyed the perk of a wine cooler and coffee bar. Spacious living area A great place to stay with friends/family for privacy yet ease in hanging out together. Appreciated the large mounted tvs in both living room and bedroom. Couple of minor suggestions that would move this space toward total perfection in my book- Would have appreciated digital antennas on the TVs to watch local channels, and a small set of standing shelves between the sink and door wall would be great for hairdryer and toiletries when in use (the bathroom closet was perfect for storage). Hope we have the opportunity to stay again and would highly recommend to others! Thanks for being a big part of a great weekend!

Lovely place to stay! Consistently clean, this is the second year (technically 3rd & 4th booking!) I’ve stayed here as a mid stop during a road trip and it’s so beautiful I wish I had more time to enjoy it.

This was at least our 3rd stay this year. My daughter graduated from EKU and we have been staying here the past 3.5 years when we visit. Clean, easy check in, spacious, and comfortable. Andrew let me know I left my coat behind, and got it back to me. Thanks so much!!!

We would recommend this property to anyone looking in this area. It is so tastefully decorated. The owner combined historic charm with modern conveniences. The lighting is especially beautiful. Live plants throughout made it very welcoming. My husband remarked multiple times on the cleanliness of the entire property. We appreciated that! It was an excellent experience.

We have stayed in one of Andrew’s apartments before and were very happy, so we were thrilled to find that there was an apartment available for the night. No plug for bath tub, TV in living room wouldn't work, no internet access, No telephone # to call, half of outlets in bedroom didn't work. There isn't a lot to do or see within walking distance of apartment. Nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Nice place - good for overnight and go to Irish Pub or longer if have doings at college

Other than the stairs to climb and a little further than walking distance unless you are young and in shape. The place itself was like out of a Home and Garden Magazine. The bed was like sleeping on a dream and loved the pillows. I would definitely send others there and if we were back in the area, I would request one of the lower floor apartments.

Andrew was very good with his communication, however i was stuck for 24 hours in DFW airport with delayed and canceled flights. I never made it out of the airport, when i communicated this with Andrew he then informed me that he didnt receive my message in time to refund me for the 2 days. He did however refund me the cleaning fee of 35.00 since there was never anyone there to begin with. I guess that is good enough. Thanks. Have a great day

The property was beautiful. It was cold and we could not get the heaters to work. There was a gas fireplace but we could not get it to work. Tried communicating with the landlord once without reply. We wanted to check in early and were staying for 3 days. Was told it would be $10 an hour. Later told it would be waived. It was not. Main entrance lock was difficult to lock leaving the building wide open. There was a basement and back door you could go through. Went down there once and someone was in there. We just left and didn’t go back that way again.

My husband had come to the area for bourbon tours and stayed overnight. Such a cute clean place! It was within walking distance to a local brewery, Dreaming Creek which had delicious beers and we found a little Irish Pub nearby that had live music. It was a perfect little get away!

Everything was lovely- no Kleenex & could not find any placemats. Could have used a couple extra dish towels.The only negative about listing is that we didn’t realize 2nd floor.Very nice house/ unit

Very cozy and welcoming environment! Nice set up for a couple-bathroom in hallway vs IN MBR, which was ok, cut down in noice in middle of night. Walls a little thin but not too bad; could hear walking and doors opening and closing and could tell what was being cooked in other apartments (from below??)Not sure how I missed that there were stairs into ours. Not a big deal just added to ability to be quiet up and down stairs. But front stairs MUCH easier to navigate than back stairs. All in all, very nice accommodations with all the necessaries for a convenient and comfortable stay! Thank you to our hosts!

WOW!!!!absolutely as advertised. clean, comfortable, quite, good safe parking. However next time we will ask for the first floor. The steps were hard for us old folks. Did not see or talk to the manager, but that is ok.
