Two story hotel without elevator. Hallways were dirty. Lots of deferred maintenance. Breakfast is limited, and poorly managed. We were only there for two days, and both days they ran out of breakfast items. Not that it needed refill, they ran out. Room itself was clean. And comfortable.

No elevators at all, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. Other then that the stay was pleasant, breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable!

The only negative to this well-priced, quiet place to sleep was the ice machine in my building did not work. If I wasn’t so tired, I could’ve walked to the other building, but you should invest in a second and third floor ice machine to prevent that.

We had 2 rooms booked on a friday night. We checked in and the guy behind the counter was super nice. Once we entered the rooms, we noticed it was really warm. Thought we would give it some time to cool down, so we went swimming. Pool needed a filter turned on or something as there were floaters everywhere. The guy behind the desk tried to fix our A/Cs. My room was ok, but the other room was still hot and muggy. So he switched rooms for that one. Later on that night, i went to use the use the phone and it was broke. I moved it to see if it was unplugged and some hardshell bugs (you know the ones) ran out. Went down to the desk and told the guy the same thing. Again, he was super nice and moved us to another room. Also, a bit out of order, but the door entering the room was broke as well. If i had to base this review off the service, i would go back. Unfortunately im baseing it off the hotel.....and i would never use that one again

The whole experience with our hotel stay was great and checked all the boxes, with one exception—not having an elevator. After a long day of driving across the country, coupled with a girlfriend who needs 3 suit cases to have all her stuff to get ready, the last thing I was expecting to have to do was carry all our stuff up a flight of stair. It being a hotel I expected an elevator instead of “motel like” stairs only!

Water took 20 minutes to get hot for showers. Floor had not been mopped in forever, extremely dirty. When we were checked in, the room we were assigned had the door open when we got to the room. Pool was not usable and was not disclosed up front. Staff was friendly in general except for one lady. We checked out and left a day early, forfeited the cost of one nights stay. We had to go somewhere else due to the conditions. We travel alot for work, ministry and personal reasons and this was one of the toughest aces we have experienced. I am typically fair in all reviews and do them often. As a previous business owner, I k ow full well the impact of reviews. I dont like gicing negative reviews. This place needs improvement in a big way.

The property is a little run down and not maintained. We arrived at night and it’s dark! 3/4 of the lights were burnt out under the awning to the building. If I had not pre booked this and just drove up to get a room I would have never come here. Staff was great. Lobby area is cute and breakfast decent. Parking lot was dimly lit and kinda far from the building with many semis blocking views. I felt unsafe parking my car there and walking to the building.

The hotel itself was okay. The breakfast was great and probably the best part. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom sink/shower was not the cleanest, there was hair left over in both. Then, in one of the drawers there was old opened food from the previous person. Bananas , old bags of chips and candy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable!

Staff was friendly; however, the two rooms I booked were in terrible condition, mattress cover was stained and filthy, floors had not been vacuumed, stains on the furniture, bathroom vent was falling out of the ceiling, refrigerator dirty, and overall appearance out-dated and dirty.

The room had dirty food in the frig, hair on the shower walls, I stayed 5 nights and only received cleaned towns once without having to request them. It took 30 mins for the hot water to heat up in my room. Would not ever stay there again.

the biggest issue is the smell of this establishment, stale old weed. It was hard to breath in the room, not much ventilation. There was a general stickiness too many surfaces. The staff was friendly. The hotel needs some updating it just felt dark and dirty.

Thé tank on toilet poured water out of lid when flushed. Nô light bulb in light in front of bathroom. Shower Tub was dirty. Spider webs in room lamp shades. This room cost me $103.00. I will never stay there again.

The staff was very nice and engaging. The room was very small, smaller than expected. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Along with something brown. You could have put 1 foot in the shower and 1 in the sink while you sit on the toilet it was suck a small bathroom.

Rooms are a tad dated, but overall not bad. We did have a problem with a circuit breaker tripping, so our bathroom had no lights until maintenance fixed it. Also the sink and shower had zero hot water the morning we were leaving. The a/c-heat was very loud, and made a clunking noise when running. We were very satisfied with the continental breakfast, as it had several choices for a good bite to eat before leaving.

Our room was situated on first floor near two doors, both of which slammed when shut - LOUDLY. It was ridiculous. Additionally, the security lock was barely attached. Beds were comfortable though, but couldn’t sleep due to people going in and out all night.

Had a king bed room. Nice size closet.Room and bathroom were very nice...spacious, well laid out, clean, quiet. Takes a little 'running' time to get hot water. Room doesn't include info such as channel guide, local restaurants or times when breakfast is available. Front desk staff helpful, easy, fast check-in. We would stay there again. available.

The hotel itself wasn’t terrible at all. It was actually the staff. The man that checked me in seemed really nice but I had some issues with privacy. Whoever the man was , he got my information from check in and called my personal cell phone and left text messages asking inappropriate questions. I had to block the number. Unfortunately, the room I was placed the window was in front of the area where the staff take their smoke breaks.. I didn’t appreciate looking out my window and seeing him in front of it. I felt unsafe. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I definitely won’t be back for that reason.

Room could use a major cleaning. A/C unit caused the atmosphere in the room to be super humid to the point that doors couldn’t close. When I tried to call the front desk, the clerk did not answer. When I went to the office, the clerk was walking outside to sit in the shade. There was no one checking in, so he wasn’t busy, he just refused to answer.

Staff was amazing!! They literally went out of their way to accommodate our day early arrival and also hooked us up with a place to park for Railbird Festival!! It was a little out dated but it was safe and quiet. Limited breakfast but overall a great stay. If I return I would definitely stay here again!

We were pleasantly surprised at kust how nice the hotel was. The staff proved to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area and provided us with some excellent recommendations! I really want to stress just how nice and friendly Josh and the rest of the staff truly were! Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable! We will be back!

We had to find a hotel after a horrible cabin experience and getting no sleep the night before. They allowed us an early check in, to be able to get a nap and salvage our day! The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was very warm and welcoming! The breakfast lady hustles!! The price to stay here was also fantastic. Thank You Again!

The breakfast area was sub par. bagels out in the open and fruit flies on EVERYTHING. I didnt even make myself a coffee due to the amount of bugs swarming the whole area. The breakfast attendant was too busy talking so loud at the checkin counter to do her job.
