Room was decent overall, but several areas needed work. The shower lever did not let most of the water go to the shower so it was a weak stream. The bed had a dip on one side, but I only needed one side of the bed as I was traveling alone on this trip. But the area was quiet and clean in Richmond and close to several restaurants. The coffee was cold but there was juice and breakfast had a waffle maker available and milk/cereal, but no butter or syrup for the waffles. There was no one around to make a fresh pot of coffee or restock anything. If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep, it checks that box but not much else.

There was no breakfast served. Coffee was cold. All at 730am. Was advertised free breakfast 6-9 am.

The bed sleet had two cigarette holes one one each side. No towels racks in the bathroom. drapes were worn with holes. Out lets on lamps didn’t work, tv stand were broken, it was leaning against the wall. Stains on bathroom ceiling. Coffee cups but on coffee maker. Had to wait over hour to checkout and they couldn't give receipt because computer was locked, they said they could email me, gave my emails still have not gotten a receit!
