The property was adequate. Breakfast was a joke. Light bulbs needed replacement, ice machines inoperable. Door to swimming pool was propped open around the clock inviting disaster if a toddler were to enter. Pillows on beds were silly. Front desk did not appear to be manned later in the evening as no one answered the bell.

This place had a picture of a hot tub and said there was a hot tub, and there was no hot tub… And it was not refundable… Not sure how nice it was because we never went… We called the front desk prior to arrival and they said they did not have a hot tub, no it wasn’t broken. It doesn’t exist.

Under construction, so a lot of things were broken or not finished. The security doors were propped open and the pool door didn't have a lock. Room was nice, but unfinished. Looking forward to trying again after construction!

All in all it wasnt a bad place. Room doors had some big gaps that looked liked they werent closed all the way. We tried several times to get into the weight room but even the staff couldnt get the door open. We reserved the King suite with hot tub but when we got there they didnt have hot tub in room.

The staff was very friendly throughout our whole stay. However, the building is showing it's age. The pool was not heated & they do not have a hot tub (even though the website shows a picture of a hot tub.) The bathroom door did not shut all the way. We reported it but maintenance never came to try to fix the door. There was no water pressure in the shower. It was like taking a shower with a garden house. And there were several outlets without a cover. We stayed 4 nights & housekeeping only provided new towels & emptied the trash once.

Booked this hotel for Indoor pool and Hot Tub (as advertised). Hot tub no longer exists (can see it was at one time) and pool was being warmed by way of a garden hose running through the hall. Payed an extra $40+ a night for the advertised hot tub. Room needs updating also. TV remote barely worked, blinds wouldn’t close fully, toilet ran constantly. I’ll never understand why you put two towels in a room built for four. To be fair none of this was raised to the staff. Don’t think it would have made much difference though. Way overpriced for what you get.

When walking in, immediately everything smelled like smoke. When in the room, there we many issues. The issues were the following: dividing wall was dirty and had stains and dirt marks, refrigerator had a tray under (probably for leaks) that prevented the door from opening, shower head had only one usable setting, looked like mold was painted over on the ceiling (stains everywhere), only one light switch in the bathroom worked (no fan and no light by the shower, only over sink), bathroom door did not latch. I will make sure to spend whatever money needed next trip I take to stay at a better hotel.

Felt like false advertising in the photos. The place was falling apart. The tub had a leak and was dripping to the point it was disgusting and we did not feel comfortable standing in there without shower shoes, or even with shower shoes. The toilet tissue holder literally fell out of the wall. There were cracks in the walls, the fridge had mold, the microwave had crusty food inside it, the toiletries were half used, they only put one bath towel and the wash cloths were strewn messily about. The bed was okay, but overall the visit was subpar. The breakfast was lacking and limited, and the coffee machine was broken in the breakfast area so it wasn't really worth us going to try and eat there.

We stayed at this hotel the weekend of February 28th, 2025. This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Not only did one of our friends find bed bugs in their room, but our room had bright red blood on the bedspread and the bathroom looked as if it had not been cleaned in months. To top it off, the staff had the audacity to bring my daughter, her friends, and their mothers cleaning supplies, a broom and dust pan, asking THEM to clean the common/dining area! I guess you’ll continue to have a filthy hotel when you expect your paying guests to double as your cleaning crew. Not only will Inever stay at this hotel again, I’ll never stay with this entire chain of hotels.

Pictures are old. This hotel if you want to call it that is old, run down, smelly and moldy. Ants by the windows and saw a roach run by on the nightstand. Cobwebs in the dirty, stained lamp shades. Dusty and hair dryer not even cleaned. Couldn’t wait to leave and can’t believe I paid for this garbage.

The breakfast was nice, but our room wasn’t in great condition. The tub had a lot of stains and the carpet was coming up by the threshold to the bathroom. Not good. Paint peeling from the walls because of mold, mold all over the bathroom, nearly the whole hotel parking is empty but somehow no vacancy — based on the condition of our room, it’s because most of the rooms were worse than ours. Wouldn’t have paid a quarter of the price.

It appeared recently remodeled, checkin was quick and friendly, room was great, very comfortable bedding. The breakfast was adequate and area clean with lots os seating, would like to see eggs and meat added, waffles were very good. Only room concern was shower curtain kept coming out because hung so high; but shower was great pressure, no fan in bathroom either so really steamy. I would stay again without a doubt, we had a king suite, highly recommend.

The room was great, however the coffee machine was out of service and the lady that checked me in was rather rude

It was a shame that this property was $100. It needs a lot of repairs, cleaning wasn’t great and there was no one available to check us in because they were watching the Super Bowl I guess?

I was really sad to find out that when we got to the hotel that they no longer have a hot tub since that is the reason I booked this specific hotel. The customer service was fantastic. I made a mistake and doubled book on Expedia for the same day and they were able to help resolved. The staff and the general manager are friendly and very helpful. They also didn't make fun of me for my lack of tech skills. The room was also clean. I am usually that person that cleans the room when I get there, but it was very nice and had a great view of the Steak and Shake. It's also located by many restaurants, gas stations, and shops. I plan on staying here again when I am in the area.

The breakfast was nice, but our room wasn’t in great condition. The tub had a lot of stains and the carpet was coming up by the threshold to the bathroom. Staff were all friendly and the property itself was quiet, but we were woken up by a lot of nose outside the hotel (traffic, sirens, garbage trucks, etc).

I enjoyed staying here with my children.This is not the first time we’ve stayed here,We enjoy it so much b/c the pool is clean and we usually have it to ourselves.And knowone complained about my noisy children playing and having fun🙂It’s in walking distance of many nice restaurants too

It appeared recently remodeled, checkin was quick and friendly, room was great, very comfortable bedding. The breakfast was adequate and area clean with lots os seating, would like to see eggs and meat added, waffles were very good. Only room concern was shower curtain kept coming out because hung so high; but shower was great pressure, no fan in bathroom either so really steamy. I would stay again without a doubt, we had a king suite, highly recommend.

We needed a quick one night stay during our road trip. This hotel was perfect. Friendly helpful staff. Room was great with comfortable beds. Plenty of room for our family of five. Breakfast was simple but because we were getting back on the road I appreciated the prepackaged items and fruit that we could grab to take with us.

Felt like false advertising in the photos. The place was falling apart. The tub had a leak and was dripping to the point it was disgusting and we did not feel comfortable standing in there without shower shoes, or even with shower shoes. The toilet tissue holder literally fell out of the wall. There were cracks in the walls, the fridge had mold, the microwave had crusty food inside it, the toiletries were half used, they only put one bath towel and the wash cloths were strewn messily about. The bed was okay, but overall the visit was subpar. The breakfast was lacking and limited, and the coffee machine was broken in the breakfast area so it wasn't really worth us going to try and eat there.

The lights were flickering. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall. There were stains on our bedspread and on the wall. There were red stains all over the mattress on the hide-a-bed. The remote for the TV wouldn't work. There was no hot breakfast and no protein so we ended up going to Panera for breakfast.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean however the property is slightly dated. A continental breakfast was served condisting of coffee, tea, juice, cereal, yogurt, fruit. Hard boiled eggs, instant hot cereals & waffles.

The hotel did not have a hot tub even though it was advertised. The hallways smelled like smoke despite being a non-smoking hotel. The complimentary breakfast was an absolute joke with very limited options (limited by even complimentary breakfast options). Insanely overpriced for the property. Strongly advise against staying here.
