I use this place frequently because its clean and has good service. A big factor of why I choose this place is the amount of parking available. My only complaint would be on my last visit, there was a lot of commercial trucks taking up most of the spots in the place. Which made it difficult to find a parking spot when i arrived late at night.

This hotel originally had an airport shuttle, but it has been suspended. It was the only reason we booked it. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom, and the local vicinity was not walkable or accessible to transportation. A very disappointing experience. Only one young man at the counter was helpful. The rest of the staff, including the manager, were rude and/or standoffish. Will not book a Comfort Inn again.

The hotel clean, quiet, and very well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom, though a little compact, has one of the best showers I’ve ever experienced. The free parking is fantastic, and the lot is brightly lit at night. Altogether a very nice experience.

I always stay at this comfort inn while visiting NYC. It’s a clean hotel with bigger rooms then hotels in Times Square, however they stopped the free shuttle to airport which was a perk to stay here . There is no smoking however we smelled marijuana down the hallway and into our room vents very strong. Breakfast is horrible, the lady who work’s breakfast was not friendly nor cared to bring out more food as the trays were empty. They also charge now to check in before 3 pm but luckily she didn’t charge us this time as we got there around 130 tired and wanting to lay down . I’ve been going to this location for 5 years sadly I may have to find another location in queens . Overall it’s a clean place to stay if you don’t care about breakfast or marijuana stink. Price does beat Times Square prices.

Hotel experience was horrible. Room was dirty, no offer was made to give us a new room or have it cleaned while we waited. Comfort Inn refused full refund. We did not stay and found another SANITARY hotel elsewhere . There was hair in the bed when we pulled the covers back, hair on the bathroom floor, gum on the wall, a used tea bag on the floor and more.

The bathroom door could barely open and close. The bathroom floor/shower was pretty dirty and looked to have mildew on/in it. Everything else was ok though. The exterior was the best it could be for being in Queens

The hotel felt gross upon arrival, after checking in we went into our room and found mold on the bathroom walls and bugs in the tub. We found blood stains on bed sheets and an open condom rapper in the bathroom. We ended up checking out early because the staff wouldn’t change our room or refund our money. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Oh and I forgot to mention the bugs found in the hallway ice maker.

Water damage in room. See pic. Shampoo and conditioner bottles not full. They only replenish when the bottles run out. So you could be in the middle of a shower and need more shampoo. But there is only one person, a maintenance tech that has a secret key to replenish the bottles. So he can only do it after 11am. The front desk staff is rude. The sheets and towels are dirty and smelly. Never again.

our room smelled like throw up and poop- it was dirty, filled with hair everywhere and unclean everywhere. it was unsafe to stay and we decided to book another hotel. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

The location was great very close to airport. Plenty of off street parking. The room was okay except the chair to the desk, material was torn and shedding..the nightstand between the two beds was too small.The front desk staff was friendly enough.

Stayed here last night for a flight out of Laguardia this morning. Very close to the airport...about a 15 minute drive. Property was very clean, and spacious. Nice lobby area, nice staff. Not sure about the breakfast because we had an early morning flight, so I can't comment on that. Bathrooms are nice, but a little small...not a deal breaker. Only complaint is that the beds are not that comfortable in our opinion....may be fine for others, we just didn't like them. Other than that, everything was just fine. No restaurants around, but we ordered from Joeys Pizza and it was excellent.

Just so everyone knows. The rooms on one side of the hotel have a direct view of the cemetery. I don’t think that is quite obvious when you make the booking. Breakfast is late. Says 7 am but it’s about 7:15 before the staff get all the stuff up and ready. If you’re trying to time yourself to a 7 am schedule then breakfast may be tough to get to.

We ahave stayed here many times over the years. The refrigerator was not working properly so we had to get rid of some of the leftovers we brought back to the room. When we called the front desk we were told is a cooler and not a refrigerator which didn’t make sense to us because on the webpage states is a refrigerator

Single night stay for a family event. Room was clean and in good order. Given the hotel location near a busy highway, the windows were grossly insufficient in preventing the intrusion of road noise, resulting in a poor night's sleep. I had to check to be sure that they were closed. In other respects, this hotel served its intended purpose, but I would not return.

Not the best reservation ever made through your app, and your services as well, not using you guys or booking in this hotel ever, one of the front desk staff members was rude, unwilling to help and provide any type of assistance, your agents as well were not helpful, almost slept in my car and loose my reservation die to lack of communication from Expedia and the Hotwl, and false advertisement.

Ms. Leah and Ms. Kamisha was very helpful, courteous and kind. Very professional and greeted us with a smile. We were in a situation and they accommodated us accordingly. They both went out of their way to give me and my family, the comfort at Comfort Inn. I guess they live up to the hotel's name.

They double charged me.My room was not ready at check in which is 3 pm i was there at 302 I end up cleaning the room myself. Whoever was upstairs had a kid that was running around till two o'clock in the morning keeping me up . This place is a nightmare . this is not the first time I stay there. And quite frankly very disappointing. every single time and it took three times for me to just have enough to write this review

TV didn’t work and they didn’t have a room to switch us. Okay that’s fine. Asked for a discount at least and they agreed no problem. Some other lady comes by on our last night and says we can switch rooms now. We said no since it’s too late and we’re leaving in the morning. I told her we already had an agreement to take it off my bill. As we’re leaving I wanted to confirm with the front desk and she says they made an effort so I’m not getting anything back. Very shady people.

Hotel was perfect in every way. Free breakfast and free parking was a loving...but it's bit far from new York city area. Pay fixed Tolls on route to reach early or spend 50 mins on busy traffic area to reach in main city was only drawback.

The location is isolated and there were some sketchy characters about. Also, the reception desk behind plexiglass did not inspire confidence. That said, it was clean, conveniently located, had parking, and a simple and included breakfast.

This was a basic, no frills hotel in Queens to enjoy the city. Ya it's by a cemetery, but it's close to busses to get you to the subway to get to the city. Found a pretty cool coffee shop & bagel shop within a half mile or so if you're willing to walk.

We stayed here for a couple of days, mainly because of the reasonable price. The view from the windows was directly onto a long, sprawling cemetery, which made the atmosphere feel a bit eerie and unsettling. The area also didn’t feel very safe, so I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking around or using public transportation there. Luckily, we had our own car, which made getting around easier. The hotel is about five miles from Times Square, so if you’re driving and don’t mind the view, the hotel itself is quite decent. However, the stay was overall good, and the staff at the reception was pleasant. If the location doesn’t bother you, the hotel itself is decent

Their property was very basic. The area featured a Peruvian restaurant in close proximity i.e. less than 15 minutes away by Foot or five minute drive that was outstanding. It was a big hole place across from the restaurant that was particularly nice as well as an Irish bar in the same neighborhood. I would not recommend their properties breakfast because the coffee was inferior and unlimited variety.

Stayed there for the US Open tennis tournament. Love the availability to park on site and not worry about the safety of your car. Only a 15 mins drive to Ashe stadium but I chose to walk 30 mins ,(1.7 miles) to the #7 train. Overall I had a pleasant stay. And yes...I had complimentary breakfast which included fresh made waffles.

I stayed for two nights. We had a great stay. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast on Saturday. We got there 25 minutes before breakfast ended and there was nothing left. We were able to make a waffle but that was it. We did get to breakfast a little bit earlier on Sunday and there were more options. Otherwise than that the stay was great.

Rooms were good and staff was good. They don’t do their sue diligence on preparing breakfast. You have to wait for the food or get to the table early compared to others. It may be their policy to make less food, but this is very annoying when you want to wake up little late and want to eat some good food. However, the breakfast menu was good. The location is not good for the people who are looking to explore NY, since this location has subway connections only through MTS buses which takes 20 mins to reach Hunter Ave and the return bus route to this hotel for late night (after 9pm) return is very horrible, you may see some buses gets cancelled and you have to wait longer. If you want to save time, get some hotel near subway.
