My stay at the Red Roof Inn Copiague was excellent. My room was very clean. The refrigerator and microwave were working in perfect order. Great location for restaurants. Staff was very pleasant. Plenty of parking. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

Our experience with this hotel was not pleasant. We had to make this reservation after other hotels were not available. Arrived at 2:15 and was told to come back at 3 pm as that was check in time. Room was uncomfortable- small, no place to relax, furniture in shabby condition, no ice available, no lobby. Bed was ok and the check in person put us in a quiet corner (thankfully). Hard to tell about cleanliness given the condition of the room, but I think the cleaning staff did what they could. Price point noted, but was not expecting such a dreary experience.

Quick stay; relatively convenient location for Maggie Fischer Memorial swim race; ice machine was hidden under the stairs and there was black chunks of dirt or something that had fallen from the 'closet' it was in. The room itself was comfortable; good A/C, but loud. (Which was good for me as white noise, but definitely loud). Pot smoke smell outside the room... couldn't tell if it was on property or coming from nearby neighborhood.

The facility does not have an ice machine nor did they provide extra towels, or rags...I would never recommend this facility to anyone...There was hardly any staff on site. The t.v. remote didn't work either...It was for one night & it wasn't too pricey, so I guess, you get what you pay for!

Was a bit disappointed that there was nobody at the desk upon arrival, but the front desk agent finally came back, apparently helping someone else. They provide an option for rollaway which was helpful ($10). Beds were nice, showers had in unit shampoo and body wash. TV channels were limited and rooms can be smoking rooms.

The lady at the front desk was very pleasant but the bedding was atrocious. Semen pee stains and cigarette burns were all over the mattress cover sheets look old and need replacing top cover full of bodily fluid stains and when I reported to the lady at the front desk all she could say was that they were just old stains how disgusting I will never go back to that awful place again

Absolutely horrific. Unsafe location. The room had a stale smell upon entering, furniture was worn down, air conditioner was extremely unclean, and the bathroom had MOLD. After checking-in, the condition of the room was concerning but I decided to take a shower anyway as I was exhausted. The mold in the tub was the last straw and I checked out after just 1 hour. Upon leaving, my concerns were met with a rude response by the staff. I was offered zero help or compensation. The room cost me $165 for one night and I didn’t even stay. Never again. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

The cost and location was the only positive of this stay. I didnt have hopes up as a result. The bathroom ceiling had a crack, the toilet paper metal roll was broken, the tiles on shower wall are cracked, the towels were of horrible quality and didnt absorb water, the bed comforter had cigerrette burns in it, the room smelled like an ashtray, there was an ashtray in the room but I never requested a smoking room. There were no outlets to charge any applicance. Its plain to see the building is outdated and this would be an investment for improvement.

As someone who travels often and seen it all I'd recommend here without hesitation. The girl running the front was great. Extremely helpful and nice. Rooms were clean, nice and better than much more expensive hotels. Well worth the price.

When I arrived, which was before the check in time,(after driving 3 hours), I asked if I could get into the room which was completely available as I needed to change, they told me it would be another $40 because it was before 3pm (or $20 cash , which I thought was not professional). I ended up changing in my car and waiting till 3, I will never stay there again
