It was a clean and well maintained. The breakfast area was very nice. Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovation (it looked good through the windows). The only downside was some of the equipment in the fitness room was not operating (treadmills). Overall I was pleased with my stay.

Parking very safe. Staff very friendly. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel appearance is elegant. Only a couple of issues on breakfast: you need hotter pork sausage and soft butter. Other than that is was nearly perfect.

We really wanted to enjoy the heated pool but it was freezing cold. Otherwise it was a great stay and in a very convenient location for our weekend festivities. The staff were very professional and friendly.

Room was in need of TLC. Dirty/mildewed caulk around tub base, missing a sink stopper, terrible paint job on bathroom door - painted over lint and debris. Noisy fridge that we had to unplug. Only way to darken room was to close curtains, but curtain covered the AC/heat unit. So we had to roll them up some. Breakfast and lobby areas were nice. And the pool and gym looked fine.

My family and I stayed for one night while traveling. The staff and lobby were very nice. However, our room had a leaking air conditioner where a quarter of the floor near the window was completely drenched. The bathroom had peeling and bubbling, wallpaper and mold growing in the cracks. The entire floor we stayed on also reeked of pot, the entirety of our stay. We’re almost $200 a night. I expected slightly better.

Hotel is clean and well kept. Nice looking lobby. Clean rooms and the bed was very comfortable with ample pillows. I like that the thermostat was adjustable. Breakfast was included 7-10am with scramble eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, make your own waffles, dry cereal, instant oatmeal, juices, coffee, yogurt. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to highway.

Room was dirty, couch and bed cover stained, staff was very noisy in the hallways. Bed was terrible, when I told the clerk at the front desk, he said “yea, I have heard that a lot” Breakfast was old and stale, very poor even by low BW standards. Overall, a terrible stay. It the only hotel in town and it shows. Drive right past it and stay in Easton.

This hotel was beautiful upon entering. There was a nice lobby with seating and a fire place. The room was large and nicely decorated. That’s the extent of the good stuff. On first walking in the room it smelled horribly musty. After running the air conditioner for a bit it got better. Then we realized the walls were paper thin. We could hear everything going on in the rooms on both sides of us. And in the hall. And the ice machine was right across from us. Then we discovered there was no constant fan setting on the heating unit so we had no way to drown out the noise all around us. Needless to say it was a pretty sleepless night. Also, the pool was very cloudy and didn’t seem well maintained.

The wifi stopped working and when I inquired about it I was told that it's working fine for them at the front desk. Unfortunately I can't work at the front desk, I need it in my room to which they then offered "Well, it's raining" as an excuse. Not even a "sorry, we'll look into it for you". Never again.

I forgot my cell phone at this Comfort Inn and didn’t realize it until I’d arrived home, 3 hours away. I called, in a panic, and the front desk clerk began the process of trying to locate it. It wasn’t readily found and through repeated phone calls, each more anxious than the last, I always spoke with the same clerk, Allysa, and She was incredibly calm, compassionate and professional. I was truly impressed with her poise and patience. I felt heard and seen as a V.I.P. guest that needed taking care of. I got my phone back but I also walked away feeling like the whole thing was handled beautifully. So high marks for Allysa on her excellent customer service… which, in my opinion, is the most important aspect of doing business in hospitality or otherwise.

We enjoyed the property and location, however the neighboring room was smoking the entire time throughout our 4 night stay. The first night I knocked on their door multiple times to ask them to stop but they didn't answer and turned their music up louder. (Room 235) Then reported the smoke smell to the front desk that the neighboring room was smoking and it was going under the Divider Room Door and around the door. They did nothing about it so we ultimately purchased tape and Febreeze from the gas station next door. Taped around the door that separated the rooms, laid a bath towel on the floor to block the smell coming from under the door and sprayed Febreeze every few minutes around the door. It still smelled of smoke when they lit up but definitely helped the situation some unlike the front desk.

So we were traveling with a service dog and disabled person Went into check in and the guy Frank I think that is the person behind the desk. Everything was going fine until he stated it policy to charge a fee for a pet. Well the dog is not a pet it’s a service animal he insisted we pay the 50 dollar fee. I state no and that he was discriminating. He went on to say he would be discriminating if he didn’t charge the fee. I stated service animals are not pets and again he stated they are and he would put his job on the line. Long story short we left and asked for a refund that went back onto our booking through hotels but I had to call they had to call the front desk. I will be turning this into the government for Americans with disability act of 1973

We stopped here for one night on our way to Maine from Michigan. It is right off the freeway, but you would not know it - it was really quiet. The hotel seems pretty new - it has a modern feel. The room was a good size. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast had a good variety of choices with various bread products, cereal, yogurts, and scrambled egg and bacon. We would stay here again.

Chose this hotel on our trip east to Maine because of its easy access to the highway & for being pet friendly. Was pleasantly surprised upon arrival to see a bright, new property and be greeted by friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and had all the necessities you need. We missed breakfast 😴 but there was a large area for it. Next door to a Dunkin and convenience store which was a plus 👍

The property has a very distinct look. It’s not commercialized and rather like a renovated Victorian style and feel which was beautiful. The sitting area in the lobby has a fireplace. I’m not sure if it is a wood burning fireplace or electric. Our room was clean and cozy. The pool was clean the gym was clean/average hotel gym. Ample parking. Dunkin’ Donuts and a gas station was a divider away which I appreciated and was very convenient. I would love to return in the fall and winter time to see how they jazz up the lobby and if the fireplace is on!

Water was freezing cold for a shower at 8 am. Charged a $50:fee for my service dog with documentation. Not happy at all with this. We sat down to eat breakfast at 830, at 910 the woman started cleaning up breakfast and shut the lights on and off, basically telling us to leave. Bed was comfy but otherwise, not happy at all.

A letter in my room stated breakfast was served until 10AM. When I went to breakfast at 9:30 I was informed breakfast ended at 9:00AM. Management had changed the time for breakfast but unfortunately left the old info letter in the room. Just be aware.
