The air-conditioning was broken in the first room. The air-conditioning worked in the second room. It was a nice size, clean room. The pool was refreshing. The refrigerator and ice machine came in handy.

No working hot tub or pool that we paid for specifically. Buffet was not even a close second choice to dennys. Will not be back or come close to a positive revue. Keep driving

We enjoyed the pool. You have to walk through the casino to get to the hotel.

Requested an early check in and was granted such. Highly disappointed the pool and hot tub were not open on a 95+ degree day! I don’t believe the pool has been open since Covid! Plan on breakfast elsewhere! The coyote cantina is horrible! $16.99 for a breakfast buffet of steamed scrambled eggs like hard sponge and the most horrible biscuits and gravy! No coffee or beverage with breakfast one must get from casino floor! Rooms have a kuregh coffee that take pods (we bring our own coffee and supplies when traveling) bed comfy shower glorious gambling on my birthday priceless!

Pros: The front desk staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. Cons: The parking lot, located around the back of the casino, did not feel safe. The door to the hotel had a key swipe that was broken, so anyone from the casino could get into the hotel and go straight to someone's room.

The pool was absolutely disgusting!!! My children couldn’t bare the smell nor could I. Most of the workers are smoking while on their phones. I will never come back. Also, I can not make this up, I witnessed a staff member grip a female coworker butt and proceed to bring our ordered food without washing his hands. Absolutely disgusting!

hotel pool is poor and it feels like a mental hospital.

Very clean rooms, hall and lobby. The staff was friendly upon check in. The only negative was the side entrance to the hotel, the lock was not operational and anyone could enter the hotel area without a key. A possible safety issue.

The impassionate review Very nice affordable spacious suite rooms. Extra closet space. Pool and hot tub open late. Secure entry to hotel rooms. Meager food options when i stayed. Take a left out of the casino to head into town for more food choices.. 30 minutes from ojo caliente. Definitely would stay here again

Nice visit. Pool was dirty, alot of bugs in the pool. Cashier at buffet not really friendly, first visit and really dint explain the pricing. We felt like we were bothering her, went out of casino for dinner.

Room was clean and quiet. Easy access to casino. Had everything we needed. One small complaint would be the shower didn’t have much pressure but it wasn’t a deal breaker and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

It smelled fresh. The room was very clean and comfortable. Extra security doors between the hotel and casino made m feel extra safe.

I don't understand why i reserved a room with two queen beds and i got a king size bed. The sofa couch was super dirty fill with crumbs and hair.

Our accommodations were spacious and spotless. We were located near the end of a hall, which gave us easy access to our vehicle for loading & unloading, and had a suite, which we hadn’t anticipated. Since we were ground level, we had a door from our sitting area that opened onto the courtyard. We were located away from the casino, so had none of the casino noise when we wanted to rest, however, when we wanted to go play, it was a short walk down 2 halls to casino and multiple food offerings. All staff members were professional and so friendly & helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer, perhaps extended our trip by 3-4 days just here. It seemed pretty much perfect & we look forward to our return visit.

There was a bug right on top of the pillow to greet us. Hair in the sink, shower and toilet. Turned around, checked out and left.

Great room with a bit of a view on 3rd floor. Liked the balcony and the king bed was super comfortable.

I thought it would have been a lot better. Needs a huge upgrade. I was able to select my room but there were ppl in and out & I could hear the door opening& closing.

hotel was fine, it is attached to a casino, even though the casino and hotel are 100% no smoking, the 1st floor of the hotel has a heavy smell of smoke through out, makes it hard to walk through, the locked out ac controls is another issue, as this causes the room to never get cool

Everything was fine. Except internet service was very poor. It needs upgrade.

King suite w balcony, 2 huge smart tvs, very kid friendly

Nice comfortable stay with spacious room and balcony.

Unexpected surprise. The suite we booked was large, lots of furniture and storage, clean, all amenities as expected. The hotel itself is a bit worn, but overall a very good stay.

The quality of the room is great. The only issue i have is the TV, small and outdated. Great place to stay.

The room was very spacious; a separate seating area from the sleeping area. You could let someone sleep while you had your coffee & watched the news. The room had a small balcony with a lovely view of the Sangre de Cristo mountains.

1. Fire alarm went off at 2 in the morning and continued going on and off 6 times after that! I called front desk and they had no idea what was going on. 2. The walls are so thin you can hear everything in the next room. For us, it was the person in the room above us. We were awaken at 4 in the morning for 2 of the 3 mornings we stayed there to loud stomps going back and forth. It also sounded like they were moving furniture and kept dropping latge items. This continued for 2 hours. On the last day they woke us up at 2 am doing the same thing! 3. Our room key kept deactivating! We had to go to the front desk and have security help us open the door! 4. Remote control for TV only worked if you stood a foot away from the TV! 5. The telephone in the room necer worked. Only way to contact front desk was via my cellphone, and through the phone number on Google Maps, not the number listed on their website! 6. I need to iron clothes for a funeral we were attending and the ironing board was old and scorced. When I went to use the steam for the clothes, hard water kept coming out of the iron and getting all over our clothes! Mind you, the clothes I'm ironing are black for the funeral! 7. I could never get a hold of front desk or housekeeping for extra towels. Myself and my 3 children were staying there so i gave the towels to my children. I had to go to the front desk and ask for the towels! Our stay here was horrible....

Honestly I didn’t even get to stay here because they told me they didn’t have anymore rooms available. Even thought I reserved online. We were turned away. And I was still billed for a room I didn’t even get to stay in. The hotel desk clerk was no help. Gave no information on where to go or what to do. I have stayed here before and I never had an issue until now.

The hotel was understaffed; no cooks for the restaurant. The thermostat in the room was not working and therefore the room was extremely hot. Both nights we stayed, we asked for maintenance to come fix the air conditioner. But it was not addressed.

We like to stay at this hotel when gaming. Everything was very nice and the customer service was excellent. Bed was very comfortable and we would return again in the future. Thank you for being here!

Loved this Place! The front desk let us check in a little early and is super nice. The rooms were clean and the staff we're always friendly & very helpful. The breakfast buffet was affordable & amazing.

Johnny and Jeremy were amazingly outstanding! What wonderful front desk people they were. Their smiles were contagious and they were very respectful to me!

Despite confirmed room - nothing available. Expedia and their own website bothed still showed rooms available at that time. Staff was rude, indifferent and refused to let me talk to any manager - supposedly none on duty or available until next day. A casino on a Monday night with no rooms available? No management on site? Bull. The parking lot was half full at best.

This place was out of my expectation. If you are looking for a place for family, this is the your place. They said it's a casino, but the casino and the hotel are separate. Super clean, no smoke.

Location and conveniences.

The hotel was clean and good facilities. Casino adjoining, with a restaurant and nite club. Overall, a good stay for the money. Just north of Espanola, which offers great northern new mexican restaurants at fair prices.

Sports bar wasn’t open & there wasn’t access to TNT for watching NBA finals. Or max?

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Buffet didn’t look appealing and needed cleaning. In the morning the casino was very clean but the coffee station was horrifically dirty

The buffet wasnt great but the guys at the front desk for check in were nice and welcoming.

Enjoyed our Super Bowl stay. Although our room was not available when expected, we still had plenty to do and a game to watch until it was. Check-out is at noon, and that may have been the reason for the delay or maybe housekeeping shortage. Do not know. Everything else was mostly great although the Coyote Cantina menu was very limited due to staff shortage. We will return again to enjoy this establishment.

A casino that has no food or bar at all on Tuesdays. Took 10 minutes to check in; we were the only room checking in. The fire alarm went off 3 times in the middle of the night. The next morning? No apology. Just an overpriced breakfast buffet.

Buffet is a rip off but all in all great views and nice stay good luck!!!!
