We had a wonderful stay! We were also thankful to get this reservation.

I got there early and waited in lobby when it was time for check in they were so lost.Then I found a cockroach in my bathtub and outside my room door.Went outside in evening for a small walk around hotel and there was cockroaches everywhere.Very disappointed in hotel.Ate at Gardunos Restaurant in hotel they got out orders wrong 3 times we were starving so just finally kept order they were really rude

Nice clean place... tv wasn't working, the cable was messed up, which was crap, especially being we were in the presidential suite for 3 nights. So make sure you check everything when u walk in asap, not late at nite.

The staff was welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although a bit dated. My only real issue was the lighting — while there was plenty of natural light, opening the curtains meant sacrificing privacy. One highlight was definitely the excellent water pressure in the shower, which made for a very relaxing stay overall.

Beautiful hotel! Check-in staff were excellent! Very helpful and made sure we had plenty of water and were quick to provide us with Tea K-cups for the room. The bed was comfortable. Cleaning staff were very friendly and continued to provide us with water bottles every day. It is a very dry climate there, so the water bottles were very appreciated.
