This hotel stay surprised me in a good way. It's not your typical hotel... hugely sustainable including the shuttlecock l-made lamps. The service was exceptional and the breakfast delicious.

Cozy, clean, and comfortable stay near Brussels city center I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was small but extremely cozy, clean, and well kept — a great balance between comfort and practicality. The décor felt warm and inviting, and although the space wasn’t large, it was thoughtfully designed. The bed was comfortable, but the only odd thing was that it had two single mattresses instead of one, so there was a slight dip toward the middle. The location is about 12–15 minutes’ walk from Brussels’ main tourist attractions, which made it easy to reach the city center while still being in a quiet and safe area. The hotel is across from the Plaza Hotel, and while the area is safe, note that there are a few adult shops nearby — something to keep in mind for more conservative travelers. The hotel also has a nice cafeteria where you can enjoy breakfast or grab something to take away. The coffee and pastries were delicious, and it was convenient to have that option right on site. Perfecto para estancias cortas, hotel en el centro de la ciudad, limpieza impecable, la habitacion es pequeña aunque el resto lo tiene todo.. ubicacion muy buena en el centro, a 10 minutos a pié de la estacion Norte con conexion directa al aeropuerto, centro comercial a lado por si hace falta. Brilliant hotel, would happily stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, the rooms were very nice, and it had a nice cafe and bar downstairs. Some of the light switches in the rooms were a bit odd, not very user friendly but this was literally my only negative, we were so happy there.

Babamla beraber tatilde Brüksel’e gitmeye karar verdik ve bu oteli tercih ettik. Vejeteryan ve çevreye duyarlı biri olarak oteldeki ince düşünülmüş tüm detayları çok sevdik. Kahvaltısı çok yeterli ve güzeldi. Otele dair her şey çok kaliteliydi. İşlerini severek ve özenerek yapan insanlar var. Kahvesi belki de şehrin en iyisiydi. Kruvasanları da birkaç tane yememe sebep oldu. Kiş, peynir, kek, sandviç ve granola gibi güzel şeyler içeren bir kahvaltıydı. Bir daha gelsek yine burayı tercih ederiz. Bir dahaki maceralarda görüşmek üzere diyelim ♥️

The location of the hotel was awesome. It was very walkable to all places and I felt safe walking around the city. The staff was amazingly nice and very helpful. The service in the small cafe was amazing. The room was a decent size.

I stayed for almost one week for business purposes. The hotel location was very convenient to my work place. The staff were very friendly, the older lady in the breakfast was amazing. Although she did not speak English, she made you feels very welcomed. They did not have a dedicated receptionist desk, but there was staff from the bar looked over the people who want to check-in/check-out. The room was rather small, full of fancy furniture but not functional to my taste. No wardrobe, and most the concerning: zero room cleaning (despite I was promised that they will clean the room every 3rd day). There is a fundamental different between being environmental friendly and simply being simply unhygienic and ignorant. The breakfast room always super congested around 8 am. It did not bother me much as I tend to come early, but there were few days where I felt it was so bad to the point of not being fair to the customers who have paid for the breakfast (and seems the manager did not understand this). The room price was rather expensive, even for Brussels' standard. In general, it was an OK stay, but not great.

Great place to stay with lots of shops, places to eat and transport nearby. The hotel is amazing, the rooms are decorated in different tones of browns and biege which look really good. My only complaint is that the rooms are only serviced every 3 days, whilst I do not expect the towels and bedding to be changed every day I do expect the bed to be made, I did not spent nearly €1200 for 7 nights and then have to make the bed myself for 6 ig the 7 nights.

Spacious rooms and love the customized layout of the room (beanbag for extra sitting space, extra hooks, full length mirror, multiple lamps for cozy ambience). Very stylish room and had a comfortable stay. Close to Rogier train station and walkable to Grand Place and main sightseeing spots. Will recommend!

Room was way too small but major issue was that they would not clean it without charging for it. Spent 3 nights there. 1 night would have been okay but not more. Entrance and elevator very shabby, old carpet worn floor of elevator. They claim to be new and all remodeled but did not see it. Staff downstairs was friendly. Breakfast which is extra was decent. Area of hotel is a bit seedy. Would not recommend. Much better stays elsewhere.

Brilliant hotel, would happily stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, the rooms were very nice, and it had a nice cafe and bar downstairs. Some of the light switches in the rooms were a bit odd, not very user friendly but this was literally my only negative, we were so happy there.

Babamla beraber tatilde Brüksel’e gitmeye karar verdik ve bu oteli tercih ettik. Vejeteryan ve çevreye duyarlı biri olarak oteldeki ince düşünülmüş tüm detayları çok sevdik. Kahvaltısı çok yeterli ve güzeldi. Otele dair her şey çok kaliteliydi. İşlerini severek ve özenerek yapan insanlar var. Kahvesi belki de şehrin en iyisiydi. Kruvasanları da birkaç tane yememe sebep oldu. Kiş, peynir, kek, sandviç ve granola gibi güzel şeyler içeren bir kahvaltıydı. Bir daha gelsek yine burayı tercih ederiz. Bir dahaki maceralarda görüşmek üzere diyelim ♥️
