朝のビッフェは品揃えも豊富でとても美味しかったです。ベッドも快適でした。ただ、6月に札幌のアパホテルに泊まった時は、大浴場と露天風呂があり、とても良くて、今回も期待してましたが、部屋にしかなくて、ちょっぴり残念でした。

Overall it was a nice hotel, the staff was excellent. Very helpful when we needed them. They have a restaurant available but we did not get to check it out. If you do laundry though just go to a Laundromat if there is one available. The dryers do not work very well and you will be wasting time/ money trying to get it done. There are restaurants and train station super close by. Just a warning though if you have big suitcases, we had a JR pass and could not use the one ground exit/entrance closest to the hotel. So you will have to use the bridge with all the stairs. Unless you pay with the IC card separately.

The room was so clean and very comfortable considering that it was small but it was nice. Amenities were provided with toothbrushes, HAIR BANDS, shavers etc. Also pretty much everyday, the housekeepers will leave clean towels outside our doors. There were Lawsons, Family Mart AND 711 on the same road of where the hotel is located. Other than that, the bad and not so bad about the place was our AC. It wasn’t working and the air was making me and my spouse’s throat hurt. But it was okay cause it was cold and so we opened the window. Highly recommend staying here it was above all comfortable. Mahalo

ベッドバグを確かめようとシーツ裏を確認したら、ベッドパッドの下のマットレスに髪の毛がたくさん残っていました。幸い、シーツと直に触れているベッドパッドの表は綺麗だったのでそのまま使いましたが、気分のいいものではありませんでした。立地は新大阪駅に近くて便利です

ホテル自体は綺麗で良かったのですが、バスタオルに髪の毛、バスタブに髪の毛… 少し不快でした。窓口の対応が不慣れなのか愛想がないのか、接客とは？といった印象でした。駅からは近いので便利な方だと思います。ベッドはよく眠れたので良かったと思います。

I woke up with the room sweltering with heat The guest has no control over whether or not the air conditioning produced hot or cool air Apparently this is relatively common in Japan although the website made no obvious mention of this they provided a portable AC unit that got me through the night That said if you like to sleep cool like me stay somewhere else

It's clean, close to a station, has some decent amenities. Just really small and I found it impossible to find any way to make the room not smoulderingly hot. There's only so much you can use on the ac units and the windows won't even crack open. I got horrible sleep. So if you sleep hot, not a great place when it's 60 or over outside.

部屋も朝食も眺望も文句ナシなのだが、駅チカなだけあって地下鉄御堂筋線の電車の音が気になった。昼寝もできず、朝も始発すぐ後で目が覚めたと思う。幸い、夜眠るのが終電後だったからよかった。 29階に泊まっても聞こえたので、低層階だと、もっと気になるのではないかと思う。そこだけ！

The room is very hot and we were told air conditioner is centrally controlled. We had to open the window but unfortunately being near to highway and also next to train track, was really noisy. Otherwise, the hotel is very good.

Had one of the highest floors so noise was never an issue. Close to the station, so I was always able to do a nice, morning walk to the station. The room was a nice size and my view was amazing. Never had an issue with staff throughout my stay and were very helpful with anything I needed!

Hotel is close to Shin Osaka station so it was easily accessible. The reason I gave it 2 stars overall is the fact that people at the front desk don't speak much english and we have 2 separate bookings and it takes 2 people over 30 minutes to figure out. Also, when you book 2 beds you can only have 2 adults and or a total of 2 people over the age of 6 as they count childrens over 6 years old as an adult. We ended up having to book a 3rd room just for our 8 years old daughter.

残念ながら人生史上最悪のフロント接客でした。3人研修中の方とはいえ、ベテランの方も一人いました。しかし、フロント目の前に来ても誰も目も合わせず、挨拶もなし。こちらから声掛けしないと対応してくれない。この時点で最悪です。少し早い到着でしたが、対応開始から散々待たされた挙げ句、最後にアーリーチェックインだと。その際に金額言ってくれたら、すぐにチェックインしたのですが、何ら説明もなし。待っていましたが、しびれを切らし別の人にチエックインしてもらったところ、今度は会計に５分も待たされる。最後、チエックイン後、客室がどちらかわからず、ウロウロしました。その間も全く声かけなし。

I have only one complaint. The hotel will not call a taxi to the hotel for you. They give you a paper with taxi phone numbers on it. It is hard enough to explain to a taxi driver how to get to your hotel with maps and cell phone translater. It is impossible to tell the taxi company how to get to your hotel. So we went on to the street and walked blocks with our luggage to hale a taxi. I have never stayed at hotel that wouldn't call a taxi.

新大阪駅からも近く、スタッフの方の対応も良く、お部屋も清潔で大変満足です。アパのメンバーでしたので、レイトチェックアウトにも無料で対応いただけて有り難かったです。ありがとうございました。また利用させて頂きたいと思います。

We recently stayed at the APA Shin Osaka Eki Tower. It was a bit hard to find the hotel since the nearby train station was huge and it was difficult to find the correct exit. We appreciated the fact that the hotel was eco-friendly. Also breakfast was available on the top floor which offered breath-taking views of the area. The rooms were clean although a bit noisy when the trains sped by. There several restaurants and a Family Mart nearby. Overall a convenient place to stay.

I liked the close proximity to the Shin Osaka Station where I can quickly get on the Shinkansen, train or subway to any of my destinations with ease. There are a lot of restaurants and markets to buy food. I often buy food on the go and eat it where ever I am at a park, etc. for a nice quiet lunch or dinner. I am also a runner so it is only 1/2 mile from the Yodogawa River Park where you can run for miles in either direction and see the beautiful scenery. The only negative I have is that the mini fridge is too small, I cannot fit a day's worth of food in it. I get up and place food for the day in my backpack and I am on the run. For me I rather eat on my way to somewhere instead of wasting an hour eating in a restaurant, then going to my destination. To each his own, I guess. Thank you.

Enjoyed the breakfast, and proximity to Shinkansen station and a local Izakaya (pub). Room was a bit small, bathroom difficult to get into. Service staff suggested asking for different room, but this one was good, just not perfect. Bed had plenty of space for 2. Staff very friendly and helpful. Carpet looked like it could use some cleaning.
